The Anderson Nissan dealership has made my car buying/leasing experience so easy and straightforward! I ve gotten multiple vehicles from them and they really raise the bar on customer experience. Everything piece of finalizing the deal was seamless - Zack was an awesome, attentive salesman with a ton of knowledge about all of the Nissan vehicles, Tim was a huge help in aligning on the financing, and the GM Jamie has played an active and engaged role with every vehicle I've gotten through Anderson Nissan. I highly recommend them based on their expertise and outstanding level of professionalism!

I recently totaled my car and was referred to Anderson Nissan. Prior to contacting Nissan I had already looked at Subaru's and other used cars. Everywhere I went I got the same run around that is so common at Car Dealerships. However when I went to Anderson it was a whole different story. They did not play any of the games that are so commonly associated with buying a car. They even helped me research the value of my totaled that I was replacing. They took car shopping to a whole different level. Ash was delightful and answered all my questions without running back and forth to the Manager. Everything about the car was laid out in front of me. His product knowledge was great. Even when I needed a few extra days to make up my mind they understood.Thanks Jamie and Ash

Service Department Staff was very easy to work with. Brad Brees made me feel good from the start in setting the appointment to greeting me on the day of. Mechanic Mike understood the concern and explained that it would be taken care of. Highly recommended for the professionalism shown and the service provided after the sale. Very satisfied with way everything was handled from start to finish!

Brett Jones spent quality time with me, finding the best car for my budget. He answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all but straightforward on my options. Paperwork was done in an extremely efficient mount of time and all were friendly and kind. I d recommend anyone to go see Brett Jones for their new car purchase, at Anderson Nissan!

By far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!Unfortunately my previous car was totaled and I was car shopping for a whole month. It was the most frustrating experience until a friend referred me to Anderson Nissan. I found what I was looking for online, Dan called me immediately and gave me all the information. I was in a few days later to drive it. From test drive to out the door in an hour. (I filled out my credit app prior)Dan, Danny and Pete made this an excellent experience and I will highly recommend this dealer for years to come. Thank you so much, gentlemen. I m in love with my Maxima!

The best car buying experience we have ever had! ZACH GROSS in sales was AMAZING! He was very laid back, never pressured us & answered all our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and made the experience fun & enjoyable. If you need a new car this is your guy!!Tim Tucci the sales manager was wonderful as well. He was also very knowledgeable and patient in working with us to get the price right where we wanted it.I would highly recommend this dealership but more importantly these amazing employees who went above and beyond to make our car buying experience the BEST it could be!

The car had a power steering problem. The problem was first diagnosed as a steering rack failure but after they got into the repair discovered it was a less expensive joint and the repair was completed. I feel like a good job was done on the repair and the staff was professional and courteous.

Everyone was extremely helpful & informative. From Zac & Luis the sales guys, Pete the finance manager, Tim the sales manager everyone made the experience of buying my new car easy & enjoyable. Bought a truck here on 12/30. Danny Flores was helpful and knowledgeable. Tim Tucci was great to work with as well. Quickest pass through the finance department I've experienced, so thanks to Myschelle Fox for that.I've serviced my previous Nissans here but this was my first purchase from them. Overall great experience.

What I appreciated was that I went in for a routine maintenance and they found another severe issue. They saw I had a warranty and assured me it would cost me nothing. They provided a loaner car so I could be on my way while they fixed my car with in a few hours. I felt very cared for in my situation - no stress no worry and no extra inconvenience.

Said it would cost $1700 for an alternator change the alternators less than $200 side be charged $1500 labor to do a four hour job swapped it out myself just said I had to waste 190 to have it looked at

We found a good deal on a used Kia from Anderson Nissan online. We spoke to Dan the same day, and he was very helpful. He quickly setup a FaceTime to see the car since we are located in Chicago.At the time, we didn't have a car to get out to the dealership and their team even offered to pick us up from the train station(we ended up renting a car to get out there). We were a bit worried that the price we spoke about would suddenly be different once they got us on the lot, but that was not the case.When we arrived, we were greeted by Ken. He was very friendly and accommodating. Ken had the car pulled inside so we could take a look at it. After the test drive, we reviewed the pricing. Unlike a lot of other dealerships we went to, the price we saw did not have any crazy dealership fees added. Also, the car didn't have floor mats and Ken gladly threw those in at no added cost (they are shipping new ones from a Kia dealership directly to our place).After we agreed to the price breakdown, we moved on to their financial team. Pete was also very friendly and didn't push or pressure us on extended warranties or gap insurance. This was a nice surprise as I was expecting to get a big pitch on why we needed the extended coverages. Pete helped us sign all the paper work and get our tags/license plates handed over to us.If there was one slightly negative thing about the whole experience, it would be the car we purchased didn't have a full tank of gas (I believe it was a little below half a tank). I wish we would have noticed before heading back towards Chicago, but in the end it's not that big of a deal.All in all, it was a great experience buying a car from Anderson Nissan. Everyone on their team, that we spoke to, was very friendly and were attentive to our needs. We will certainly look to buy there again in the future!Thanks Anderson Nissan Team!!
