It's was nice and fast est that I got , They even meet me outside right on time but it was so not the right vibes,! It felt like she was just in a rush to get me out of there. Even when I had a Question about the estimate! She told me in a rushed way that , she can't tell me really anything about the price and just talk to the insurance company! But I could have just caught her on a bad day ! But you want in and out without all the talk there your place!

It's a rare thing to find a garage that is competent and that can also be trusted. Ken and Ronda and their employees are running that kind of shop at Auto Enhancers. I've been to a lot of shops in Rockford, over many years, so I've got plenty of places to compare them to. Really, there's just no comparison. These folks have had many chances to sell me big-time repairs when only some small fix was needed. I'm still amazed by how much I've saved since I found this shop, and by how much I've spent (wasted?) at other places. I've recommended them to my friends and they've all had similar experiences. This place is what an auto shop should be but very seldom is, a treasure. They do it all, as well - repairs, body work, paint, the works. What else can I say? Well, they're really nice, too. Just go there!

We are so blessed to have found Auto Enhancers. We have never once come close to being disappointed in their excellent work or their very fair prices. To top that off the owners are incredibly kind, caring and honest. We will always go to Auto Enhancers for any auto repairs or body work we need for our vehicles and we highly recommend them to all of our family and friends!!!

Auto Enhancer recently fixed some rocker panel rust on my Silverado. The work was excellent and the bill matched the estimate. The reason for the 5 stars is that they also sprayed the rear wheel wells with a rust preventing undercoat and touched up a couple other areas of minor rust. We never discussed these areas, they just did it at no cost. Nice.

I've had a relationship with the Auto Enhancers family for over 8 years. I love the body work, I've viewed a lot of other auto repair shops work and bar none Auto Enhancers has the best quality. Very clean and comfortable environment. Vehicle repairs are done within reasonable time. I am writing on behalf of my Dad- My dad flew out to Chicago to purchase a car that Ken and Rhonda had listed for sale. From beginning to end both were very professional, polite, and very true to their word! Even though they had other offers for the car they promised to hold it until my dad got there to look at it. Everything about the vehicle was accurate and the pictures did not do it justice as to how well kept the vehicle was. Thank you Ken and Rhonda for making this process so easy for my dad Steve. You really helped him find his Dream car!!!!

Auto Enhancers owners and staff have been an outstanding source of help for my business. I have a multiple unit fleet and Ken has often gotten us taken care to get us in quickly. Rhonda has often been an awesome source of support and I would be remissed if I didnt say thanks to the guys who have always let me know details of what to do to improve our success with the vehicles when they finish. I took my car there for a estimate after being hit parked . Well the insurance company told me to take it there mistake number one . They spend a couple minutes looking at tell me they will e mail estimate to insurance company. I get a call from insurance company 4 weeks later telling me how they will be sending a check for the back end of my car to get fixed nothing about how they going to fix the motor or transmission or whatever is making the car not drivable since the accident. So I m suppose to give them 2,040 for them to fix trunk damage but won t be able to drive car still since the main problem of mechanical damage has not been looked or fixed ! I told them over and over again the car DOES NOT RUN !! Why fix the trunk they don t do a complete estimate if you take your car there just what they can see that s obvious to them ! I m talking to my attorney now since I took the car back and told them they have to look under hood see what the real problem is and they told me I would have to pay for that . She also said they work for the insurance company s not me . So legal action has to be done also filling complaint with BBB . I m not going to be scammed .

Been telling everyone if they have electrical problems with they're cars go there seriously always satisfied with my cars and prices is a dream come true nobody in Rockford can beat them or do better and I work on cars

I brought my car here on 8/29/18 to have my right rear passenger's side door lock actuator replaced. After some mind games with one of the workers, the boss showed up. He got someone to work on the car. After a little while, the car was finished, I paid for it, and left. When I got home, I noticed that the right rear door latch handle (where you pull on to exit the vehicle) was not put back on correctly. Instead of being flush with the door, it was sticking out towards the opposite door. The casing behind the door latch on the opposite door was sitting on the floor, with the screw that held it in. There was nothing wrong with that door, and shouldn't have been touched. I brought the car back to show the owner. I showed him the door latch casing and screw sitting on the floor, and he told me it must have "fallen off." I told him it was on securely when I came in. The mechanic took it off for no reason, and left it on the floor. There was nothing wrong with THAT door. They ended up fixing everything. They DID screw with me here.

Thank God for Auto Enhancers! Once again we're on our way home from a long road trip after having the super amazing folks at Auto Enhancers tend to repairs and make our older but we'll cared for car, road trip worthy. I had an oil change there they were super friendly and I think I will have them repair the damage to my front end as well because they seem very efficient... Very friendly and it is super clean in there where you wait... I am highly impressed! :-)

I called on a Friday 9/19 morning to see if they could look at my car that day. The secretary said yes bring it in. I received a call a couple hours later stating they think they know what the problem is and it will probably be around $150..but will have to open up the engine and they will let me know. I asked if their work was warrantied and they said YES. I never received a call back on Friday so when I tried to call them around 5:30 they were closed. So i had to make last minute arrangements for friday night to get around. I called on Saturday because i was told they were open---no answer. I drove by and they were closed. So i had to cancel Saturday plans and make arrangements for a care on Sunday. On Monday I called to see if they had a quote yet and they STILL had not looked more thoroughly into the problem. On Tuesday I spoke to the owner who gave me a partial description of the problem because he was not sure---he is not a mechanic apparently. So because i felt like i was getting nowhere I drove in again on Wed to speak face to face; and they still did not know 100% what was wrong. FINALLY on wed they called and let me know that my original quote of 150 is now around 500. Ok -- now at least we know what the problem is. They gave me a couple of options and I wanted it fixed right I went with the more expensive option. On Thursday my boyfriend called to find out the status and then we found out the part would be another FIVE days to arrive! Obviously my boyfriend was upset and said "my girlfriends gonna flip, you've had the car for 7 days"---that is when the OWNER said "YOU SHOULD BE DRIVING HER AROUND"! WOW very unprofessional. So i called the next day to find out the status---tried to keep my cool. At that point I told them I would not want to deal with them in the future again so he said THEN COME PICK UP YOUR CAR-I DON'T HAVE TO FIX IT...OK so you have had my car for over a week and NOW you want me to come pick it up?!!!! I also brought up the fact that he did not call me on Friday to let me know I wouldn't have my car all weekend. his response was "I don't ever call people in that situation if they just drop their car off"!!!!!!!!!!!what ? really? and by the way i didn't just drop it off---I called that Morning and the secretary said bring it in.After a couple more minutes of bickering he finally agreed to fix my car (if i took it somewhere else i would have had to wait another 5 days for the part). He said it should be done on Monday....still wasn't done on Monday...Then finally on Tuesday it was done. I am a RN and work 12 hour days. Just so happened that i worked Tuesday, Wed and Thursday so I couldn't pick it up. So i told them i was going to send my sister to pick it up with my CC....But NOW their Credit Card machine was down!!!!!!So i picked it up on Friday and left as soon as i could...on reviewing the paper work today . They OVERCHARGED me for the part by $80.00 and wrote at the bottom of the paper that THIS WORK IS NOT WARRANTIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The owner lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I cant speak to the workmanship because it has only been couple weeksI do know that I can find a knowledgeable, courteous, well priced mechanic in Rockford and Auto Enhancers is NOT it.

Took my 2013 Toyota there for pointless debt removal and they decided to bondo and paint the car, which was supposed to be done by means of paintless dent removal. Which would not have been a big deal if they didn't miss dents and removed the front a rear windshield like the book calls for. By not removing the glass it caused issues with the paint job where the masking tape line is, which is going to cause issues down the road. They also used one of the cheapest clear coats on the market which is also going to cause paint issues down the road. They refused to fix it. Horrible experience and would never recommend anybody to go here. RUN AND RUN FAST!!!

Entirely too long of a wait and an improper install to boot. After a week I was sent to my regular mechanic for a fix, because auto enhancers forgot a bolt on my control arm, causing my car to shake violently turning what's normally a 30 minute drive into a several hour ordeal because I couldnt exceed 30 mph.

I just got done with my A/C being charged and they got me in and out within 45 minutes without an appointment. Extremely nice workers there and mechanics must know what they are doing because my A/C is blowing ICE cold!
