By appointment only is best, very busy so schedule to secure your spot. Located in rural area South of Rock falls.Multiple heavy vehicles in shop, semi trucks, dually trucks, etc. We waited in office while they looked over my vehicle. I really appreciated their honesty in offering advice & helping me save money on repairs that don't need to be done right now & can wait until later.Hard-working trustworthy shop, repeat client.

Brian and his crew are awesome. I had a lift ,new tiers, and an alignment, plus a spair tier relocation and reinforcement kit also installed. Brian has it going on very nice place. I highly recommend them. Price of labor and parts is very good. Best deals on tiers for sure. I trusted them with my brand new Ford Bronco, and they came through big time.

Excellent service and fair prices. They replaced all 4 tires on my camper and even rotated the tires on my truck. I will definitely be back in the future when I need more work done.

I had a coupon through DoorDash for Goodyear tires, The Wheelhouse was listed as one of the installers for this service. I called and talked to Brian. He gave me an estimate of what the cost would be w out the coupon. He said the coupon was a good coupon so I ordered through Goodyear online, had tires sent to The Wheelhouse and they did the install. In and out in 50 minutes. Super friendly and fast. I would recommend to anyone looking for new tires.

They have done several repairs and installs for me on a truck, car, tractor and lawnmower. The quality of work is always outstanding. Great shop with very personalized service. I sure appreciate them!

My experience at the Wheelhouse was very good. 1st time having these guys work on my pickup and they did a great job and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Customer service was also great. Very pleased wth my experience. Definite Recomend !!!. Thx guys.

I would recommend wheelhouse for everyone that needs an alignment done. I have a lifted Jeep that needed an alignment correction because of another shops misjudgment and Brian s team was able to aligned it, if not better than previous alignments that I ve had in past years with this Jeep. Brian was very thorough in explaining how alignments should work on lifted vehicles and he took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. Thank you again for the great work!

Quick and excellent service!I have a John Deere TRS 32 Snowblower from the 90 s and they helped me choose tires to replace the outdated and shot tires I had brought in (which were probably original).Within a day they made time for my repairs and allowed me to get back into tackling the early winter snow. Their work, hospitality, and expertise is much appreciated in these trying times.

This was my first time at the wheelhouse. I was told by several people that Brian wouldn't disappoint me when it came to his knowledge, and service. He definitely took care of our police Tahoe with a great set of Goodyear tires. I will now be doing my tire business from here on out, and look forward to putting a new set of rims on my jeep.

Down to earth personable people. Great service and professional advice, giving honest opinions and advice for your vehicles application. I'm pretty sure that they do all tire applications from farm implements on down to mowers and everything in between. I don't think they do motorcycle tires though.They have my business.

This is a great place to get your tire work done. I ordered tires from Goodyear and scheduled to have them installed at Wheelhouse Inc. Brian and his staff did an excellent job and I will be returning again for future work.

Changed the tires on my Tesla M3P and was super nice and helpful. Will definitely come here again and recommend to friends. You can feel comfortable bringing your car here.
