Excellent service! We were traveling west to visit family and got a nail in our tire. Called Loza s and they were open and able to help. Glimpsed to the shop where Jose got us on the road in under 15 minutes. And, I didn t have to dig deep into my pocket! Thank you Jose for getting us safely to our destination!

Loza's is the only place I trust to treat me right. He does quality auto repair and he never tries to gauge you. You only pay for what needs to be fixed. He is accurate on estimating his time cost and he only charges for the work he has done, he will not pad the clock to get more money.He specializes in all things mechanical, tire, and muffler.Loza's has helped me doctor my vehicles with practical solutions when I couldn't afford the cost of replacement.He understands that some things can just be put back together if it's possible.They are safety and state compliant, and will not risk your safety for a quick buck.I trust Loza's for all my repairs.

Best mechanic I've ever been too. Definitely worth the trip. Super cheap prices! Everyone in Rockford wanted $800+ for labor!! Lozas charged me $220 for labor. Exponential difference in pricing! Done the same day as well when brought in.

I went in for a flat tire. Mr. Loza was busy, but still took the time to remove the tire and check it out. He told me that the problem was the valve. He replaced the latter and charged me just $10. He is officially my new car guy. Friendly, accommodating, honest. Service: TiresService: Tires

Always been honest about pricing and helped out with getting good work done for my vehicle. Have been coming here for years now and have never had an issue with scheduling or getting my car in for an appointment. Would definitely recommend for the good work they do here and will continue to do so.

Awesome job! During a 600 mile trip I was 300 miles from home, my car died and towed from a local gasoline stop near the highwayat 1:30 in the afternoon. They had my starter replaced before 4 o'clock. The price was great. They could have really taken advantage of me but they didn't. Honest and great work.

Terrific service.Something involving the serpentine belt was rattling in my wife's car, so I took it for an oil change at another place in town and asked them to take a look at the noise too. They told me the clutch on the AC compressor was bad. I normally try to fix my own cars, but that seemed like more than I wanted to deal with.I took it to Loza's the next day around 2:30 PM and told them what the oil change place had told me was wrong, and he said he'd take a look and make sure that was the problem and then call me with the cost.I got a call the next morning at about 10:30 AM from the owner's wife at the shop. She said he looked and it was actually the belt tensioner that was bad with no sign of any problem with the compressor. It would be $150 and he could have it done in a few hours, so I gave the go ahead. She called an hour later and said it was all done.My wife picked it up right away. The noise is gone and everything feels smoother now. She said the guy at the shop explained to her what he found and what he fixed and told her to let him know how it's doing after a while. It was $150 and change with tax--about $90 for parts and $60 for labor. Seems fair to me.This is my first experience with Loza's, but it seems like a very honest and affordable repair shop. I'll definitely keep them in mind next time I need something done that I don't want to do myself.

Traveling from out of state when my car broke down. First, they suggested over the phone that I take a look at some things in order to determine what was wrong...basically, they could have lost business if I ended up fixing it myself but they just wanted to help. When it was realized I couldn't fix it, they saw us immediately and fixed it right away, with an extremely reasonable price. Very honest as well, as when they discovered that a belt they ordered was actually fine they sent it back and didn't install it. I had already agreed to have it installed, they didn't have to do that. Same day service, great price, honest, as good as it gets.

Having a car problem driving from Wisconsin to Florida. Needed help and stumbled across Lozas. Not only did he squeeze us in and identify the problem, he was a Godsend! We will always appreciate this man!

Great place to get some work done on your car. Fast and friendly service. Even took special consideration for our van (the hood doesn't open well so they listened to our way to do it) Definitely recommend

Great service, anytime I need my van looked at because I think there a problem, he gets me in quickly and if there is a problem fixes it for a great price! If you need car repairs Lozas is the place to go!

These guys absolutely rock. Bit of a language barrier depending on who's working (Jose has the best english, significantly better than my spanish!) and I always take my car and the wife's car here for exhaust, tires, and other stuff. Some things, I'll do myself instead, and some things I'll insist a dealer does, but these guys can do the vast majority and they're priced dead on right!

My past experiences were great here until today I came to have both headlight bulbs replaced. Upon completion at the register i asked if he was sure to have changed both and he says yes with a bit of an attitude. All times i was here before he was the only one to ever have a sort of unnecessary attitude. I am well mannered and carry myself with respect. Im not sure what his name is but he is the tallest mechanic in the shop. Sure enough as made it home i checked the oreilys bag on the passenger seat and thete it was an unopened headlight bulb after he had just knowingly told me he'd replaced them both. I found this to be very petty. Rather ridiculous considering he charged me as if he had replaced both headlight bulbs.

I respect Loza alot! Speaking for myself, he's always taken the time to attend to me even when he's busy or when I just show up out of the blue to ask a question. He's a good dude and his work is stand up and he stands behind it

Love this place. They ordered a part for us and the people sent the wrong part. So they literally took a part off their car and gave it to us! They are the best and great priced too!!! Definitely recommended

Excellent service. Had a wheel out of balance while driving on i39. Stopped here and had it fixed in 10 minutes for just $10. Highly recommended!
