The salesman for my purchase was Harvey Keller Sr. He was absolutely amazing. I was a bit nervous about the car buying process. He was so helpful and patient that I trusted the process. I went to a few dealerships before visiting this dealership. In addition to the car, his personality, experience, and service sold me. I will be sure to recommend others!

Horrible experience. The sales associate i dealt with over the phone was condescending. Wouldn't order the build I put together online and kept pushing the vehicles on the lot for way more money with significantly less than I had built and priced online with Mitsubishi. Wasn't willing to throw in some of the things I had added to the build. It was either his way or the highway. After 3 mitsubishi's would have loved to do business local, but I will be working with a mitsubishi over an hour and a half away to order the vehicle I want. I do not recommend this location.

Great staff very helpful, great answering questions and willing to help with anything, nice selection of vehicles on lot and willing to help find vehicles I was looking at online and work with price and financing, would buy another vehicle from them in future and would recommend them to other people looking to buy a vehicle

Growing up I always joined my grandma when she bought her new vehicles and she had taught me to always go where they're straight shooters. That is exactly what I found when I visited Anderson Mitsubishi. I highly recommend their services, you can't go wrong!

I have an Outlander (purchased from a used car dealership, not Anderson) with no factory key fobs. I went to Anderson and they ordered two for me but when they tried to program them to my vehicle they said it would not work. They then proceeded to tell me they would not let me return them and they would not give me my money back for the fobs (over $800). I am beyond upset with the customer service and can not believe a dealership could operate like this.

Service department is beyond amazing. They find coupons to help me save money on all services I have done there, they will price hunt to get you the best deal on tires as well as price matching. I have been going here for all my Mitsubishi services for 6 years and will continue to do so for years to come.

I am still waiting to hear about the several things that were missing from my new car purchase. Was told I did not need a front license plate in Wisconsin which is not accurate. Had a low tire that should have been fixed before I got to the dealership. So many little things that made me wish I would have bought a car elsewhere. Buyer Beware.

Since I have bought my Outlander in 2018 you have done all my service work. I have been treated with respect from everyone in the service department. Hopefully we can get that popcorn machine up and running soon. I always enjoyed that before Covid took over.

Disappointed that after buying my car the service guy could not answer my questions and stated if something was wrong with my vehicle I would have to take it to a certified service shop!! If I had known that before spending 42 thousand on my car, I would if chosen a different car. Salesman when I purchased the car tried to slide things past me as well. Let s say I have very little confidence in Anderson at this point and if asked I would be hesitant to tell someone to go there. Lesson learned I guess. Just because I am a woman does not mean you can get away with the way you talk to me. Changes need to be made. I will call Mitsubishi for information on a dealer that will be more helpful.

Very happy with Anderson Mitsubishi as a dealership. Everyone was very helpful in me making a decision to purchase a new vehicle. The transaction was very smooth and professional. I was also pleasantly surprised they had exactly what I was looking for in stock. How great is that. They were also very willing to work around my schedule...another plus. Special thanks to Mitch Edler my salesman. He was great and very willing to make the deal happen without being too forward. Again, a very smooth transaction.

I had been to many different Dealerships looking for a deal and was blown away by the customer service. They didn't play the many different games like ALL the other dealerships I had been to. They gave me a great deal on my new SUV and on my trade-in. I will definitely be back next time I buy a car.

Me and my wife got car couple years ago it was new outlander, and it has few bad scratches. Brand manager at the time told us bring car in on Monday because we bought it on Saturday. So they washed car on Monday and give me bunch of bologna about how body shop is moving at the moment. Came back few more times but looks like every time guy who sold us car not there. I have better things to do with my time. Between my moms and my family we bought 5 new Mitsubishi s since 06 and this is how we end our friendship...
