After receiving the wrong air filter for my car, I attempted a simple return. Lemar was very polite and apologetic. After entering the item in the register, he required a code from the Store Mgr. Stacy. She was on the phone and refused to put the party on hold or write it down to proceed. After approx. 13 min I said could you please put that party on hold or write down the code so I can get to my appointment. Stacy ignored my plead and after another 4min walked up to the register and said that the Client on her call spends thousands of dollars at this store and is far more important then my DYI project! And that I should leave right now and go to another store. I said please provide the code for this return (it was the store error and I have my receipt) she said no, please leave now and go to another store. All stores are open to the public for DYI projects and NO person should endure this unprofessional behavior. I would NEVER have someone with this mindset represent my store and obviously not qualified to work with the general public.I see your response; was it also forwarded to your Legal Team? Because it is clearly discrimination! I said "please" multiply times and was pleading for her to do her job and was refused service.

Very poor communication and listening skills on the store manager's part. He assumes what you are going to say and he reacts to whatever he himself is thinking that you will say. Unfortunately the rest of the staff follows his lead and treats people according to what he has told them. This is unfair to shops especially, as well to the regular customers that they are supposed to be servicing. It's a shame they have someone of this mindset managing a store and dealing with the general public.

While needing service on a battery and being turned away by O Reily s after purchasing a battery from them. We went to this location and they helped us with the installation out of customer service. A real help, we were stranded on our way back home. Ben was a real help!!!

By far the WORST PLACE EVER. The employees and managers are so RUDE. I was promise my car part will be delivered on 3 different occasions and ended up receiving my car part 2 days later. I didn't receive an apology for there mistakes...and when the car part finally came it was the wrong one. Worst place to by any car part. They need to close this place down or hire new employees who actually care about there customers. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Don't expect this location to be open at the posted times. I was there at 7:30 am on a Monday and stood outside for 10 minutes watching the customer service person behind the counter.When I knocked on the door to let her know it was still locked she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders.

Got what needed, but before we could leave a sketchy guy came close to the car and asked for money to buy food.I know it's hard to keep that stuff from happening, but at least they could put some signs up or something. This was about 11 am. Probably won't go there again..

They always have great deals if you buy online then pickup in the store. The store locations are also very convenient.
