I am so thankful for the services provided a this shop ,Tara is always professional she's always on point, any situation that I've asked for advice on jobs she's a very skilled and professional it's not easy dealing with the public and on front explaining things over the phone she's got my approval Been going to them since 11th St and I am very thankful for all you and your staff do Glass services is a place that I always recommend from showers, doors,windows and all types of mirrors.Thank you for your help

This Company is absolutely atrocious. The worst company I've ever done any kind of business with. If I could give negative stars I would. This company was aggressive over the phone and hung up on me 4 times when I was trying to file a complaint!!!! They were down right rude I actually could not believe this was a business I was talking to. I have never been talked to the way these guys talked to me before in my life. I will be taking further action against this shop as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has suffered due to their incompetence and behavior.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I just had the front and back glass put in my 69 Camaro, The job they did was phenomenal and everyone in the staff was very friendly they were done sooner than I expected and the price was great! I would highly recommend this business!

Wrong size was ordered by sales rep first. Install guys said not to worry that ll it still be fine. No! Put old window back in till another correct window came. Then coming to the lady contacting each time is just rude. Well not rude but very unpleasant to deal with and talk to. Just not a people person as seems demanding.

Business is very professional they took the time out of their busy day to get my truck rear window replaced and then I asked the tech about getting old duct tape residue off he explained to me how to do it and what to use I would highly recommend this place. I even had my own back window to replace it with. Thank you glass service center.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Sign on the door said "MASKS REQUIRED" I had mine and wore it, but the employees didn't and a customer came in and he was not confronted on the issue. No wonder the covid is spreading!!!!!!!!!!!!
