We had such a wonderful experience with Anderson Collision. We worked with Patrick and he was so great every step of the way. Both of the women that I spoke to at the front desks should also be acknowledged because they were so kind and pleasant each time I called or came in. We had an hour commute to this business but it was 100% worth it. I highly recommend this business. Your kindness is so appreciated!

They did some dent removal... My car was there for 3 days before they even started on it. They had it for more than a week total. Then I had to call them to find out when it was done, even though they said they would call me... Very unprofessional... Would have given 1* but they did vacuum the floor. They took my pineapple air fresheners, which is up setting!!

Great experience. Went way above and beyond for me. Really pleased with how great my car looks after. They walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date with insurance and whatnot. Basically my car looks brand new now! Thanks Anderson!

The managers Patrick & Kevin along with the staff were so great! Very professional & informative. I love how they kept me updated in regards to services needed for my car during the insurance claim process. I ll definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much!

Excellent job on some minor body repairs on my 4Runner. I was 5 minutes late to pick up after they closed at 6. The manager in sales did me a solid and called up the service manager - he drove back on a Friday night to help me out. They totally didn t have to do that and I would have understood if he chose not to turn around. All around great experience. Also, Patrick in the body shop was great with following up, scheduling and a really nice guy.Service: Body & Trim

She is perfect AgainAfter being rear ended 2 days before Christmas, John and his staff fixed my car perfectly. Parts came quickly they got me in and out even detailed it ! It was done on time and looks great this is the place to go they made the whole process painless, and she is as good as new . Thank you Rock River ... never let me down !Service: Body & Trim

Dawn Domino , Took vehicle to Anderson s after a crash in November, Knowing it s wrecked never be the same, left it Nora was wonderful. Kevin said Dawn it s going to be back to the same car ,, your here and we will make sure . Called me after a few weeks to say car is ready . Saw a car outdoors that was same Lexus RC 350 ,, I was positive was a new vehicle not mine .. Walked in everyone was so wonderful John said let s look at your car go over what we did .. We walked out and over to the same vehicle I believed new. I was astonished,I m so picky about my car ,I have it hand washed And only a certain person can do that for me.. So to come in and see the work they did was amazing ..As I said thought my car would never be the same it was wrecked. .. I was so happy and mistaken.. If you have a issue n need repair I highly recommend you take it here ,, They take pride in their work and care what they deliver John ,, I m so happy your with Anderson s , All I say to people is took my car to have body work done at this shop, they say o yes Johnhe knows his stuff can t go wrong great shop great guy Rick ,,,,,,,,, Thankyou as always ! 5 Stars are not enough for a rating ,, I would give moreService: Body & Trim

I have been trying for 10 days to get an appointment to fix the hail damage on my car. I was told they outsource the dent removal and it may take a day or two to make the appointment. I asked where they sent it so I could make my own appointment and was told they would make the appointment. Many calls and many days later I still have no appointment. I have had to call multiple times to get a response from Kevin. The person answering the phone takes a message, but I don't receive a return call until I have called again the next day. They repaired a car for us in the past and we were happy with their work. I'm extremely disappointed I don't have an appointment after 10 days. I am taking my car to a different business to be repaired.

My car was in an accident on 1/26/2021 I immediately called my insurance company to file the claim Anderson Collision had a tow truck come to my house to pick up my vehicle within an hour of us talking with them and did an absolutely awesome job on all of the repairs including having it completed very quickly! They even gave it a nice detail before I picked it up, I am extremely happy with my car and the work the Anderson team did. If need be I would definitely use them for all repairs in the future!!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I just picked up our Toyota Highlander which was involved in an accident. The team at Anderson provided a prompt estimate and, more importantly, great service and work to bring our car back to new. Dave M. listened to me talk about buying a car for months. We researched reviews, brands, and took our time narrowing down our search. I narrowed it down to a Toyota and a Mazda. Dave was very helpful. Put us with a great salesman, Pete, and we test drove. I loved the 2014 Mazda 3. She handled beautifully. She was stylish, great gas mileage, and responded the way I expected. I have had my car a year and there is absolutely nothing I don't love about that car, and she's been driven hard.The purchasing process was long but painless. They worked with us on our trade-in and price. We drove out of there extremely happy.In the past year, I have taken her in to be serviced (regular service: oil, tire change, etc). Last time I took in a coupon for $99. I didn't mind paying for good service. After about 20 minutes someone came out and said they wouldn't be changing me the $99. They were only charging me $79. They were kind, courteous, and when they could have over-charged me, did not.I'm a college student at night. In a recent Consumer Buying course, 4 others had bought their car from Anderson Nissan, and all of them would go back.Thank you for the fabulous service and helping make a major purchase I do not regret.
