Anderson Mazda is absolutely amazing! i was driving out to the Rockford airport for a flight when i hit the worlds biggest pothole and got a flat tire. I was able to put on the spare and drive to this dealer, to try and get a new tire. i was so nervous when i arrived about missing my flight and the service staff were absolutely wonderful. They reassured me that they had the tire in stock and could change it right away. They were able to complete the repair and get me back on the road. best part was i made my flight! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I love my 2012 Mazda 5 and I have been servicing it at Anderson Mazda since then. The friendly Service Team has always been professional, expert and respectful. They diagnose and fix the problems quickly and completely. They always explain the repairs clearly, as well as which repairs are urgent and which can wait, along with estimated pricing. The waiting room is quite comfortable, but I recommend making an appointment, available online, because on certain days they are very busy.During the recent bout of dangerous negative temperatures and windchill, my car s battery and alternator needed replacement. While driving my young wheelchair-bound daughter around the icy roads for an appointment, all of my dash lights came on!, but I drove on to Anderson knowing they would help us. In fact, they let us stay in the garage to try replacing the battery first. Then they diagnosed and finished replacing the alternator on the same day, even though they needed to hunt down a part, so that the next day we were able to drive safely to Chicago in the bitter cold for another important doctor s appointment. On the day of the repair, they made a special shuttle service for us so I could get her home to clean diapers and her special food. Their extra trouble for us still brings tears to my eyes because it was so important to our health and safety. They were Heroes!

Anderson mazda nissan rockford, title clerk not doing their job paid for car on nov 28 2023, as of dec 6 2023 NO PAPERWORK filed per wi dot. Now the car probs, heater fan motor vibrates bad on high, intermittent wipers randomly turn off while using, rear wiper broke and sagging, oil started leaking immediately and stinking up the car. Yet none of these issues mentioned on the inspection. Mismatched snow tires on front. I'm really disappointed, these items will cost thousands! BUYER BEWARE!

Early this morning woke up to a non-starting car. Contacted this Mazda dealership and spoke with Tyler in the service department. He was awesome and was able to get my car in right away and figure out what was wrong with it. Smooth experience and would 10/10 recommend this Mazda dealership/service department.

I would like to thank the staff at Anderson Mazda of Rockford, Illinois. A week ago I came in to test drive a vehicle without purchasing but just shopping around to see what I really wanted. I shopped online with different dealers here in Rockford, and also for vehicles outside of the Rockford area. I finally made up my mind and went back to see Lenny (salesman) to get the car I wanted. I didn't feel any pressure into buying a car but he was very informative about different things I asked him. I would also like to thank Chris (sales manager) and Pete (finance manager) for making the transition as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend shopping for your next car at Anderson Mazda of Rockford.

I just purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-5 today and Zagit "Z" Rodriguez, the sales associate who assisted me, and Chris Walker, the sales manager, were both absolutely amazing! They both ensured all my questions were answered and that I received an AMAZING deal. I especially appreciated Z's no-pressure sales approach and would highly recommend going to see him if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Had a great experience buying my car here with Chris. I never thought I would buy a Mazda, but after taking it for a test drive I was sold. I just took my car in for its first oil change and Tyler in service took care of me. Good people and good service.

I m super excited and thankful my Fianc� and I found the car we were looking for. It was more than what we were looking for. It s absolutely perfect!!! It has all the features we were looking for. I am in love with it! Our Sales Rep was amazing! He helped us every step of the way. We test drove cars and was a process but he went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied and found the car we were looking for. Loved his personality. He always had a smile, remained positive, and was very humorous. I recommend Chris Walker as a Sales Rep. We are extremely thankful. We had a wonderful experience at Anderson Nissan/Mazda

I don t think it s possible to have a better experience at any other dealership. Chris took the time to show me absolutely every feature that I had questions about in my new car, and made me feel comfortable enough where if I forgot something, I can easily call back for clarification. Zack and Pete also worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. Definitely super happy to now be a part of the Mazda family!

My wife and I had been looking for the right vehicle for several months and found the vehicle we wanted online at Anderson; only issue was that they were 4 hours away from us. The team at Anderson took all the apprehension out of the process, and it was the best buying experience of any vehicle we ever owned. The negotiation process was transparent and simple, they were fair on price, and buying a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle left us feeling very confident in our purchase. 100% recommend Anderson if you are looking for a simple and hassle-free buying experience.

The experience of buying at Anderson Mazda was stress free and enjoyable. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in showing and finding an SUV that fit my wants in a vehicle, without the pressure to purchase on the spot. When it came to negotiating, Zack was easy to work with and incredibly great in getting the vehicle in my budget. I m immensely happy with my purchase and the service I received here!

I started the process online with the Anderson website. There was a slight miscommunication as far as availability went, but the internet sales guy called me to clear it up quickly. I got interested in a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT, and corresponded a few times via email. Staff was very informative and there was a decided absence of any pressure, which is very important for me. They never tried to steer me away from my choice of vehicle, and when i finally had the ability to take the test drive I was very happy with it. Isaias immediately went to work to make ownership of the vehicle happen for me. I was in a hurry, but he was patient and helped me understand everything as the process played out. Long story short, I now own my chosen car, and even though my credit isn't the greatest, I wasn't raked over the coals with the financing. I recommend dealing with Isaias and the staff at Anderson Mazda. Very professional, no pressure sales tactics, and super helpful to make the process as hassle free as possible. I will definitely recommend them to others and most likely look for my next vehicle there. Great job!

Lenny was a great sales person to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I would have given five stars but I was turned off by how aggressively pushy the finance guy was. To clarify, I had just purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle, which came with two different warranties. I didn't want to buy an extended warranty, but the man went on and on with horror stories of what could happen if I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I finally bought it just to get out of there.

Every worker at this place is super awesome. Justin was great at helping us with issues on our new car. He went above and behind what I could have ever expected. He gave us a rental and took less than 24 hours to fix a major issue on our car. Normally I deal with rude service guys who do not want to repair anything under warranty. They usually give me some reason why I have to pay but not at Anderson Mazda. I had 2 big issues and they fixed it for free. I definitely will go back to Anderson Mazda even if I have no warranty and have to pay out of pocket. The people here seem to really enjoy working at Mazda and helping other Mazda owners.

After 25 years, it was time to invest in a new vehicle. I began and ended my search with Anderson Nissan\Mazda on East State. Mike Walsh, Nissan sales, and Joe Schumann, Mazda sales, provided me with a positive buying experience. I was impressed by their willingness to help me with my final choice. Neither pressured me to buy "their" brand. They were courteous, friendly, thoughtful. Mike endured several test drives in the area. Joe PATIENTLY instructed me on all the updated equipment of my final choice: a Mazda 3 hatchback. I also met\worked with several equally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff: Tabitha, Pete, Tyler and Chris. I happily recommend this Anderson group to anyone searching a new\used vehicle.

Anderson Nissan/Mazda is by far the most customer friendly dealership around. I have been impressed by the warmth, knowledge, and helpfulness of the staff every time I am in the market for a new vehicle or stop in for maintenance. Chris Walker was the person I most recently worked with, and he is truly the best! Definitely work with him if you get the chance!

Len helped me get my new Mazda CX-5, and I love it! The staff was polite and efficient. I have purchased several new cars and this was buy far the quickest, easiest process we have been through. No one pushed or rushed us into a decision. We will definitely be back in the future.

Our salesman, Dorian, was friendly, eager to find us the right cars, and willing to go the extra mile for us. They even worked with us on price! Great place to shop for a used car!Just one word of warning.... Don't go on a Saturday! They are really busy and it can take a while longer than during the week!

We just bought our new Mazda CX9 from Anderson Mazda. We worked with Bob and had a remarkable experience. There were no high pressure sales tactics used which my husband and I appreciated a great deal! Bob was very knowledgeable and overall a great guy. We will definitely recommend Anderson Mazda!

We could not be happier with the experience we just had at this dealership. We saw a vehicle online we might have interest in and went in to the dealership. We were met by a warm welcome that felt inviting, and not pushy. We spoke with Zach regarding what we were interested in, price point, requirements in a vehicle etc. We saw the vehicle we originally came in for, but were shown multiple other vehicles that met and exceeded our wishlist. The knowledge and expertise exhibited by Zach was amazing. He informed us of pros and cons and allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles and discuss the options alone, without feeling pressured or swayed to purchase. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and this car is perfect for us! Without his great customer service and knowledge, we would not be driving our dream car! I would recommend this dealership and Zach to anyone I know! I normally don't write reviews, but we had such a great experience, I had to share for others.

After being loyal Honda buyers, we decided to give Mazda a try after reading several excellent reviews on the CX3. Isaiahs and Chris were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. If they didn t know an answer to our question, they immediately found someone who did. They did not pressure us but were enthusiastic and open. They worked well as a team and have both followed up to check on how we re getting along with our new vehicle.

Chris Walker was my salesmen and I can t imagine having anyone better! He asked many detailed questions about me to find the perfect car and I really liked that. He checks up on you after your purchase and even becomes a friend. His personality lights up the room and he is just a genuinely nice person. Choose Chris Walker everybody! You won t regret it.

I recently purchased a new Mazda CX5 and had an AMAZING experience with Heather. I have a really hard time feeling comfortable making large purchases and she went above and BEYOND to make sure I was comfortable. We had our 10 month old with us and she was very understanding and accommodating of everything that comes with that. She was happy to let us do 2 test drives so one of us could stay back with our son. She even held my son at one point so my husband and I could take a look inside the car together :)

Please don't buy cars from that particular dealer because they are not trust worthy. I bought a car from them and it had mechanical problems and when I took it back for them to fix it on the same day they refused to fix it for me or even cooperate. This dealer is full of ps.

This dealership is small but nice for Rockford. The salesperson Chris was very nice and really enjoyed his energetic attitude. We would have certainly purchased a car from him and the Dealership had they had our car in stock. Unfortunately they did not and wanted me to haggle price on a car unseen before they would have it shipped to the dealership throwing who knows how many miles on it. Had they gotten the car first then asked me to come in and talk price they would have likely gotten the sale. Instead we located the CX-5 GTR we wanted ourselves and drove to the dealer that had it. I'm sure it is just normal policy but certainly something that we werent happy about in the sale process. Was a very nice dealerhsip though and I would have no hesitation buying a car there had they had what I was looking for.

Lucien sold me a new Mazda 6. Awesome salesman very professional and knowledgeable about all the models, if he didn't know the answer he made sure he found out for me. He did the best he could for me. I'd recommend everyone I know to him.

First and foremost I had a good experience with Isaias. Super nice. Respectfully. Nothing but good things to say about Isaias. We looked at there 2021 Mazda 3 turbo hatch. Great car but unfortunately the management believes it s worth over sticker price due car manufacturers not being able to meet consumer demand. There is two thousand dollar mark up on a vehicle that is mass produced. This not a Lamborghini or Ferrari that is one of one in the nation. Regardless if Mazda is currently unable to meet the customer demand with due time they will be back up and running. That is facts, period end of statement.
