Only reason for one star is because I can t do zero. Says 24/7 towing. When husband asked why say 24/7 towing when there s no towing available why advertise it my husband hung up. This guy proceeded to call him back and make comments about towing (obviously not talking professionally) his sister. Absolutely disgusting! Why call someone back to harass them.

SCAM ALERT!I wish I could give negative stars. This is the most awful company I have ever dealt with. I am disabled and need my car. They held my car hostage for no reason. My husband got a flat, sheriff helped and called for a tow cuz it was really cold. That was Wednesday at 8:15am. The driver asked where to take my car. My husband told him. The shop was 6.2 miles away.But no, instead, they decided to hold my car and try to make a few bucks by keeping my car and charging storage. They took it to a lot that was farther away than my nephew's shop. Bogus. After 17 phone calls and a few emails, they finally admitted my car was not going to my nephew's shop. I needed my car for appointments, but had to cancel. They finally decided to let me have my car on Friday and told the poor kid who finally brought it over to my nephew's shop to NOT DROP THE CAR UNLESS I PAID HIM $200 CASH" . Nice huh. I can't blame the poor kid, he was the only one of the bunch that was nice to me. Guess they didn't trust a disabled woman!!Total scam folks. There are other tow companies in the area, use them. Too bad Jesse isn't in business anymore. This tow company could use to go by his example. He was a stand up guy!Stay away from Johnson Towing. You have been warned!

The team at Johnson Towing is totally professional from dispatch to drop-off. I have never waited on hold and always speak with a real person when I call. Their fleet of trucks is equipped with very high-end equipment. They respond rapidly to their customers. They have it down to a science.

Stay away. Very rude. Very expensive quotes compared to other mechanics in the area that can do the same service. If a company treats you bad from the start prior to doing any service just imagine what service you will get after they have your vehicle. After reading other reviews this morning for this company I'm actually grateful they treated me that way because it made me not use their service.

When we had a Packer truck roll over due to the perfect ice storm, I called Johnson Towing for help. They PROMPTLY showed up with every piece of equipment needed to set a loaded garbage truck back on its wheels.The entire PROFESSIONAL crew knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Everyone wearing wireless headsets for safe, constant counication I was reassured all along the way, the truck would be fine once they set her back down . At this time I do not know the cost of this service from Johnson, but, am confident they will be fair with me. You just don't realize how valuable these kinds of companies are until you need them. Thank You for your hard work getting Wiersema Waste Service back on the road.

Says open 24 hours but when I called Bc I m stranded on highway they can t help Bc have nobody to help bring a jack so I can put my spare on. Thanks a lot

The individual that first answered the call must have been caught in the middle something was a little distracted at first, pricing was a little high for this area,Dennis the actual driver was very awesome and professional, Ashley the lady that handled the billing process was very polite and professional, if every in need of their services I would strongly consider using themJim Brandenburg

Worst customer service in the area. Owner was extremely rude. Would not recomend He held our car hostage. Charged 100 dollars more than told on phone. HORRIBLE BUISNESS

The owner is so rude!! No communication skills, if they have office hours they should let people know and change their office hours on google to not 24/7!

Never answer a phone and if they do it's to tell you they're busy for hours on end, great in times of actual help being needed
