We LOVED Moore Tires! They treated us like family when we blew a tire on our way to Thanksgiving. Extremely personable and accommodating. Josh took impeccable care of us and we were well informed throughout the process! Can't say enough good. Thank you Josh and Moore Tire!

Wow! What a great experience. Drove into snowy weather and inflation pressure in my tires went way down. So the next day I searched for a local tire shop to top off my BMW tires. Kyle McWethy answered the phone early and said no appt was needed. So I drive over to Moore (7 am) and got right in. After just a few minutes Kyle says you re good. Here s the kicker. No charge for the Nitrogen fill. WOW! Great customer service, speedy work, and free. Those things don t usually all go together. Thanks Kyle and Moore Tires. I can t give a 6 star review or I would.

They got me in same day, I accidentally brought the wrong filter for my car and they got the right one for me. They were friendly. The manager is a good guy. But the techs got sloppy oil all over my steering wheel and hood, trunk, and the door. Also they drove it on the gravel and I don t like that don t want it being scratched. Took about 2.5 hours to get it done too kind of makes you wonder but other than that I will come back. UPDATE:Just found out they put the wrong lug nut on one of my wheels

they were able to get my brakes fixed same day! They also gave me a loaner car for while I was waiting free of charge, really nice staff & would recommended coming here to get your car worked on

Almost 5 stars. I m a continuous customer and will always use you guys while I m here. One thing this time. I sent my wife for tire repair and inflation of tires. One tire is still in the red. Just needs a few more pounds. I ll have to return to get corrected. I d like to suggest that the tech check vehicle gages when this type of work is performed so it doesn t inconvenience other customers to give that 5th star.

I got 2 new tires in July at the Rock Falls location and have had problems since then. I d like to start by saying that they mounted my tires inside out and didn t put them on how I wanted. Instead of the two new tires in the front and the old in the back, I have two new tires on my driver side and two old on the passenger. Not going back their any time soon.

I highly recommend Moore Tires. I purchased new tires about one year ago. I live in Charelston South Carolina, but visit the area frequently, as my family resides here. I came in to have my tires rotated along with a brake inspection. I needed a full break job and a couple of new roters. They were informative and answered any questions I had. I didn't have anyone to pick me up, so I was offered a loaner car to run errands. I chose to waitThey have a comfortable waiting area with beverages. I have previously taken my father's car there for for safety concerns, and was glad I did. There were significant issues. I trust them to get the job done and put me back on the road with peace of mind. Friendly Team of people !

One of the tires on my vehicle had a slow leak that needed patched. I stopped at Moore Tires in Rock Falls on April 1, the first day they were open after the fire. I could not have asked for better service. Everyone was very friendly and they had me back on the road in no time.

Not sure. The first several yrs I went to them I was very happy but last year they messed up my brakes and I was almost in an accident when they went out. Drove 20 miles of back roads home with no brakes. Don't trust their mechanics to tell me the truth.

They took care of business, we were passing through town and had an issue with our vehicle, they quoted me for ball joint and two tires and fit me in even tho they were about to close in an hour. Car drove a lot better afterwards!Thanks guys!! Five stars

Just what you want in customer service I called they were attentive, respectful, didn t make me feel like I was bothering them (yes, some places make you feel that way), they offered immediate solution came in, they did the repair that they needed to in a timely manner gentleman at desk was very personable beyond my tire situation great experience !!!Service: Tires

Have had to deal with Moore tires multiple times and have never had a problem.But this time before they got the okay from me to go ahead and do the job they had already ordered the parts and started doing the job without giving me a quoteUpdate: And now not even 9 months later I have to get my breaks looked at or even replaced AGAIN Service: Brakes

I was employed at Moore Tires. Saw 4 cars destroyed in 2 months. They suck. Employees have no training, great tire prices... but your risk. Never have do anything but TIRES. Anything else.. you're on your own

They listen to you, they work with you and they care. Even though I know my experience will be slightly different the next time I come through.. the way they treated me made me want to be a forever customer. I broke down on route 88 and was two hours from home. I tow truck brought me here. I knew no one & nothing about the area. They did not do the work that I needed but they found someone for me who was completely trustworthy. Tim gave me a ride to culvers where I could wait for someone to come pick me up. They were so helpful the work was excellent . The price was fair and they kept me informed so that I could manage all this from two hours away and feel safe in the process. I can t emphasize enough how relieved and pleased I was with Moore and everyone who works there and their friends. They had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation, and did not.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to their shop on a Saturday afternoon, met with Emily and waited in the customer area. Emily came over to me in about 20 minutes and told me the car was ready. She was professional and friendly and I had a great experience at Moore Tires. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again. A+ rating. Thanks again for doing such a great job. I have done business with Moore tires for years. I have bought tires there and they are very competitive and I always get great customer service.I am having about supporting small businesses in our area!! There is a new corporate quick oil change in our town, it's called Take Five oil change so just for reference I called them and they're basic oil change started at $99.The person that I talk to told me if I wanted to get the deluxe oil change it would be $119.The representative for this oil change establishment also told me it would only take 5 minutes and I could stay in the car. Now I've been getting oil changes for almost 50 years and I've never heard of a 5 minute oil change let alone staying in the car while it's being done. So that was a big red flag for me!!My total bill at this amazing small business was $74 and I knew that I could trust them and I knew that they would do a professional job, they also offered to rotate my tires for free.I was in and out within 30 minutes. I have been recommending this amazing business for years. I will continue to go to this business and support an amazing small business like this.Service: Oil change

I bought my car in to have a flat tire repaired. Fast service and did a great job. My only small complaint is that they didn t stow the spare tire away properly. It would have been nice to not have to do that after having it swapped out with the repaired tire. However, one of the technicians did come out and lend a hand. That was appreciated!

It took almost 4 hours to put 4 new tires on my truck and to do the alignment. Then the salesman had lied about the tires. Thankfully, I had his message. On my phone. And then after they did the alignment on it It pulls very hard to the right. And it never did that before, To tell you the truth, too, scared to take my truck back there again To let them work on it.Service: Tires
