My husband was involved in an accident which heavily damaged his pickup truck. The truck was towed to Zip's and we were a little surprised - but relieved - when Zip said it could be fixed. When my husband picked up the truck after its repair, we were absolutely blown away because even though the truck is five years old, it looks brand new. Wouldn't want to be in another accident but would not hesitate to have Zip and his crew do the repair work. They did a great job and we cannot thank them enough.

My wife got into front end collision. So rather fixing it myself like I should of. I decided to let the insurance company handle it. Because there was a lot of damage. I selected Zip's to do the repairs. It took them over a week to even get an estimate back. Then another 2-3 weeks to complete the repairs. Because of parts delays. (Over a month) I could've had all the parts in under a week and the car operational again in about 2 days. Then my wife went to pick the vehicle up. Paid them. She called and told me they found the water pump was leaking bad. And not accident related. Which they neglected to even mention the whole time it was in the shop. So I went to the service center I get the oil changed and inspected. Got the service reports. Which said that there was no coolant leak. I also maintenance and repair all my own vehicles. And never seen the power steering pump leaking. I brought the forms to Zip's. And I was met with who I assumed was the owner. I told him that there was no leak prior to the accident and that I had service reports stating that. He refused to even look at the documents. Had bit of an attitude. And told me to call state farm. And have another shop fix it. Which would add more time on top of the month the car was supposed to be fixed. And more hassle. I firmly believe the shop either didn't want to do the extra work. Or missed it. And didn't want to a reclaim on it. To fix it right. So I am going to fix it myself like I should of. Rather than trusting a shady insurance company repair shop to fix it right the first time.

The best car service I've ever had, they washed my car and detailed the inside. I didn't know they were going to do that and I'm rather embarrassed because I don't usually leave it in such a mess.If you need a repair and you're in the Rochelle area go to Zips.

I recommend! Just got my body work done due to hitting a deer, and did excellent. They fixed it sooner then expected and even deep cleaned it without asking.

Very nice staff. They make you understand exactly what needs to be done and the price it's going to be. I went there after I got into an accident and had to get car fixed. They get me up to date on what was going on the whole time they had my car. When I got my car back they had done amazing work. I will recommend to everyone I know.

A year or two ago I hit a big raccoon at night and destroyed my radiator and cracked the front bumper. I knew Zip personally somewhat already at the time, so I had my car towed there the next morning. They fixed it good as new and even polished my cloudy headlights back to looking like new, which was an unexpected nicety. Great experience all around.

They impressed me the work they did on my car. They took really good care my car even went as far as cleaning my car in side and out! Need your damages fixed this is the place to go very professional and good at what they do! Thanks Zip's!

I backed into a car and left a huge dent in my bumper recently, but Zip's Auto Body did a great job fixing it up and making any previous damage unnoticeable! They even pointed out an indent on my car hood and went ahead and pulled out the dent and buffed it -- good as new. I've also used Zip's to detail my car - great price for a very thorough job inside and out.

I couldn t be happier with the service and quality of work I got done on my car. No more door dings or scratches. A buff and wax job done so well I can see my reflection. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

If you want a local job done right, Zip's is the place to go. No one there has ever given me a reason to not trust them with any car. The techs have always treated me with respect and have taken care of whatever I needed done. Great place, reasonable prices.

I got referred to zips from running into this guy with a camero ss, I asked him who did his work on the car and he said zips, so I'm thinking they do body and engine work also but when I get there the lady at the desk told me to come back at 1:30pm and I did, so when I come back and talked to the guy I showed him of a picture of what I wanted done and this knuckle head clown sated it would cost me between 7,000$-10,000$???! The guy is racist and thought I was some clown or some fool that didn't know he didn't wanted to do work for a black man, but it's alright I'll take my money somewhere that deserves my money, I have a 87 caprice classic with a 350 and it's barely any body work that's needs to done, the prices he described is Mercedes or Bentley paint jobs. Ha! This business won't last long due to racial bias people. Don't go here, rips u off, try Chicago, I've seen beautiful outstanding work from them guys, I just wanted to to stay closer to home but looks like I'm going to Chicago for my body work.
