My appointment was at 1:00 today so I dropped my Van off at 11:30 thinking that at 1:00 they would start working on it. But by 1:00 it was done...GREAT SERVICE!! Job was well done. Plus they always stayed in touch. Vanessa is a real pro. Thanks for a job well done!!

Staff was awesome, had an issue where I had to reschedule and everyone was kind and understanding. Window is good as new. Will come here any time I need glass. Vanessa and Jasmine both ROCK!

Recently had my windows tinted on my new Jeep and loved the service they provided! Got it done in less than 2 hours and when I saw a little issue, they offered to fix it asap. This is my third car I ve had tinted here and IF I get a new car (driving my dream car now), I ll be coming back for tints! Front office woman is incredibly friendly and super accommodating to your wants and needs! 10/10 recommend. Love supporting locally owned business that support RPD!

I got my front windows done with tints and they did amazing job!!! And the secretary CINDELL and great customer service & she was very helpful. I wish it was more people like her in this field.

Aaron Glass in Rockford is a very professional and punctual place. We contacted Aaron Glass yesterday after many calls to at least 10 different Glass companies, and not only did they have the best price but also Jessica was very helpful she called us back within the 15 minute time frame with the qoute prepared. The customer service was excellent And while we waited to get our glass installed Jessica wiped down then tire waiting Room the Clorox wipes so she was taking great precaution or herself and the customer. Thank you very much Jessica for your help you were very professional and you're customer service was excellent.

Five star customer service!!! From the initial phone quote to drop off to pick up, I even got a text half way through the repair with updates!Cindell was amazing! The worst service ever I went to get my Rebuild me installed. They said they couldn't get it in the shop. I asked if they could do it outside the parking lot. The s aint no cause it was a big deal. I bought a kit myself and install it in 3 seconds. Worst service ever

Windshield broke entirely, they got me in same day, super fast and reliable, they messed up on my windshield at first they were more than happy to help get my car in the next day and fix it for me! so props to you guys for the awesome service and customer service is amazing I ll most definitely be recommending people and coming back myself.Service: Auto windshield repair

I ve gone to these guys for years and every time they don t disappoint. Just got my tint done and front windshield replaced. These guys always have my vehicles done in timely manner and never had issues. Got to hang out with the receptionist, Jessica while I was waiting, super cool lady! These people are super friendly, professional and they are affordable! Highly recommend!

The women that sit upfront and manage the scheduling are fantastic. They are personable, they look to get you the best prices, explain the process and genuinely care. I just got my passenger side window replaced on my car and Cindell did a fantastic job with communication and she was very friendly. My car was done in under 30 minutes it was Super fast and my window looks great. I had called 5 other places in the surrounding area and they were the cheapest. I love how they do affordable and quality service.

Fast, friendly, cheap! I needed a windshield replacement, and Aaron's quoted me $200 CHEAPER than any of the other quotes I was getting. They were able to set up an appoint for me the NEXT MORNING, less than 24 hours after I called. I dropped off my car when they opened at 10am, the front desk ladies were super friendly and the process was quick. Cindell worked on my car and had it done in about an hour! Great customer service from the cyndell at the front desk, quick turn around as well. Dropped my car off at 10 and it was done by 10:45. I'll definitely go back for windshield replacement with other vehicles.

Excellent service. Cindell was very helpful and nice! I got my car in right away and fixed it the very same day. I love how I could use zelle for payment it's super convenient. Highly recommend this place is a gem in the Rockford area!!!

Overall so glad with my service. Was super fast and they were very transparent with pricing, no hidden fees. They did amazing and for the price you can t beat it! Cindell in the front was awesome and explained everything to me very well. Def will be coming again if needed and recommending it to others

Aaron's auto glass is great! The place I contacted first would have taken over a week for an appt and cost $100 more, but Cindell at Aaron's helped me out and scheduled me right away, and I got my window replaced same day.
