Poor service had a simple tire problem up the street told me they couldn t do anything unless I drove it there and thenwould be able to fix got it towed there literally down the street got there the boss told me he couldn t do it because was busy after he just told me to get it towed there inconsiderate very wrong I ll never go back and I hope no one else does. YOU told me to get it towed the time donest matter at all don t you know it takes time to get a tow truck to you? You told me to get a towed and you could help if it was THERE it got there and u couldn t.. your not talking to your kids when you say that s now how it works it does work like that if you do business the way you SAY you did i was told by you to bring it back TOWED so learn how to treat your customers instead instead wasting there time learn business and customer support things don t work like that because of your lack of customer support! Learn how to treat your customers like real people

AMAZING!!! I really cannot express how impressed I am with their diligence and work. I spoke on the phone to a gentleman named Caesar. He was polite and knowledgeable about my issue. I was going to take my tire in, and he was going to have a look at it. However, I could not get off work, and my mom offered to take it up there for me. I was hesitant because I do not trust having my mom to go places based on my word from a phone call. My mom was blown away by their service. She said every person she uncounted was genuine and respectful. Caesar explained things with great clarity. My mom left after paying an AMAZING price for what we got. So Caesar and America's Tire Pros not only took care of me; they took care of my mom. That means a lot, and we have a new go-to location for all our needs. Changed a tire for me drove off a mile or two away and tire came off , came back and was told wasn t there fault I ll be moving toward taking legal actionThanks for the poor customer service

Being from Florida, not knowing where to go, saw the shop while driving and pulled over! My car was in need of care! They were so professional and helpful! Diagnosed the problems and had it fixed. Excellent shop for car repair as well as tires. Ceasar is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have truly appreciated getting to know him. I feel that I have found a shop I can rely on. Ceasar and America's Tire & Auto were recommended by the dealership where we purchased our car, a Mercedes S550. That was a great tip. It has taken the concern about maintaining this vehicle off my mind.

No wait, reasonable prices. No pushy sales people like Discount tire. As a fleet mechanic myself I could see through the waiting room window that they were doing a great professional job. Think I might go here from now on for my tire needs. They also mount used tires, might be the only place left in town that does.

I have been really impressed the 4 times I have been through here. As somebody who gets a little too geeky about shopping around for prices, I was pretty surprised to find Tire Guys as the best price for the odd size of tires for my wife's Mazda. After two repairs (not on the tires we bought there) and another purchase, I'm hooked on Tire Guys.While getting a tire repaired, I was blown away at how well they treated a lady who didn't know the difference between a rim and a tire (after wrecking both). Tire Guys had tracked down the exact same rim and a lightly used tire for her. She was out the door for what you would expect to pay for a single new tire. Honestly, you sort of expect people to take advantage of somebody like that. It was really cool to see somebody taking the time to explain everything to her and do their best to help. She left very happy.The level of service and friendliness is head and shoulders above anywhere else I have been. The pricing competes with any of the national chains as well.

Great first time experience. Highly recommend it. Great prices great service.First time I've seen a tire shop actually spend the time and use a torque wrench to do the final tightening of lug-nuts (as opposed to air hammering them) so you can get them off your self.They wire brushed the wheel lip where the tire seats so no more slow air leaks from a bad bead seat.

I put a new set of tires on my pickup and replaced every part on the front suspension and took it there for the alignment. The mechanic does the job and when he gets it done he wouldn't adjust the caster. He actually claimed his machine doesn't adjust caster..He is a liar. Just too lazy to do his job right. Now my truck is pulling to the right and will cut the tread off my new tires. Be very cautious if you take your vehicle there. They will not do the job right.

Bought a used car, they sent me to this mechanic to replace valve cover leak and get an oil change as part of the purchase agreement. I saw a puddle of oil under my car a week later and took it back for them to fix again. They said they took care of it and sent us on our way.Another week goes by and I'm leaking oil even worse now, so I took it back a 3rd time. A different guy looked at it and says the bolts where over torqued and the new valve cover was broke and they had to order another one.Fourth time there they get the second new valve cover on and send me on my way. It's still leaking oil, but it's now a small leak and I've had enough of these incompetent people so I decide to deal with it before they make it worse again.Now it's time for another oil change and decided to do it myself. Come to find out they over torqued that too and stripped the bolt. Luckily I have an extractor set, so I was able to get it off, but it took an 18" breaker bar to get enough leverage it was on there so tight.So bottom line, stay as far away from this place as you can as they are completely incompetent.

I was a big fan until my last visit. I got a flat tire and figured I would stop and get a used tire while I waited for my replacement tires to come in. The guy met me st the door to appear to have good service. I told him I wanted to know what they had in used to just get me by. After a few minutes he came in and said you re all set...? I was too annoyed by dealing with my flat tire to argue. I asked if it had good tread and was a similar tread pattern. He said oh yeah and said he put it in a bag to keep my car dry. When I got home to put my tire on, it was uneven tread and not even remotely similar. Also, I looked at my receipt and he charged me $13 for lifetime rotation and balance!?! Why in the heck would I want that for a crappy used tire!?!?WILL NOT EVER RETURN! Unfortunate because I had bought a few sets here and have sent friends. Very disappointing and clearly trying to be deceitful in their service.

OK, I don't normally go off on here about services provided to me in the Rockford Area, But these guys take the cake. So I took my Lady's car to America's Tire Pros on Riverside and Alpine. I tell the guy at the counter to check the rear passenger tire for damage and repair if possible or replace with the tire I brought with me. When I pick up the car I was told that the tire had a nail or "Metal" in the sidewall of the tire and could not be repaired and that they found a bad Tire Pressure Sensor as well. Being me, (having Knowledge in this area) I asked them to give me back my "Bad" tire. Upon returning home I found that in reality the tire just needed a plug in the tread face and had no damage to the sidewall at all, which means it should have been repaired as I asked, Instead they changed it out and "found" a bad sensor to replace on top of that. So what started as a 60$ repair cost me 115$. I then called the owner and told him that his employee was being less then honest and that I didn't want them to even consider touching the car again. He insisted I bring the tire up to him to show them I wasn't lying, and when I did, and I told him his employee was lying he become very upset and began to swear at me, I told him to look at his employee for the fix to the issue, like don't attempt to take advantage of and lie to people you don't know because they may just know more then you. So long story short Don't waste your time or money here they will only take advantage of you.Oh, and to the Manager, How is this for knowing how to spell, moron.

These guys showed me generosity far beyond what the job was supposed to be. The staff is extremely nice and went out of their way reaching into their own pockets to make my vehicle safe to drive. I cannot commend them enough as well as they recharged my ac and refilled all my tires without me even asking!! Thank you!!

Good thing about this place are their cheap prices. If you wonder why they have cheap prices, specifically on used tires, is because they sell you used tires with nails all the way inside of it. They don't even bother to fill the hole. They just send you off on the road with a hole in your tire you bought and let it slowly leak out. Since day one!

I worked with Cesar, sales rep. and he was great. He looked up the wheels I wanted ordered them and all finished in less then 10 minutes. Wonderful person to work with.

Called for a front end alignment appointment. After driving all the way there, I'm told their employee didn't show up for work. No one could call to cancel me?? They were to call me Saturday. No call. I called them Monday and the guy who answered said their worker was still MIA and they couldn't get a hold of him. Shady business.

Kenny has horrible customer service and does not have customer loyalty. My friend bought a used car from him last year and Kenny promised to send over new steering wheel button stickers, since the cars are erased and white He has been calling him for an entire year and Kenny has been avoiding him or telling him it has not arrived yet.UPDATE: after this review he s since reached out and took care of all said issues! Showed great customer service

Well I have had places give great service and had friendly employees, but I think I found the place to go and stay with. The service I got was extremely good. They are very fair priced friendly and they got everything I needed done faster then what I thought and what I was told. They didn't try and up sell me like the most shops do. They did tell me stuff to look out for in the future, but they didn't try to push anything on me. In my opinion this is the place to go.

Took a vehicle for an estimate, was told the rotors and brake pads were bad in the front along with the calipers for a $665 quote, which was weird because they themselves just replaced the brake pads and rotors last year, and the vehicle doesn't even have two thousand miles since that was done. I took it to two other places and they both said that the rotors and brake pads were fine, the problem was a wire in the ABS system, and besides that it was just a matter of cleaning the caliper slider....

I got a nail in my tire and called America's Tire. They told me to come in immediately to have it taken care of. The tire was repaired and I was back on the road again in 30 minutes. Great customer service!

So I'm not going to judge them on what they had or did not have, because nobody had my tires.. but the customer support here was top notch and they were really nice in trying to assist me, would definitely recommend if you don't have a lot of time to try and figure your necessities out

Took a vehicle down for an alignment. Just installed new wheel bearings with sensors, tie rods, and control arm bushings. Alignment should be simple, all new parts. Get the car back with new ABS sensor ripped apart from wheel bearing. Someone caught a wrench on the sensor wire while turning the tie rod for an alignment. ABS/TRAC lights were off on test drive, and taking vehicle too them. Get in car to pick it up from them and ABS/TRAAC lights are both on. Call them to ask them about it and they know nothing of it and don't understand how it could have happened. Ken was very unapologetic and didn't seem to care. Poor work, and then not standing behind it. That's a shady business. Definitely will not be going back.

LOVED this place. I suggest anybody who needs repairs to take their car there! Good fair prices. The workers there act like they really do care about you. Best care place I have ever been too!!!!!

Went into tire guys yesterday for an alignment. I was told it would take an hour. After about an hour the worker came and told me that I need a control arm on my passenger side but my alignment is fine. I said great I'll get that replaced asap I paid the man and left I went to balance my tires with air to test my new alignment as I drive away from the gas station my car is pulling to the left horribly I get home jump out and face the car and back up okay my passenger side ( the side with the control arm messed up) is perfectly straight I look at my driver side (apparently nothing wrong it) and it's cocked out to the left a lot it's not just barely noticeable it sticks out like a sore thumb. So I'm furious and I go back up there walk in and say this is awful the worker goes to get the mechanic and he jumps in my car and we take it for a test drive. Before we take off I show him how my steering wheel is still crooked we take off and I immediately take my hand off the wheel we immediately start merging into the left lane and I say this is ridiculous this is not aligned so he preaches how the control arm is the reason he couldn't align it but the funny thing is the passenger side is perfect and that's the side that needs a control arm not the driver side. So after the test drive he said he couldn't do anything until I replace that part. So why did I just pay you to tell me that oh yeah your car isn't aligned and we can't do anything until you fix it. THAT'S SO MESSED UP

The owner got me in and got me a used tire and put it on the rim and the car and everyone was nice to me and up front with the tire price and no hidden costs he qoit me price and stuff be hind it very happy will return for more repair

Excellent customer service, and they made sure to find a rim for my spare tire that was originally a donut, so they took the time to get a full size spare, free of charge.
