The "change oil soon" notification came up on my dashboard while driving on the I-88. I Googled the closest oil change place and found this one. Fantastic service, Ryan the manager was awesome. His crew was also very knowledgeable and efficient. They even threw in a car wash! Definitely recommend. Respectful and good service. I would gladly use again.

I'm not one to just go anywhere to have my oil changed but my usual place was not available so I came to the Express Care wonderful service very respectful young men kept me updated on what I needed and did not need I will return!

My go to place for oil changes. Joe Rivera always provides great customer care and service. He is very knowledgeable and professional and he is the reason I continue to get my cars serviced at Pit Stop in Rock Falls. Thank you Joe and his entire staff!

Got my oil changed here yesterday and I had my dog with me in the back seat. Joe saw the dog, and came back with a couple treats when I got my new oil sticker. I ve been going here for my oil changes for years and I refuse to go anywhere else, great shop and great guys workin there!

I took my '97 Buick Lesabre into the Rock Falls Valvoline, the workers there were friendly and very helpful. They asked where I normally like my tires psi and showed that they topped off all my levels and that my oil was right where it should be on the dipstick.... I go there for all my oil changes

Wouldn t honor the $5 online coupon I found on my phone. Quick service but sleazy. Also not sure if they actually checked all of the things on their checklist. There has to be a better run oil change shop around here.

Favorite place to get oil changed and car washed. Good service! Fair prices using good quality Valvoline products. Highly recommend. They are thorough and will show you the oil fill level on dipstick after putting in new oil.

Went for coolant flush was surprised how fast service was and could stay in car. Mechanic was very nice. Much better experience this time than with previous owner.

Very poor attitudes, I felt like I was a fourth class citizen, certainly not as a customer. Very short with questions like I'm wasting their time, then walk away not caring about the answer.Which oil change? (Barely showing the paper). Let's NOT give the prices until I asked. Even then, Very abrupt and there in their answers. Not impressed. Went on a recommendation from a friend.Service: Oil change

The car wash did not dry the right side of my vehicle. The last few times I have gone through the wash, it misses parts of the vehicle or the dryers don't fully function.

I got here after dark and 2 of the "manual" wash bays had only one light on out of four lights. The third wash bay had two out of four lights on.I pulled into one of the bays, & got ready to start washing my vehicle, but before I put my money in, I noticed a piece of duct tape over the controls, indicating that the low pressure soap was not working. I decided to try one of the other bays, but that one was the same story.I decided to start washing with just high pressure soap.I put in several dollars worth of quarters, and started washing, but I could not see any soap coming out. Finally after most of my time was out I could see it a little bit of soap. It did a very poor job of cleaning!This location is very rundown & in poor maintenance!I could go on and rant some more about all the mud on the floor etc., but I'll just stop and say I am not wasting anymore money here until they show some improvement.

One of the fine fellas that work here went above and beyond when I went in for a simple oil change. He helped me see what was wrong with my car and told me how to fix it without it costing an arm and a leg! You made my day dude, thank you!

First time here they took great care of my car I pulled in stayed in the car and they did the rest. I even got a free car wash out of it. Check them out! I will be back.

It s an oil change, anyone can do it. I waited for 15 minutes tonight while 4 cars went ahead of me. When it was my turn they turned off the open light and wouldn t acknowledge that I was there until I called. The website says that they are open til 4 and this was at 4:45 pm. I ll never go there again and I was a regular customer.
