If you are looking for friendly service, DON'T GO HERE. The Mr. Gilbert is rude and surly and I should have gone somewhere else to pick up a UHaul trailer. Apparently he doesn't need the business because his customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
