HORRIBLE NASTY SERVICE!!! Front desk rat is extremely rude and racist. Terrible customer service. And overcharged prices like the dealership. DIRTY, nasty waiting room of 2 urine smelling chairs. No class, poverty stricken area and owner. dirty litter everywhere. RUN FAST don't give these types of dives your business. Way better repair shops few blocks away.

Had a good time in the office while i waited for my car. She is very good at explaining what is happening with the car, she does over estimate the sale which is a good thing so don t think it s gonna be that set price she gives you. It s a relief when it turns out being cheaper than what the paper says. Overall a great experience being there:)

Everyone that works there is so awesome! Super good service would definitely recommend to anyone who wants excellent work at a great price! Place is perfect for students or anyone on a tight budget! They did all my exhaust work there and my car runs so much better. They are nice in a way when you don't know anything about cars they will explain it in a way so you don't feel dumb! Which to me is a big thing. Not everyone knows everything about cars. The other good thing is, they don't take advantage of you. They are honest, trustworthy people. Best local shop for affordability and convenience. You can call in the morning and almost get in that day. But would recommend calling before going

Just had some used tires put on my car and then awhile back, the wife needed a tire plugged. These guys are very fast and professional. I would highly recommend them and will be returning.

If I could give no stars I would. I took my car here for tires they told me I needed a control arm before I install new tires. ONE control arm was price at$545 on top of $28 to tell me what's wrong. Which they never was gone apply it to the service Something told me to get another opinion and come to find out it's nothing wrong with my car. This place would of got me out of $545 if I would of let them. Scam alert , OVER PRICE! get a second opinion DONT go with thier's!

Always have my tires,at a low price,plus they balance mount. Fair prices...only place for air around. $2 isn't much,you'll use that on auto air machine ,half the time they're frozen or not working bcuz not maintaining often. They are my1st got to Always..

Great customer service. Katie always goes above and beyond for me. Always fair pricing and if i tell her im on a budget she shops around for me. Never had an issue and she always calls to check up on my vehicle a couple days after i pick it up. Highly recommend.

They hold up to their name no doubt, both struts, passenger tie rods replaced and alignment all within an excellent period of time AND a great price. Their customer service skills were excellent and I had such a good experience that i had to write an awesome review.

Took my car here because I thought I needed an alignment but ended up just needing my front wheels balanced. I was recently charged for new front struts & sway bar links & they showed me where my links were never done! Not by them but by a shady mechanic! I've never had a problem bringing my vehicles here :)

We called and they got us in right away. When we got there she already had the parts that we needed all ready for us. It took them less than thirty minutes. Pricing was good. The service was excellent and informational. I highly recommend them!

Would not recommend they charge more than Firestone to get an alignment and diagnosed a non existing issue.Dropped my truck off for alignment and they called me saying it needed repairs. Exactly what a bad shop is about.

Both of the ladies at the desk were very nice and friendly.After having so much work done on my car the last couple of days it was a pleasure to come here. This business was recommended to me buy another business owner. I had some questions for the mechanic that worked on my car and he explained everything to my satisfaction. I work about a mile and a half from this place and actually didn't know it was there. If I need further work done on my car I will most likely consider them.

I went in this morning.. There at 7:30am waiting! At 8, a bunch of women pretty much run in the doors.. I said I was here first and it s first come first serve so I went to desk to talk to secretary.. I said I have to work in a couple hours so how long does it take? She said about 2 hours.. I said great I m ready! She goes well we had 2 drop offs last night so they are first.. I said okay I thought it was first come first serve be here early.. She said it is.. Now that makes no sense! They don t do appointments but I can drop my car off n be carless n be first.. I wouldn t recommend this place! Horrible service.. Get your business organized.. I ll make sure everyone I know goes to farm n fleet for the extra $10.

Efficient and honest people here. I left my gloves and they called me to tell me. By happenstance, I had the alignment checked by Blaine's the following day during and oil change and Blaine's reported the alignment was perfect. Highly recommended. No appointments, so plan on getting there early/first for the day. There is a Salvation Army Thrift store 2 blocks to the east to hang out at while you wait.

Don t bring your car here! These people are crooks! I just wanted a simple alignment and they ended up trying to sell me tires (after I just bought some) telling me I need this and this needs that and then slapped a total at the end! After that I told them no thank you and went to pick up my car. The lady would not give me the keys until I paid them $30 for doing nothing! What a scam

Called them in the morning to make sure they had my tires in stock. Stopped by later that afternoon since the lady on the phone said it would only take 20mins. Indeed she was right. Super fast and affordable! Worked out perfect since I needed this done before going out of state this weekend.

I went there for a used tire. They had one the right size and I thought the price was really good until I got home and looked at the tire. I ended up using it for a spare because it's not road safe. It has dry rot on the sidewalls and when mounting it back under my truck I saw the sidewall was cracked to the point I was able to see the belts.

They always do very cheap, but very reliable work. Fixed a broken stud and a flat tire for around $45 if I remember correctly. They've fixed quite a few cars of mine in the past.My only complaint is that they no longer do as many service options as they once had since they split into two separate shops/owners. You can only get basic tire/alignment work and other very minor jobs done here now.-Still fantastic work and cheap though!

Affordable Auto is just that as well as having great front desk staff, and services.The mechanics do good work.I'm a satisfied customer, and would definitely recommend them to my friends.
