So far getting my estimate done and getting the ball rolling they have been great. No run around like I've experienced before.Update: My car was returned to me looking beautiful. I am extremely happy with my car repairs. I would recommend Alpine Body Shop if you want an impeccable result.

I was recommended Alpine body from a close friend, by far over the almost 2 months my car was in the shop, Mark, Tina, And Garry answered any and all of my questions and were more than understanding and welcoming. Mark kept me up to date and informed of all part delays and current repair status. Tina was awesome and understanding of issues I was facing with getting my car back asap. Garry was informative and honest with my concern with the vehicle being totaled out. The entire team at alpine are awesome and professional. I could not have taken my car to a better place to get such intensive repairs done and I would recommend them and use the moving forward.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Alpine body shop the best in the business friendly courteous service knowledgeable body and fender superior paint work good to know there s still experts in the business and if you want your car done right these people are second to none. You can t tell your car has been repaired it comes out factory fresh. As other body shops you could tell your car has been repaired By inferior work. Alpine body shop still works at old-fashioned values hard work and dedication. When it comes to body and fender work and paint it s a no-brainer bring it to Alpine body shop. I was pleasantly surprised when using Alpine Auto Body as quality service is hard to find nowadays. The communication from my initial call through the process and their overall repair knowledge was efficient and effective. All I could say was WOW when I picked up my 2017 Volvo XC90. Thank you

This is the second time I have had to use a body shop in two years and both times I was very happy with Alpine Auto Body. I'm hoping not to have a third incident requiring a body shop visit in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I would reach out to them again.

My 2019 car looks brand new after Alpine Body Shop erased all of the damage. They took less than a week so I didn't have to miss my car for long. In addition, they did an excellent job cleaning the car. It was immaculate from the interior to the exterior, including the wheels. They consistently do great work. My husband and friend had the same outcome with them. I highly recommend them for cosmetic auto repair.

Alpine Body Shop is the gold standard in auto repair work! I am beyond impressed with the way they handled my repairs. From the incredibly friendly office staff to the top notch repair specialists--the car was 10x better than when I left it! And washing it before they give it back to you? What a service!!!! Was better than some washes I have paid for!

I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Body Shop. Two weeks ago I was in Rockford for a wedding and unfortunately I got in an accident with my14yr old Mini Cooper, but fortunately I got it towed to Alpine and that was the best decision I made. My car was totaled and not only did they promptly call me and fill me in on the total loss news in a very professional manner (which left me in a dilemma , thinking I had to get car back to the northwest burbs of Chicago). However, everyone went above and beyond helping me find a company to salvage parts to get a fair value and was able to leave my car at their location, since I was in an unusual situation. I don't live locally, but if I have body shop needs in the future, it is well worth me making the drive to Rockford to deal with the team at Alpine Body Shop. They are friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest wonderful people!

You don't have to schedule an appointment for a repairs estimate. Walked right in and within 15 minutes photos and information were taken care of. The estimate was emailed the next day. Other auto body shops required an appointment for a week or more out for their estimates to be done.

Mark and his staff are the best! Fair pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did a great job on my Murano and had it ready for me to pick up within the originally quoted time frame. My daughter was in an accident 11/2021 and Alpine Body Shop handled the work to restore her front end. I can t say enough about this business, the team, and especially Mark. Mark managed the entire process beginning to end, from meeting with us on the initial assessment, through insurance, parts, communications, timing you name it! One of the best experiences I ve ever had with cars and that s saying quite a bit. They are a preferred vendor with our insurance company and now I know why. Awesome body shop! Great work! Wife's Toyota went in with a damaged hood and came out looking brand new again (paint matched perfectly). They had her back in her truck a few days sooner than expected. Very pleasant and professional crew. Highly recommended! And definitely have our business for future needs.

Close location for me friendly staff, clean business inside an outside. Kept true to the original estimate and day it would be finished with no surprises.. Oh and wasn't expecting to get it back washed an vacuumed looked very beautiful again. Thank's Alpine Body..

We brought our Yukon here for repair. One of the reasons I chose Alpine is they have been in business for 46 years. I don't think your going to stay in business that long cutting corners or doing bad work, and I was not disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Alpine Body Shop did a great job making our damage to our 2022 Kia Carnival appear as it never happened. Mark was always very upfront with the updates in the repair process. All the office staff were extremely nice and helpful as well.
