Ethan was amazing, Very friendly, patient with explaining car issues with me. Made me very comfortable while I waited for my car to be done. Reasonable pricing, and the mechanics were very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going there for years, I trust them with all my vehicles.

As good as it gets in auto repair and integrity. I'm from Hudson, Illinois and have an elderly family member that lives in Rochelle .His truck broke down unexpectedly. He Was able to limp it to the Shop for repair.Initially we believed the transmission had gone out of it and didn't believe the 2005 Nissan frontier with 180k was worth fixing.After some time in diagnosing the issue we learned it wasn't the transmission but 2 clogged catalytic converters, an oxygen sensor, and some other minor repairs and reprogramming. They took the time to honestly repair the thing Instead of just giving up and junking the vehicle which would of been very costly for an elderly person to replace.As you know even used vehicles these days are very expensive to replace, and we knew the repair history on this vehicle so it was worth saving.In short they saved the vehicle owner thousands in replacement vehicle costs just because they had the knowledge and patience to fix a vehicle worth saving. They also unselfishly donated some time and discounts to a 73 year old man who worked his entire life without ANY government assistance until he was hit by a vehicle several years ago.These people renewed my faith in mankind and the American spirit of kindness and gratitude to their fellow man.If you are looking for honest work and repair integrity at a shop who understands what it is to be part of a community, this is the business where I would gladly spend my hard earned money.Well done gentlemen. I've taken numerous cars to Butitta in Rochelle. They are always incredibly professional, and their work is unmatched. When I get the vehicle back, I never have to worry about the quality of what they've done. They take care of you and make sure that you are satisfied with the work they do - I highly recommend them.

I have followed Ethan from his location in Oregon, to this location in Rochelle. My work schedule makes it difficult to get anything done during working hours. Ethan has always made sure that any service that s needed, it gets done. They come and pick my car up and drop it off when it s done. It s so nice that I can trust them with my car and not have to stress. And they always check to make sure everything is in good condition before bringing it back. 5 stars to Ethan and his crew!

Oil change on a Lincoln MKT went well, and was about $20 more than the high volume/low customer service places you see on the corners, but Ethan the manager takes care of his customers!Mechanics provide fine services.

My car broke down on my home from Iowa to Wisconsin and I just took a shot in the dark on where to have it towed. Butitta Auto had a good rating so that s where I decided to take it. Ethan was very communicative with me, understood my situation and made sure to get the repairs done same day so I could get back home. He was nice enough to send a tech to the hotel to pick me up since I couldn t seem to find a Lyft driver. The tech was very nice too (I m sorry I didn t get his name). I had a very good experience with this shop.

We picked up a piece of metal in a rear tire on the interstate. Ethan was professional and even though it was late in the day they got us back on the road quickly. The technician, Jonathan, even reset the car tire pressure settings after the repair. The cost for the tire repair was less than I would have been charged at home. I brought in a vehicle that was partially taken apart and Ethan didnt bat an eye. Got it towed in and fixed by the next morning and was very professional about it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back there myself should the need arise.

I can t begin to tell you how thankful I am for Kevin, Tom and the entire crew!I was referred by my warranty company.I had radiator replaced, turbo replaced (twice) and then my engine. I had just purchased the car.Kevin maintained regular contact with me and was my biggest advocate. We all agreed the warranty company was attempting to cut corners in that they sent 3 separate engine s all of which were faulty. The shop had my car for 3 months.Kevin called them daily at which the warranty company finally sent an engine that worked and paid my rental (2 weeks before I got my car).THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! Noah, the service advisor was a big help! I love that they take pictures of their vehicle inspection. I needed a new battery and was in and out within an hour. These guys are the absolute best! They rescued me off I-39 when no one else was even interested in helping. Though the problem turn out to be a bad transmission and beyond my means they were totally ready to get it replaced and me back on the road. They got me to a hotel for the night and assisted the wrecker with towing it out and on down the road. Again, great bunch of guys, friendly and ready to do what it takes to get you back on the road!

Had some serious front end issues on a Toyota Highlander. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the technician discovered additional repairs that needed to be done. I was given a quote and was able to choose which items to replace. One part had a one day delay so the vehicle had to have a sleepover. They gave me a ride home which was so appreciated. Picked it up the next day and it feels like new! Everyone was nice and I highly recommend this business.

I had a fantastic experience with Butitta Brothers Automotive, they are an upstanding company that values their customers and are dedicated to serving them well. Let me briefly explain the situation that I found myself in. I was driving from central Wisconsin down to Alabama for college and had my alternator fail on the highway. I was told by Butitta Brothers that they would make room to see me that same day and get me back on the road. They were incredibly gracious, honest and reliable and got the necessary repairs done. I would certainly recommend their services and want to once again thank their management for helping me out especially considering the circumstances.Service: Electrical repair

Recently brought both of my vehicles to Butitta for just a basic oil change. The service was pretty good, Kevin was friendly. Where things were odd for me, was on my 2015 vehicle, I was given a full report about vehicle and what was good, ok, and bad. Then for my 2017 with half the miles, I was never given this report. My vehicles were taken back to back days, so not like a policy changed. Both vehicles took close to an hour and a half for the oil change to be complete, which seems long. I also foolishly agreed to having them replace engine and cabin filters on my 2015, paying double the market value to get air filters replaced, but that is on me. Not exactly sure how to feel about the overall experience as it ranged from good to frustrating.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
