Ran into an issue with my roof pulling away from the body of the RV while on vacation in South Dakota. Chuck was referred to me by a campground employee as he was also staying at that same campground. He came out and was able to provide a temporary repair that would enable me to get the rig home and scheduled for a more extensive roof repair that would need to be done indoors at a shop. Super nice guy, very honest and knowledgeable in his trade. Would strongly recommend him for anyone needing RV repairs while on the road!!Service: Body & Trim

Chuck did a great job inspecting a travel trailer we wanted to purchase. Seeing as how we are in a different state I sought out a reputable inspector. Sure glad I found Chuck, his report was extremely thorough and I was able to make the dealer fix everything on his report at no charge. We pulled into the KOA in Rock Island yesterday and was given Chucks name as a RV repair person. (Having problems with the jacks not working) Chuck was here within 10-15 minutes TOPS, checked out the problem, left to buy a switch, problem solved within the hour. Highly recommended, and amazing prices!! We would love to have a Chuck in the park we winter at! Thank you Chuck!!Service: Electrical

I found Chuck Grossman through the nrvia.org site and I am sure glad I did! I asked him to perform a used motorhome inspection for us. With the hot used RV market he knew that time was of the essence and made arrangements to inspect it right away. Purchasing a used motorhome from a distance can be a daunting task but Chuck made it easy. He was a pleasure to do business with on this inspection. His communication is terrific and not only is he thorough in his inspection, but he goes the extra mile to make sure that he is available for questions after his very timely report. He certainly knows the RV industry both from a technical standpoint as well as from an owner's perspective since he is also a motorhome owner. We appreciated both perspectives. Called Grossman close to after hours because both slide outs on my brand new RV wouldn't become slide-ins. Chuck said he would be at my home a little later the very same evening. The company my dealer suggested wouldn't be able to come for FIVE DAYS! Chuck arrived within an hour and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and retract the slides so I could get the RV to the dealer for repair the next morning. When I presented his bill to my RV dealer they were very impressed with the reasonableness of the charge.I seldom if ever give a full 5 star rating. Grossman RV services earned more than 5.
