I just bought a vehicle at the brand new Sycamore location. Was impressed with the attention to my specific needs and happy to get financing that I needed. Jake was personable and enjoyable to work with, as was the entire team. I liked the trade I got on my old vehicle, too. When the coffee maker wasn't working, Jake bought me a coffee nearby. The small things like that are big to me. Check out this great option for used vehicles!

We had a great experience at the Sycamore dealership! They gave us a very decent price for my trade in and worked very hard to get us where we wanted to be with payments. Jake, Ross, and everyone we worked with were awesome! The windshield on the vehicle we purchased had been cracked and we had not noticed it until the day after we purchased it (it was hard to see it in the area behind the mirror) We made a call and they got it replaced for us and also had it completely detailed. We have been very happy with the Nissan Murano we purchased and with the service we received. Thanks so much guys! You are awesome!

Do not buy a car from this company. The story of what happened to my Mother is a very long, sad story. I will keep it short. The vehicle she was conned into buying is now sitting at a tow company, totaled beyond recognition... My Beautiful, precious Mother lost her life in the vehicle these people sold her, in a fatal, violent car accident on Easter Sunday. One single car accident, her car just left the road, and rolled over 3 times, almost 4. Please, do not buy a car from Majeski motors, not from this location, or any location of theirs. They literally buy vehicles that have been in previous accidents, fix them up to look somewhat acceptable, only to sell them 2 to 3 times over actual selling price. The men who sold My Mother her vehicle, by name are Brian, and Ray. Brothers. They had a chance to place her in a different vehicle that didn't have powertrain issues, and they chose not to. My Mother is gone, and it was the vehicle they sold her that took her life. I contacted this place the next day after her accident, asking if either of them still worked there, and was told no they are no longer there for good reason..for doing bad business..My Mother never got to know the justice, and she deserved to. Please, for the sake of your well being, buy a car elsewhere.

I was tired of the other guys not giving me what I wanted on my trade and not staying in the budget I gave them. So i went to the Rochelle majeski and got amazing service from Jesse. Told him my budget and what I wanted for my trade and they made it happen.. Got my new car that I love and I am forever a repeat customer. amazing job guys

They sold me a 2009 Fusion with 206k miles on it. Vehicle value is about $5,000. They did paperwork to push the price up to $15,000. Vehicle has been nothing but 1 repair after the next and seldom goes anywhere. Now they want me to pay another $5,000 in order to do trade in. No thanks! I wasn't born yesterday. Nothing but conmen at this place.

Owner seems like a nice guy speeding down 39 in a yellow Porsche with dealer plate Il 4072 flipping me the bird Anybody driving 120+ on the highway has no regards for human life. I would never take my business here

I found the needle in a haystack that i had been endlessly searching for at Majeski motors. And i couldn't have asked for a better salesman to deal with then Vinny. He was easy to work with, transparent & fair when they were not able to get the parts in time to put in the level kit we had agreed be included in the purchase price. Taking the cost for me to get it done back home off the final price. Also very accommodating which was a huge factor for me since i live over 600 miles from this dealership!! It was just an overall great experience i would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a newer used vehicle.

They sold me a car my husband co sign told few days later after selling us the car told us his license was suspended that they had to take car back the clutch started leaking and all the lights started going off the deal never went thru w the bank they picked up the car and kept our deposits tried to blame everything on us everyone at the Rochelle dealership got fire. So we called the sterling dealership and they tell us the deal didn t go thru because they put wrong social which is a lie because we have letters stating they ran our credit they refused to give us our money or the car back they are thrives and scammers be careful will never go there again

This was the best car-buying experience of my life. Brian and Ray made sure that all my questions were answered, and written documentation was given for all representations made by them. No wierd high pressure tactics. The nicest, most honest people to work with, from the first person who responded to my internet inquiry to the last paper signed at the Rochelle location. Very thankful I found them.

When I say if u want to buy a car Brian is your guy he was patient and wanted to find the perfect truck for my husband and he came through very awesome truck my hubby loves it and I'm thankful to Brian and the rest Majeski family they definitely take there time and find u the right vehicle we were working on it for over a week and I'm telling u he came through go bye your next car and ask for Brian tell them I sent u won't regret it.
