I give one star because I have to but they don t even deserve one star. The guy is extremely irresponsible not professional at all terrible customer service he changed the price for the service 3 times for a service that he said its probably going to take a few hours it took over a month to do it. When he took my bike my battery was working perfect he bring it back with a dead battery saying that I need a new battery I will never take my bike to this guy again it was just a horrible experience all overall

Too long, didn t read: bike worked when I took it, bike doesn t work now. Even the tires are not installed right (very little frame spacing and chain tensioner not set right). Guys are busy, but the workmanship I received does not match their reputation.See photo 1 for full review.In summary, I have a motorcycle that was running great when I dropped it off that no longer runs. It has tires on it that are not safe, and I paid $467 to get all of this done. I had heard many good things about Hobart s so I was excited to have my bike serviced there, but after this horrible experience, I warn others before putting your trust in them. I want to support these guys with my business, but after spending some time going over the bike since I got it back and realizing that none of the serviced items were done right, I don t even trust to let them sort it out again.

Took my bike that was nearly completed in to get buttoned up, running, and safe. Sat in this shop for over 3 years and still didn t run when I picked it up. Returned in worse condition and missing a part. I cut my losses with the bike and sold it incomplete to someone with more knowledge and they had it road ready in a matter of days. $700 in shop fees and 3 years of wasted time. Do not bother if you want your bike returned promptly.Edit in response:The motorcycle was a 1976 Honda CB500T, not a 1971. I am unsure where the parts are being sourced, but I have never had an issue locating replacement parts from multiple sources. For example, Common Motor Collective, Dime City Cycles, 4 into 1). Regardless of replacement parts, no additional parts were actually needed to get this bike in road ready condition, just valve and carburetor adjustment. I was made aware that it may take awhile, but my patience was depleted after calling/dropping in for status with extremely little progress after 3 years.

Guy was a smart @$# degrading and act like he was to good to serve me acted like my was not good enough and I ask him about exhaust pipe system just plan rude

Hobart does amazing work! But he's always busy so don't bug him too much with constant phone calls. He will get it done! Be patient and you will get great results.

Called to ask if they sold go kart tires. Got an abrupt "nope we dont" then he hung up on me as i was asking him if he knew any place that does. Very rude and poor customer service.
