Son -n- law went in to get a part for our dryer and they would not sell him the part until he tested it. Clearly we did that s why we needed the part to begin with.. bad business. I need a part sell me the part. Go somewhere else.

Sadly as other reviewers said. They will randomly mark parts sky high. 40- 50$ part marked to 120$. I wish they were old school honest. Sad . If the part was reasonable I would have them install it . Instead, just like Automatic Appliance I played the new school way of dealing, bought the part cheap and YouTubed the install. 1hr of labor saved me probably 200$ at least

Every time I bring a random part from my old appliances in my house in the store these guys know exactly what it is. I've seen a few bad reviews about pricing and how people can get it cheaper online but I think the prices are always fine and I'd rather pay a professional to give me the right part than just wing it on some part I found online that may or may not burn my house down. Excellent service.

Always friendly, courteous and have parts in stock and ready. When something breaks down, you need the part to fix it. You need to be able to get the part. This is that place. Snagging customer service!!

They have been in business 50+ years and always very knowledgeable. Chris and the staff usually know exactly what I need and the part number. I work for a 600 unit apartment complex and all of our appliance parts come from automatic. Price is always reasonable and wouldn't got anywhere else.

Chris gets the parts you need and will test your parts. I came in thinking my old dryer thermal fuse was shot. He tested it and it was good. I brought him all the fuses and the heat element. Parts only 40.00 he helped me ..splice

Called AAP, about a ignitor. Very courteous, kind, and professional. Went in to get it, very friendly, quick & understanding. Called Back cause The dryer still wasn't heating up. Explained about the Fuse and they politely suggested I bring the fuse in to be tested. I did so,and they tested it quick and retrieved a New One for me to purchase.Very knowledgeable,parts on hand or instock.professional, courteous,kind,fast customer satisfaction is Fantastic. I personally will never go anywhere else,as long as AAP stays in business. Absolutely Happy & Love AAPARTS.

Can't beat the convenience of getting a drum belt for a domestic dryer, especially during the holidays! There is no competition when shipping, price AND the environment are involved. When others expect performance, how else to impress? Bring merriment by outdoing those who think their registered "Glow Pad" tracking devices are superior compared to the "Old School" ingenuity of COD.Obvious, the owners know the importance of maintaining a recognizable, dependable, business-oriented, establishment. Not an exclusive "boutique", but a tidy and efficient commercial/industrial remedy. Represented honestly, by Chris and his co-associate, that had the part at the counter, having only inquired about availability.Satisfyingly accomplished.Impressed and endeared, Thank You

I needed a new thermostat for my over the range microwave. I went in with my part number and they ordered it and 5 days later I picked it up and had it installed in to microwave. I would recommend Automatic Appliance Parts to anyone repairing appliances.

Pathetic. Wish I could give zero stars. Trying to support local business. From the other reviews and from previous experience at this place they are very discriminatory and think absolutely nothing of women. Women can be electricians and repair people too get with the 20th century. Rude, unhelpful, and have no place in the business world. And if he (the sales person) was as knowledgeable as he claims he would of been able to look up the part number off the part I brought in and find other manufacturer and cross numbers for exact same part like I did the day before off the Internet. Being in the business they should be able to do this stuff off the back of their hand.

Came in with an oven problem. They found my part for a reasonable price. Walked me through the process of repair, and the saved me hundreds of dollars from a repair man.I will be back for any and all needs for appliances.Thank you guys for the awesome help.

Shame on AAP. First, I want to say I m a woman. My dryer would heat up for awhile, then stop heating. I YouTubed what could be cause, found part, tested it with meter, & verified what was wrong. It was the thermal fuse. I went on Amazon to check prices, it was $7.99 no shipping. I live very close to AAP & thought I d give a local business my business. I went in with the part in hand. The guy took 5 minutes punching in this & that, I was wondering what was taking so long. The part had the number right on it, thats how I found it on line. Then another guy behind the counter was having a problem with what he was doing, so my guy just up & left me standing there, with out as much as a I ll be right back. I m starting to get upset. Soo, after bout 5 more minutes, he comes back, starts typing again & says I can have it tomorrow, it s $62. I m like, no, you must have wrong part. He says nope, it s the right one. I took mine back, left, ordered part online got it I 2 days & fixed my dryer all by myself, for $7.99.

Very helpful when I was looking for parts for my washer. I've purchased from them in the past with great results. Also their website is a great reference for diagrams to find the part you need.

Have always had the part I need same day, in and out, easy. Avoid knock-off junk from Amazon and come here instead. Support your local businesses!

I called them with a non heating dryer and gave them the description. They diagnosed it over the phone, I picked the part up and it was working like new shortly after. Great job!

Their parts are over priced. If you can afford to wait a few days (due to shipping) I suggest shopping around online first....like Amazon, Ebay or Repair Clinic to name a few. But if your desperate like I was you'll have to pay more.....and I think they know that.

Do not bother purchasing parts here. No refunds. No real faith in their products. Cheaper prices with a refund online. This is why local stores are struggling for this very reason.

When I call to check on a part the person on the phone is rude and very disturbing. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dead person. If I could give less I would give them a 0 period.
