This was my first time buying from Anderson Dodge. Keefer was an outstanding salesperson! He listened to my concerns and did everything in his power to make sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He went out of his way to bring a truck from a different Anderson dealer so that I could test drive it. There was very little negotiating as I explained what I wanted and he made sure I got it! Keith, the finance guy was just as awesome to work with. He explained all the finance details well and made sure it got the powertrain warranty I wanted, without the pressure of additional things I didn't need.I would highly recommend buying from here, and specifically from Keefer.

Blindly bought a used Chrysler 300 from a private seller out of town. It test drove fine, but noticed some issues after I left. Went to Anderson since I wouldn't trust taking it to a non certified dealer. Nate was a great help honestly tremendous. I stalled out at the gas station near Anderson and had to get a tow. I told Nate what problems I was experiencing which was quite a bit with the timeline I had with the vehicle. He was very kind to take the time out of my day to suggest what should be done. After the diagnosis Nate gave me a very informative process on what needs to be done with my car and why. I had the option to get it fixed there. Needless to say I got it fixed there. I got a timeline on when my vehicle was to be ready. Got it when was said and she drove like a beauty afterwards I had no idea how that vehicle should drive the first time driving it, but the difference with the way she drives is night and day. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced. Thank you Anderson team for taking this stressful situation away from me. Also a big thanks to Nate in service for taking care of me.

Let me just start by saying this was my 4th great purchase from the Anderson Automotive Group. I would like to take a minute & say how great they made me feel on my most recent purchase. I purchased a new ram 3500 from Mike Gardener. He was very polite & paid attention to my needs of what i wanted in a truck. I would also like to thank Bob Williams for working the magic we needed to put this whole deal together. My first purchase was from Harvey Keller from the ford store & wow what a great salesman as well. They have a great leader at the Anderson Group by the name of Jason Brown. I had a small problem with one of my vehicles & he was available for me to discuss & solve my problem first hand. In closing i would like to say."THANK YOU" to the all that helped out with this purchase.

Top notch service. They went above and beyond for me today and I have never received service like this at a dealership ever. My service advisor Kasey was amazing about staying in contact and making sure I was well taken care of, service tech did more than I could have asked for and the service manager Bob went out of his way to make sure I left an extremely happy customer. Mike is a great salesman. He appreciated us too. Said he had never had a car sale go so quickly. What can I say I saw what I wanted and I was prepared to buy it I love my new White Jeep Renegade. Although, we wrapped up the sale quickly, he did stay an hour past closing time to allow us to proceed with the transaction that night instead of waiting until the morning, thanks Mike!

I have a newer Chrysler 300. Had some warranty issues. They wouldnt even look at it unless I dropped it off for at least 1 day. Said too busy doing oil changes and other work. Warranty work gets fit in where it can. I tried to make an appointment. Those are reserved for oil changes and such. So I asked, when is the next open date on your schedule? It was 11 days away. I asked to book that spot. Would not do it. They dont care about the car you bought. They only care about how they can make more money. Because of this, I had to call the Chrysler dealer in Elgin 43 miles away. They said they could take my car in almost immediately and take care of the issue. I would not advise buying a car here, or having service done, as they dont care once the car is sold!!! Thats a terrible way to run a business.......Update:The Mgr reached out to find out what happened. After telling me how sorry he was, and how he couldnt understand how this could happen, he tries to make it sound like it was my fault. Im not complaining about the diagnosis. Im complaining about the fact that a warranty issue got placed behind a non warranty issue. And regardless of diagnosis time, the other dealership offered immediate attention to my issue, they didnt tell me to "drop it off and theyll get to it when their workload clears" like these folks did. Its not the diagnosis, it was the way a warranty issue got pushed off for straight shop time labor. When I spoke to corporate Chrysler, they told me that unfortunately, they have no control over how Dealerships go about things, as they are independently owned, but they apologized and offered a service coupon book.

Excellent customer service here!Duke Holmes was my sales guy and he was able to read my needs and placed me in the perfect vehicle that he knew I would love. He took the time (I had so many questions and thoughts) to get to know me personally to better serve me. He is well skilled and such a personable guy.Bob Williams, Blake, and Keith McCoy also excellent at engaging and explaining the process and answering questions.I will definitely return and I recommend anyone else to check this amazing team out!

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. One week into buying a certified vehicle from them it started turning off on me. I took it in that same week just to be told the sensor doesn t pick anything up so there s nothing for us to fix after 3 months of constant going back and fourth, my warranty expired. Well, after my warranty expired, they came out with oh you need a new started, that will be $990 Sooooo nothing was fixable during my warranty period. STAY AWAY!

Please go here first for all your dodge Ram and other cars that they offer, needs. They have the best deals that save you a ton of money. They have no markups. They do not try to sell you extra stuff. They are incredibly laid back. They are up front about everything and this was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I have leased over 5 cars and wow. Randy was incredible. He will answer all you questions. They really matched the exact payment I had in mind without spending all day there. Keith did all the paperwork and is a fascinating guy. You really feel like a friend to these people. The dealership was great. The staff were very nice. Even the coffee was good.

It is important in every situation to ask yourself. What part you played in the situation in this particular situation? I take a percentage of responsibility, Due to the fact that we have already been warned by a friend of ours that they were treated unfairly at this location. But nevertheless we gave anderson an opportunity to do right by us. At the beginning of December. I walked into this dealership with my friend. I spoke to a car salesman and I made it clear to him that our objective wasn't to drive off the lot with a new car but to establish a relationship with one of the financing companies.So that we can better further our financial goals in the future. Whether that meant we needed to pay 99% of alone or 10% of front that was our objective simply to establish and maintain a relationship. I explained to him that I was seeking Financing from the bank cross the street. But it was not necessarily needed as we were cash-rich. But our objective again is to establish relationships and if we can do that by using the bank across the street as well grate, We're going through the loan process. The bank made some errors, which caused a delay. But the time I showed up back to Anderson they had sold the vehicle. We were interested in the sales person became extremely frustrated. Perhaps because he called us over and over and over. After we left there, office tying up our phone lines so much so that we had to screen his calls. We couldn't even wait until the process was over to get back to him. So when I came back into the dealership and explained to him that I had received approval letters from other places and that there was an error made by the bank.Which took a delay he began getting frustrated at which time I asked to speak to the manager the manager immediately. Did everything in his power to obtain my personal credit score. Ask no questions about the business or the type of money. We had to put down or any of our objectives. Once he obtained the credit score, he immediately had us escorted off. The premises it's safe to say that we do not recommend this business. An hour later, we visited kunis dealership in Belvedere and drove off the lot and a brand new Dodge Ram. And Started a relationship with one of the biggest names in car finance. I do believe I was racially profiled during this experience. Also, the guy would not allow us to hold the keys we stop to get gas and when I went to start the vehicle. He wasn't close enough to the vehicle. When I reached for the keys, he yanked back and said he's gonna hold on to them.Ps. Do better ,Sincerely mikaelson enterprises l l c

Randy and Bob helped us get our new suv! Helped work out every detail and worked with us. Had the car looking perfect when we picked it up. Even texted the next day with an extra set of keys! This is the 3rd car our family has bought at Anderson in the last 3 years. We are all super happy with Andseron and our jeeps, vans, and trucks.

We ordered a custom built Jeep Wrangler from Anderson. Randy was awesome; he kept my husband and I updated on how the car was coming along the whole time. And when the Wrangler finally arrived, Randy made the rest of the car-buying-process smooth and painless. We will definitely be buying another vehicle from Anderson in the future.

This guy is killer at his job I drove from a different state people because he killed it and is great at his job. I don t care if there are 5 people in line you wait to deal with Randy!

Unless you need to use them for warranty purposes, I would go elsewhere for service. Took my car in for a second opinion on a brake problem. Was charged $280 for a tech to look and apply break quiet only to have the problem persist . Took it apart 2 days later and there was no break quiet on them what so ever . Did he even really look at them ? Lost all trust and the wife and I will take our Dodge vehicles to Kunes for all future services. At least they scammed me outta $280 , seems like a winning business plan . As to Andersons reply, they still happily took my money for services not completed, and I went home and fixed it myself at an additional cost . Thanks for nothing . If you don't know cars , they'll take you for a ride .

Just took delivery of a new Wrangler Unlimited. Everyone there that I dealt with did a great job, Robbie Pezza was our salesperson and took extremely good care of us. All of our questions were answered in a friendly and helpful manner. Financing was smooth and easy. All in all they seem to have a pretty darn good team there.

Came in Randy Celaya was the first one we met. He greeted me, went and got the vehicle I was interested in and was very cordial about business.
