Do NOT purchase anything from these hacks. They'll sell you a blown up junk engine, make you wait a week for a replacement, all the while giving you the run around about when said replacement will be there, just for them to never bring one. Customer suffers becasue now they have to wait even longer to get their vehicle back and shop looses precious time with a vehicle tying up a rack. Would give zero stars if possible.

Buyers beware, I wished I had looked at their past reviews before ordering. One thing these guys are good at is consistency, and not the good kind. Whilst on the phone before ordering we asked them what their "reman" blocks consist of. Unfortunately after three weeks of waiting we looked it over and all original parts were reused, we were promised new OEM Crank, Rods, Pistons and FELPRO head gaskets which is apparent weren't installed either. FELPRO gaskets are blue and stamped with their lettermark. All surfaces of the engine block were negligently spray painted including the valvetrain, intake ports, coolant passages, rear main seal and electrical components. The con-rods exposed at the bottom of the block brandish all factory hardware including bolts further proving the block is untouched from the car in which it was pulled. Multiple similar reviews on Google will show this is not an uncommon encounter with this company. I work with some very experienced Subaru master technicians who looked it over and strongly suggested against using the supplied engine block. Too bad, I was looking forward to writing a good review if it checked out. Usually you attract more business being reputable... just saying!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!1. Never shipped the motor out like they said they would. Called them multiple times (4-5) and got a different lie every time. Motor took an extra 2-3 weeks to receive from when I was supposed to get it.2. Motor finally showed up but they stripped it down. Was supposed to be a complete motor but was missing over 10+ parts.3. Talked to supposedly the owner and he was going to ship out the missing parts and refund me $800. I agreed thinking I would receive the parts/refund but again kept getting lied to etc and never got nothing.4. Lastly I had enough and told them I already issued credit card fraud and they can have the motor back as I was done. Funny enough they lied to me again, they said they didn t get the motor till Monday but according to my tracking number they received it that previous Thursday.I would highly recommend not to buy from them and if I would have read the comments before I bought I never would have.

Called to verify they had a part for the price listed. They said yeah we do come on down. I showed up they didn't have it, and acted like we didn't just talk 20 minutes prior and it was my fault.

Sold me transmission claiming that it was tested and has 125K miles (244K miles after checking the vin) After installing the transmission we found out that it is no good, clutches are worn out and it is slipping. Looks like that s how they are doing business. Lying ignoring and playing games

Called them for a Subaru engine at first seemed super helpful and super easy. They sent me a bad engine at first then tried getting a new one and then they cancelled. After this they would not let me refund it, it took a few months for the refund. I also got the engine from where they are getting there s they marked up the engine 400$. If you need a motor go to jdm Chicago motors. I wish it worked with these guys but it didn t and they didn t try very hard to make it right. Sadly they are a little sketchy they just do a good job of hiding it

SCAM!!! Do not buy from these guys. I ve been getting the run around for weeks now about an engine they re suppose to ship to me that I ve already paid for. Reading the other reviews it looks like this is common practice with these guys. I ve called every day they re open and I m always told its out for delivery and I will see it that day. I wait and wait and the engine never shows up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely the worst purchase experience of my life! I paid $2500 for a low miles engine back in September, well it finally arrived November 3rd. Not only was the engine well over 100k miles and sitting outside for months, but it was not even the correct engine. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures so I sent 20-30 to make sure they had whatever they needed. Waited a few days to hear back and nothing, so I finally called back and was told its the engine you ordered but you can ship it back at your own cost and then we will refund you after a 30% restocking fee! So to return the incorrect engine they shipped almost 2 months after I ordered my return would be $1400 of the $2500 and thats without me paying for shipping! On the plus side, I found out you can file small claims court online so I don't have to go to Illinois to file. Please save yourself some time, money, and stress and shop some where different if you're buying online!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The WORST communication ever. These jackwagons have taken 3K of my companies money, said they shipped an engine 3 different times,order got canceled, always put on hold with empty promises, will not refund the money and a million excuses every time a conversation was had. Absolutely piss poor place to work with. Attorneys have been contacted along with the BBB and every other organization they are apart of. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not do business with this company. Ordered an engine and waited over 2 weeks and still never received it. Multiple calls and lies later they stated they actually didn't have one but were supposed to get one soon. At that time I decided this company was shady and to get a refund. I was told a refund would be sent. It's been nearly 2 months and still no refund and now taking action with my bank. Terrible business.

Absolutely the worst experience I ve ever had trying to purchase something. The guy I talked to was a crooked salesman. He would go by different names although he has a very distinct voice and mannerism when he talks that is very easy to tell who is talking. One day he ll say he is Eddy, but then he is also the owner Eduardo, but if they messed up he was Carlos. When I purchased my engine I was promised it by the end of the week multiple times. Three months later I still had no engine and no refund. After a long painful process I was sent a check. The check envelope had my name spelled correctly but the check did not. The check was also dated wrong and had an abnormally long checking number. The check has not came through yet either and is around $3,000. This company is absolute theft with a smile. Unfortunately I m not able to give it 0 or negative stars. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and support them and relied on their good reviews. But whatever you do steer clear of this business.

They are scams the money do not do business with this company. Ordered an engine and waited almost 1 month and still never received it. Multiple calls and emails always lies we shipped even they sent the paperwork of the shipment I called to the shipping company and they said doesn't belongs to us so they make a fake paperwork so be aware this company and specially Eddie & their co-workers

DO NOT DEAL WITH they are FRAUD!!! They claim to sell a rebuilt engine But the engine are USED. They spray PAINT the engine and Claim it rebuilt. I had to send the engine out to another machine shop to have it rebuilt. They should be closed!!! Here is a pictures of the Engine they claim to be rebuild..

Pretty rude if you ask about the reviews. Says new management but same guys owned it that lives on the property long as records show. Pretty unprofessional honestly. The guy I went with sat for a half hour explaining exactly how and what they do to improve a factory subaru or toyota engine and carry a 6 year unlimited milage warranty for a few hundred bucks less. This guy did return my money but not before being rude as hell.

I want to leave a 0 star review, but unfortunately 1 is the lowest available. Do not use these guys for service. Scammed me out of 750 dollars for a motor that was "on the way" and then a month later "lost in shipment". They don't answer your calls or emails when they are in the wrong. Read more there are at least 5 more reviews like mine. Worst shop I have ever worked with in my life. Merry Christmas!

This company is not a great company, we purchased a part from them that indeed was the wrong part, we paid to receive the part and then paid to return the part but this company charged us a 25% fee for an unusable part that we paid to have returned. making themselves $500+ on an order off a company that has a known business rapport multiple parts sold and bought each month. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

I called for a A/C pump and the guy told me they had it. I said ok I'll be down to get it and he told me no not today you can get it Monday, I called 2hrs before close.. some of us work all week and need parts on a Saturday. Hey that's fine I'll take my money elsewhere. If I'm gonna be told to wait I'll buy on ebay or other places online.

I DONT EVEN HAVE WORDS FOR THE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERIVE I RECIEVED FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOU SPEND $2500 ON A LOW MILES ENGINE AND ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER RECIEVE THE WRONG ENGINE , SO WRONG I CANT USE IT IF I WANTED TO, AND IT HAS WELL OVER THE 40K I WAS TOLD SO I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT. I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AND 30% RESTOCKING FEE TO RETURN THE WRONG PART THEY SENT ME. SO I WOULD GET ABOUT $1400 NOT THE $2500 AND THEN I ALSO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE OUT OF THE $1400 FOR YOUR MISTAKE? PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME, MONEY, AND STRESS! HOPEFULLY MY PICTURES COME THROUGH, IT LITERLY SHOWS ITS THE WRONG PART AND I SENT THEM PICTURES TOO. THEY EITHER DONT CARE OR HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE PRODUCT THEY SELL. NOT SURE WHATS WORSE.

Used them for work, took them almost a month to get me the order and told me for weeks that it would be in the next day and never even sent me tracking information. And the engine failed within weeks and they would not take care of it, find another yard.

AKA. 815 Auto Parts. I paid for an engine and got damaged during shipment send pictures to the company they stated they would just send me out another engine I waited a week and a half never received my second engine so I called them they stated oh we have to get the first engine back before we can ship the second engine I said again this is my fault where is the pick up slip so they can pick it up nothing got generated as far as picking it up. Meanwhile I paid for the second engine because I needed my car to be done. I received the second engine and that was wrong. Needless to say it has been six months and I am still waiting for a refund for both engines.

Benny at all auto parts did a great job getting my engine rebuilt and returned to me in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to rebuild your Subaru engine.

Read the reviews! I am looking for an engine and saw that this place sells a rebuild one of the one I was looking for at a very affordable price. But I have experience with places like these so I checked reviews and saw that they scam people. Thank you to all those who took the time to share your bad experience. Saved me money!

Extremely very bad service shipped out an engine which was damaged. They said they were going to send out another one right away I waited for two weeks then they determined to tell me that I needed to send back the first motor before they can send out the second motor EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY poor service. Been waiting for a $5200 credit for 4 month. Now I heard the doors are CLOSED!!

updateThe transmission we received did not work. I send proof from the transmission shop that the item is not working. I was told refund would not be an issue once the item is returned back and to let them know when the item is ready for pick up. I had let them know 08/20/2021 the item is ready for pick up on 08/23/2021 I got a response they will set up for pick up. Today is 09/24/2021 they transmission has not been pick and no one is responding to my messages or calls.Took a while to get my order but they did refund $200 for the delay.

Same story as everyone else. paid for a reman engine. I was told it was going to come with new timing belt and water pump. What i got was a completly stripped down block not even crank seals. they stripped down a used engine and spray painted it. The heald bolts were all origonal. they even left the old rtv from the valve cover on the heads. Hope this helps someone in the future.

Bought a remanufactured motor. It was spray painted to look new but after looking at the valves it looked like a 100k+ block. Called them up they said no problem and we rejected it. 2 months later I m still missing 6k out of my bank account and now I don t have the money to buy another one. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE they are SCAM ARTIST

Purchased a new engine for my Subaru from All Auto Parts In Rockford IL back in November of 2017 and have had nothing but major issues! Valves adjusted incorrectly, piston slap when cold, slight knock in bottom end, misfires, consumes oil, leaks oil, etc! Contacted them and was instructed to bring the vehicle to their facility in order for them to confirm our diagnosis. All Auto had my vehicle in their possession for 6 weeks and tried to claim "nothing was wrong" because it still ran!! I decided to get the local Subaru dealer involved and guess what?? the motor was junk!! Big Surprise!! 2,500 was spent to purchase this engine and included was a 3 yr or 100,000 mile warranty. Now 4 months later i still haven't received my replacement after multiple conversations and excuses, broken promises, etc...I asked to just return the engine as at this point I don't care to deal with them anymore and they are trying to charge me a 35% restocking fee! I've been overly patient, polite, never stepped over the line or raised my voice in any of our conversations...Don't use these guys!
