10 below windchill factor and my windshield wiper breaks ; I am disabled and received help from Skyler and Amy making the purchase of a new wiper blade and installing it out in the elements. They even helped clean the ice and snow from my vehicle. Talk about service ! It makes me proud to live in the Rock Falls area and see this kind of compassion and professionalism !! I ll always remember this ladies , Thank you !!

My college age niece's car broke down enroute back to Ames Iowa from Illinois on a Sunday when nothing else was open on January 14. It was so bitter cold out that day. Even with that, the staff here went above and beyond to help her! They were so kind and understanding. The staff got her the parts and tools she needed to repair the engine coil and spark plug issue. The one gentleman, Nolan assisted her with the repair, as he had just gotten off work there. I arrived to follow her back to make sure the car made it the rest of the way. Sorry it took so long to say Thank you. You have a lifesaving crew!!!

Rudest young women asked her to check battery she pouted all the way to car complained and was so rude. Said she'd go check price on battery never came back customer service use to be important and went and bought battery some where else . When my son went in the other customers were so embarrassed by her behavior. As buisness owner she'd have a few days off to think about her behavior .

As a regular and known business account holder one would think autozone staff would be more on top of their orders. 10 days ago order made, contacted autozone pretty much every day after with nothing not impressed - get it together over there!

I just want to said thank you to Brandon at this auto zone, I was traveling from Chicago to cadra rapids IA when I had to take and the store manager that help me when my Chrysler 200 2015 stopped running. After I stopped at the gas station to put some gas and buy some to eat I realize my car won t start I start so many things to fix it but I couldn t. I thought maybe some was wrong with my keys fob battery. I went ti the store a bought any battery for my key fob and I thank God Brandon was there and I told him what was wrong with my car and he told me that maybe it was a battery or the starter. He asked he s store manager if he can take their store vehicle so he can help me but to figure out what was wrong with my car . We both ride their store pick up went we arrived at the gas station he told me to pop the hood I did and I realized that my battery terminal was loose. He told me to fallow him behind so we can go back to the store so he can fix it and we did they both helped me him and his manager.

3 days ago I took our SUV for windshield wiper blades; I had no idea what I was looking for, and two associates helped my find the right ones, after first looking up on the computer what my options/price were and answering my questions. One of them, Amy, came out to the car and replaced them for me (after having to bring a stool first, to reach!). There was no charge, and when I offered a tip, Amy declined. At the end of summer we had needed hubcaps for our other car; staff helped my husband find suitable ones and again, at no further cost, installed them on his car. I can't say enough about AutoZone Rock Falls...they are knowledgeable and professional and to my untrained eye the inventory seems EXTENSIVE. Henceforth it will be the first place we call when we have an equipment issue with one of our cars.

The Guy working was more than polite and helpful, I witnessed him going above and beyond helping each customer before me. He was knowledgeable and honest, he gave advice that you'd want out of an auto parts worker. Regrettably I didn't catch his name but he deserves recognition (04/13/2023..4:30-5pm)The reason for the Star lost is because they were extremely understaffed, Only 1 employee. That led me to have to wait over 25 mins (No exaggeration) with 4 people in front of me and the phone ringing.A self checkout would be nice as I only needed one item I could pull from the shelf.

My antifreeze pump began to go bad in my 2013 RAM, and after seeing it available on-line at the Rock Falls Autozone, I stopped in on a Friday after my work hours. Jerry, the manager, was actually off shift, but stayed to assist me in the tools I needed. He had the tools and pump in stock. On the way home, my pump entirely went out, but, I was able to fix it the following day. Tonight, I needed my pump's sensor replaced, and sure enough, Jerry was available, and assisted me in tracking down the replacement. I will keep my business at this store, because they are proven to either have the parts, or, can direct me where to obtain the parts. They are reliable.

Great guys!!Very helpful! Sheiza and Nicole went above and beyond to be human,kind,funny,patient and as professional as any person I have met since I moved to Illinois.Highly recommend,they didn't even blush like I did when a Mr.Fog fell out of a customer's prison wallet!Mad skills and I will stop in here just to say hello and buy an air freshener for my fartless vehicle!

I needed to top off my Jeep Srt with some Coolant, I didn t have a funnel (if you re that good you don t need one)Brandon and Jerry let me borrow one. THEY are the best 100% quality service, I definitely recommend them

Ordered online waiting for an email to say it is ready for pick up. That was over a week ago and still no email. Have sent 21 emails and no response to any of them. Great way to run a business. I will take my business elsewhere. 24 emails now and got my first response. Today is the 3rd of April, ordered on the 24th of March. Email says my order is NOT ready. I called on the 1st and they said it was ready. I cancelled my order. What joke this place is.

Hands-down, one of the best AutoZone s. I ve been to a long time shout out to the manager. Thank you so much and your team for helping me find the part that I need for my semi truck who would have thought not only AutoZone gets in the zone for cars but gets in the zone for semi trucks. This single mom, stuck by midwest record setting blizzard that had a top post, reverse style, double 0- 8, & a hell of a lot of corrosion that got short changed in cable length belonging to my v6 (or straight- need training) is a Ford Fusion that stands alone. I am gratefully tasting earwax! I'm smiling so big! Informative communications via telephone w/3 diff family members ended when I carried the old core in for exchange. I brought it home. There was a spark! It works! I want to go back for the next winter blast close approaching to winterize my vehicle and purchase what I need.- Thank You you.

I was there today (10/8/22) @ about 830ish (have receipt) and was sold a broke used axel. Who do I speak to about this plus its not even the part I need... I need a manager or someone to reach out asap plss i spent 117. For a used broke part that I dont even need...

Been shopping at this specific store for years and I have 0 complaints. They always have what I need and if it isn't in-store they can order it and get it there pretty quickly. The employees have been friendly and full of knowledge. They help you and do not belittle you if you don't know something about your vehicle(s). They can find out why your check engine light is on, why your battery isn't charging or if you need a new one, and other free services. There is tool rental and they will take your old, recycable automobile oil. Autozone has great warranties on their products, too.

Truck broke down and they were able to find part right away. They even offered to stay open late to ensure that the right part was used .

Have shopped here many times. Mainly good experience with staff. Not so great with parts, but that's not what a review of this store should be about.On this trip, I needed a splitter for the cigarette plug on my car to run all the electronics for my trip to Lexington. Staff member greeted me at the door, and walked me over to the section I needed. Offered to help me choose, but I prefer to make my choices alone.On the way out, I asked if they had a binder clip I could have. Without hesitation, they went in the back and grabbed one. Free of charge, and with a smile. Things like that go a long way with me. (FYI, I used the clip to hold the wire for my GPS up so it's not hanging down in front of my dash)

Very helpful and polite changed out my battery with me in 10 degree weather before things got really bad the next day. I now have a car that starts everytime.

Some of the people that work here have been around almost as long as the store. They seem to like what they do and are always willing to help you figure out a solution to your problem. That kind of service goes a long way these days.

I have been at many Autozone locations. This is best! All employees are great, happy to help you, and most important they do take the time to fully advice you and get you the parts you need. There is no rushing, they really make feel that they really care. Thanks Autozone for training your employees to be the best,

Went in for a fuel line for a lawnmower which is a rubber hose. The lady at the counter came out with a long metal one like a gas line hose. Pretty sure if I as sked for nails she would've brought screws.

Sold me and installed a battery dated 10/17 .When i got it september of this year aka 9/18. Now having issues with it constantly needing a jumpstart. Battery will be going back for warranty. They better give me a new battery free of charge since it has Only been in service since 9/18. Isnt my alternator or starter since both are brand new and never dies on me while its running and driving down the road.

was fast at helping me and getting what I needed for a new battery. But I am disappointed because they would not put the new battery in my car because it was "to cold" it is your job to do so no matter how cold it is
