They have always been honest with me about what are important repairs and what are less important, compared to what dealerships tell me. They always communicate clearly what they think needs to be done and what it will cost before doing the repair. Love that there are no surprises. And of course they do very good work. The only place I ll ever take my vehicles in town. In the past I had been passed around from one mechanic to another for different jobs. Had a transmission rebuild after being misled from one shop to another. When the rebuild didn t resolve the problem, we came across Auto Care Clinic and diagnosed the issue right away and resolved the issue. That was 10 years ago and we continue to use them for their great service and honest feedback. Auto Clinic always takes great care of my vehicles. They recommend services, and let me know which ones are urgent/important and which ones can wait. VERY high quality work at great prices. A++ will continue to take any of my vehicles there for service.

Very professional and trusting. I blew the engine in my 2015 Honda Accord. The auto clinic was able to find one, quote a very reasonable price, and I'll say maybe a little over a week I was back on the rode. This was several months ago and the engine runs like new. There are alot of bs shops locally and the Auto Clinic is just top tier when it comes to this field. Pay the money and never worry about the rest.

Trustworthy and reliable! We are grateful that they were recommended to us years ago. Recently we were out and about when our vehicle started acting up and did not feel that it was safe to drive. We dropped it off over the weekend and due to it being a potential safety issue they looked into this right away on Monday morning. They truly care about their clients safety. I would recommend these guys to anyone! The office staff is so great and friendly also. Thank you!

We have been taking all of our vehicles to the Auto Clinic of Rockford for the past six or seven years. You will not find a place that s more honest and upfront about your vehicle s issues and the prices for repair. They have always been more than reasonable and in most cases shock us with how reasonable they are able to do the needed repairs. This is the best place for vehicle service in Northern Illinois!

Has always been the best auto repair shop! I have used them for years. Excellent customer service, always fix things right the first time! Highly qualified! I highly recommend!Just had my Nissan Rogue transmission fail. Left me without a car to get to work. Living 12 miles away meant it was difficult to get a ride (but my family is amazing and took care of it) but the guys at Auto Clinic did a rush order on a new transmission from Nissan. While waiting for it to arrive they went over the entire vehicle to make certain there were no other issues. Found a few small things and fixed them for me as well. Did a rush to get the transmission in so I could get it back asap. Able to get it done in a few days instead of 2 weeks. And we're able to save me about $300 off the estimate... They could have kept that but wanted to be honest. Seriously, THIS IS THE PLACE to take your car when it needs service! Thank you Brad and company!!!

Finding a good mechanic that you can trust can be a real challenge. Look no further than Auto Clinic. They do exceptional work and guarantee it. Also, incredibly fair and honest. I highly recommend Brad and Tim. Auto Clinic is by far the best mechanic in town. There may be a wait to get an appointment, but it is worth it. For sure. My highest recommendation. Seriously the best car mechanic shop in town. I've been to a dozen other shops and will always come back here to Brad's shop. Nicest guys and extremely knowledgeable team. Fairest pricing in town! Only potential downside is scheduling is usually a month or two out, but if there's an emergency they do amazing things working you in. Go here and only here :)

Brad arranged to have my car towed when my starter went out. As they are very busy with appointments booked for the next five weeks, he explained that he would try to fix it as soon as possible so I could get to work but it would probably be next week. He managed to get it fixed the very next day for which I am very grateful! Starts like it s brand new and cost was less than expected! Thanks Brad,you guys are awesome! Will definitely make Auto clinic my go to mechanic. Do yourself a favor and call Brad when your car is broken! You won t be disappointed!Service: Electrical repair

First time getting a repair here and it went smoothly. It was for a clutch on my Chrysler 300 that got stuck on a gear. Good customer service, clutch was fixed, and was done quicker than expected. I got my car back within the same day, so I don't have to worry about my upcoming commute. I also appreciate their honest feedback and communication! I trust in bringing my car here in the future.

I have been coming here for 15 years. The Auto Clinic's reputation is the best in town and for all the right reasons. In years past I have been steered or pressured to buy parts for my vehicle that are not the problem. Here I am never pressured to buy anything for my vehicle that isnt what I need. They will tell me they see this is getting worn out it may need to be replaced in x amount of time which I appreciate so I can plan ahead. The customer service is wonderful. I am always greeted by a smile and friendly welcome. Finding a good mechanic shop is like finding a good Dr. Once you find the one you like you stay with them. I encourage anyone who hasn't been here to come. They stand behind their work 100% and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. You wont be let down. I am a customer for life!

I would highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. Brad & Tim are amazing people to deal with. They tell you straight up what you need, in my experience Brad or Tim have always been on point with the part you can tell there not just trying to upsell. Always a reasonable price and makes sure him or his crew get your car fixed and running in a timely manner, if any problems come up upon further inspection they give you a call with all the details. There appointment times may be booked a couple weeks out at times, but they will always make sure to accommodate you and the most important part, the job is done right. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, he will do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied when you leave. The whole crew goes above and beyond! They also give you a heads up with details on certain parts of your car that may need attention in the near future as well. A1 quality.
