My first time stopping at this particular location and I m very thankful I did. When I walked in multiple people welcomed me and offered assistance. My muffler was swinging like a hula hoop as the gentleman who followed me to a parking lot to let me know(Scary as hell FYI but very thankful). I stopped at Auto Zone to get a temporary fix I could easily do until I could get in to my mechanic. Chris was amazing he got under my SUV to see what would work we went back in found a piece it was $8 and he came out and DID IT FOR ME!!! It was 25 degrees outside and windy it took about 7 minutes and I couldn t be more thankful that he did. He explained what happened and why I keep having to replace this particular part and what is needed long term. No mechanic I ve had work on my car for this specific reason has even explained it to me. I ll be the first to admit I wouldn t have been able to do it as he was using tools and things I definitely did not have. Chris thank you and will definitely be using this location moving forward. All around great experience at this location and a nice big parking lot which is convenient.

AMAZING service!! After needing to have roadside jumpstart my car twice today we went around trying to find a place that would help me install a new battery. From friendly service over the phone, to going out in NEGATIVE 26 degree weather to install a new battery RAMON was beyond amazing!! Man deserves a raise honestly

Had a flat in the parking lot next door to the store. Brandon the manager walked down to the lot with me to try and our some air in the tire. Appreciate Autozone the team being so helpful.

Store #0650Mike and Al the best! Been going to the 11th street location for years and these two individuals are amazing!! Very knowledgeable and informative. If around stop in and worry no more.

Tracy is SOOOO AMAZING!! I literally had no idea of what I was getting and doing. She guided me through it and directed me to get the stuff I needed. Definitely 100% recommend her help! Give her a RAISE!!

I had frequented Auto zone yesterday. Someone had bumped my driver's mirror. I needed help and Chris helped me. He stopped what he was doing to help me tape my mirror. Chris thank you so much for your help. I really appreciated it!!!

Just left from this location and was very very pleased with the service and with their willingness to help. Michael was awesome! Very patient and helped me find the exact lightbulb I needed for my busted headlight. Thank you guys! I definitely recommend them!

I have a 2012 Chevy Malibu and I just have to say this store is amazing. Chris here helped me out so much when no other Auto places could help. They all turned me away for a new battery installation. First I went to Advanced Auto Parts because they promote Free Battery installation . I went there a couple days ago and let them know my situation. The guy at Advanced told me they could take care of me, but when I went there today I was turned away because they guy said, He doesn t work on newer cars like mine.. mind you I have a 2012 Malibu. So I called Auto Zone and Chris said he will take care of me. This guy Chris is amazing, looked at my car for 2 seconds said he could easily do it, then 5 mins later I m sitting in my car with a new battery installed by Chris. Go here for all your needs they will take care of you

I had such a great experience tonight!! I was replacing my headlights today and was sold the wrong type at another store earlier in the day while running errands, when it got time to put the new lights in at home I realized too late. I drove over to autozone to get the right type and was helped by Chris who was super nice and knowledgable. At the counter, I mentioned I was having a lot of trouble getting the bulb out of my passenger side light and asked if anybody would be willing to see if they could get it undone. Tracy came outside and helped me no questions asked! She was SOOO amazing! After getting the old one out, she offered to put the new ones in for me without me even asking. She did not have to do that for me but went above and beyond to help me and it really made my entire day. I don t think I ll go anywhere else for my auto part needs, the team here is stellar!! Tracy deserves everything nice in life

I messed with my child safety lock on my back door and it got stuck.. After trying to get it "unstuck" I got a little aggravated..I drove to Auto Zone on 11th Street and saw a friendly face Tracey V who smiled and graciously helped me..She opened my door and popped it right back in place..It's so nice to receive excellent customer service w/o feeling like you're a bother!! Tracy was a big help a guy came out and tried it he said he couldn't do it she came out to smoke and she took it upon herself to help and she got it out right away she is a very good employee is she a manager cause she needs to be. Thanks Tracy you was a life saver

After a bad experience down the road at another auto parts store, I stopped in here to have my check engine light diagnosed. Brandon was extremely helpful and diagnosed a bad battery, after the other place told me my battery was fine. He changed it out for me and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!!

Tracy V. Was amazing at this store. She was respectful, attentive, friendly. I was frustrated walking into the store and she helped me with a warranty on ignition coils that I didn't know I had. The interaction was overall professional and she provided great customer service.
