I have lived in the rockford area for almost 60 years and I want to tell you these people are the best. They are highly trained. They will fix your car in a timly fashon. They have shuttle service to and from your house and a nice clean waiting area. I can't say enough good things about these people. I will never go anywhere else. They know how to treat they're customers.

Took my '19 Nissan Kicks in for an oil change and a tire repair. Nico is the one who helped me. He was very communicative the whole time, and went out of his way to help me in every way possible without offering anything unnecessary. I am very pleased and will continue to go back for any car maintenance I should have in the future. Thank you Nico!!

My salesman was great to deal with. Answered all questions leaving no doubt about anything. Always has time to talk to us when we stop by. Just went to the Service Dept and they were very professional and quick.

Jeanne is always the best service advisor to bring my vehicle to. She schedules it in for service, and has the techs perform whatever repairs or updates are needed. The excellent service is a major part of why I choose Ford.

I took my truck to the dealership to get a new key fob and to have my gas cap looked at as it was not closing properly. They charged me over $450 for a new key (somehow labor cost to program a new key was $255 and OEM key fob costs $60 but charged me $160) and then told me that my gas lid housing was broken and that it would cost $225 to get a new one put on.I told them not to replace the gas cap housing and after looking at it myself, I noticed the spring was just dislodged and it took 30 seconds to put back into place.They re completely dishonest and trying to work everyone over for all their worth. I d give them 0 stars if I could.

I purchased a warranty through this dealership because my current one was expired. I was told by the salesman that it was the same warranty. Apparently it wasn't I spent over 2,700 for the warranty and it doesn't cover anything. There's a right way to make money and the wrong way. The sales guy that sold me the warranty apparently just cared how much they were going to make nothing about the customer. After multiple Service Repairs pretty much nothing was covered I had to pay out of pocket. Therefore I just canceled the warranty. There is a lady in the service department skinny one I think her name is Jeannie, she's horrible at customer service and should be trained how to speak to customers. Her response was should have bought a better warranty. I told her your dealership sold me the warranty. Anyways to make a long story short I spend thousands and 90% out of pocket. I myself run a business and I never have treated customers the way this dealership does! Anyways who ever is lqqkin at this BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE STAFF!!!

I had one of the greatest services appointments . Ford service Reps. Was very friendly and polite. I had some safety recall for my vehicle they informed me I would have to leave my car for the entire day and what do you know my car was done by lunch time. Note I did have a 7:30 appointment. Thank you Ford

Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for a service covered under warranty. I was told my car would be finished by the end of the day. My husband receives a call that it will not be done today and it would be done tomorrow at the end of the day. I called them because I need my car to get to work. I was told I would get a return call to see what could be done or an estimated timeline. I never got this call. Every experience I have had with ford has been bad. In Florida they put cheap oil into my car and now in Rockford they can t get the work done on time and now I can t get to work. I purchased a ford with a warranty because I thought they were a good company. I will think twice when the market improves and I trade my car in.

I don't like going here for service. They make me feel like I'm an inconvenience, which is uncomfortable.They also wanted to charge me over $400 for rear brakes. I bought a set at AutoZone for $40 and changed them myself with no fancy equipment in less than an hour.

Very unprofessional and unrespectful service I went for a recall in my explorer, it took them the whole day and at 4 pm they called me telling me that the recall it was already done and that I just needed to wait for the shuttle to take me from my home to their shop, now they are already close (7pm) but they don't even call me again to let me know that no shuttle was going to pass for me, that's one, two even when the recall is free of charge it looks like they wanted to charge me something "suggesting" me to do the cabin filter change (even when I changed it two weeks ago) that's only tells me that probably they never take a look to the filter , and three I asked them to check a noise that I detect in the car and when they called me to let me know that everything was done they forgot everything about my request. At the end they let me without my car the whole day and probably the next one

Had some low tires but found another leak in my radiator, made an appointment to have it checked, and I have been telling them from day one there's something wrowith my breaks, hope they can find what the issue is, because if I slam into somebody's rear-end there's gonna be problems....

Anderson Rockford Ford are crooks I bought my 2013 Ford escape there. To check a seal leak on my transmission they did a inspection on my escape. I get a call later saying I have a leak from the axle and the transmission was bad they advised me to get a new transmission and seal which would be 6,000 I don't have that kind of money my warranty wouldn't cover it either . I took it to another place they flushed my transmission put new line tube on it seal my leak from the axle for 2,300 it runs like a champ I'll never come to you guys again why do you guys do people like that who ever was doing my my inspection needs to be fired it's not right my name is Michael sharp check your papers and see I'm not lying people dont have that kind of money you will not get a star but you will get 5 xxxxx and you charge me a $167 dollars just to look at my Ford excape

Do not take your car here for repairs. They erased codes on my car then lied to my face telling me nothing was wrong with my car and the problem was still there when i got in it. Then lied and tried to charge me the diagnosis fee and i have a warranty.

Dropped off the suv for service and within an hour I had the answered to my problem and cost to fix. It was ready to pick up at the time I was told. Good job once again

This is the absolute best place to have your car serviced for everything. Anderson's Ford Service Department is located behind the the from of the main Anderson's Rock River Ford new car sales. This service department can do everything from a fluid check, all the way to a complete engine rebuild.. From anything minor to almost any major job, including everything... Not just Ford vehicles...
