Great dealership with a patient and helpful staff. I purchased a vehicle with a pre-approval and sight unseen. Bailey was great with communication and making sure everything was smooth. He knew I was coming from outta town and had the car ready for a test drive the second I walked through the for, signed my paper work and was back on the road in under 40mins. Brandy the finance manager was helpfully in making sure I had all the paper I needed for my DMV and what would be needed. Great experience here and would definitely go back.

Larry Tedford has been are sales man for over 10 years and we have now bought 16 cars from Silverthorne and he has always been a pleasure to deal with,Leslie the sales manager was are financial person for years and is now the sales manager and thay could not ha e found and more caring person for the job. We will definitely be back when time comes to purchase another car.THANK YOU ALL

The eclipse brought my daughter, granddaughter, and I to Robinson but just before arriving my Pacifica started lurching. After stopping to view the eclipse, we limped on in to Silverthorne. BRIAN, the service manager, was quick to come to our aid. Within 45 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, got the needed part, had it installed, and sent us on our way. What could have been disaster from being almost 2 hours from home, ended up being a small hiccup. We are extremely grateful for his expertise in knowing the problem and the super fast attention we received. Thanks BRIAN, for being the best at what you do!! Elaine

I hade Bailey Lenord and he made the shopping experience very enjoyable. I went in and knew what I wanted and he did everything in his power to make sure that I loved my vehicle even more. He was very helpful. All the people that worked there were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. It was a very fast and enjoyable process.

I had no luck finding allocations, in my area, to order the Dark Horse that I wanted. In doing a nationwide search, I found the exact DH located at Silverthorne Ford in Illinois. So, I drove multiple states to buy it. Branden, Brandi and the entire crew, gave me flawless service. Went out and back without a hitch. Too bad Silverthorne is not located where I live.Thumbs up

We were visiting the Crawford County Humane Society in Robinson Il. While we were there, our tire pressure monitor light went on. My husband found a nail in one of the tires, and the tire pressure was 22psi. We went to Silverthorne Ford to see if they could help us. These people could not have been nicer. They were going to patch the tire, but Geoffrey discovered some large cracks on the inside of the tire. We were shocked since we had just had our tires rotated by our mechanic, and he never said anything. Jordan was surprised the tire hadn't blown. It could have been a bad accident if the tire had blown while we were driving at highway speeds. Even though the mechanics were busy, they took the time to replace the damaged tire. Geoffrey inspected the other 3 tires, and the other 3 were beginning to get cracks in them as well. This is a Ford dealer and we have a Toyota, so it was really nice they were willing to help us instead of sending us elsewhere. We live in Minnesota and we're on our way back. We forgot to take pictures of the tire to show our mechanic. Makayla was nice enough to send us some photos. We were just so amazed at the kindness and customer service we were provided by everyone at the dealership. Jordan, Geoffrey, Makayla, and Bailey really stood out. Bailey spent a lot of time showing my husband the owner's Hellcat he was detailing while we waited. We couldn't have been happier with the service everyone provided. We would highly recommend you take your vehicle there if you need any service.

My husband and I could not be happier about the service we just encountered at Silverthorne Ford. The staff beginning with the online team listened to our needs and desires. They helped us make a big decision that has worked out wonderfully. Brandon and Bailey bent over backwards to facilitate our purchase. They spent time with me to set up my phone, seat settings, etc. We know where we will turn for our next car purchase. Thanks, Silverthorne!

The entire experience from the initial phone call was just so amazing! Branden was an awesome salesman. I was traveling from 6 hours away to get the car I really wanted and he made sure that process was smooth. The nearest airport was a few hours out so they even sent me a driver!And then there s Brandi! Just the the sweetest person EVER! Paperwork was a breeze, she kept me in the loop and made sure I had everything I needed and the best deal possible for my new baby! All of this to say, Silverthorne Ford was an absolute YES. If you re wondering, the answer is YES. They will take great care of you!

I highly recommend getting your next vehicle here! I was in need of a vehicle that would fit our family and the children I babysit, and they had numerous options to choose from! They have fair prices on all their vehicles, and are willing to work with you and help you out in any way they can. I had my son with me while I was car shopping, Dewayne was very patient with us and very polite. When I am in need of another vehicle, this will be the first place on my list to check.

Good friendly service and reasonable prices. We drove 40 miles away from our home because your prices were better than than our local Ford dealership. Tyler Tewell was very helpful and informative in helping my eighteen year to purchase the right vehicle for him. I really liked not being pressured to buy a more expensive vehicle than we needed or could afford. Thank you again for all your helpful advice it really made it easier in purchasing our new car.

IF i could give zero stares I would. I have brought my car to there repare shop several times and they did not fix the problem or the car would be get more problems. My car will not start after taking it to there shop. Take my advice and don't waste your money if you don't have acare made in the 2000s. They will destroy your car and try to sell you a new one
