The guys at Best One in Robinson were great to work with. They didn't "try" to sell me services, they educated me. I told them to look at my vehicle, do what they'd do if their mom, wife, or daughter was going to drive it. I'm thankful for their honesty!

Worst place I could of ever went too if u care about ur vehicle never come here I asked them to do just three things it became like 8 or 9 things that didn t need touched they costed me more than what they did and still facing the damages that they did after 4 mouths now

The men that were there the day I went in for an oil change were very polite and understanding. The only complaint I have was the woman at the front desk with dark skin and dark hair. She was extremely rude to me and the guy in the back working on my car. Other than that, the service and labor was great. I ll definitely be coming here more often!

Fast friendly service. I called Monday and told the man what kind of vehicle. The tires were not in their Robinson store, so appointment was made for the following day. In approximately two hours I had a full set of new tires mounted and balanced, aligned, and ready to go. The only improvement I would have liked a better explanation of the fees. You pay for the warranty, it's right on the bill, but no one explained that or anything about it. I had to ask.

After much research I had decided on the size and tire (Brand and Model) I wanted put on my custom truck. Rather than trying to talk me into something in stock Best One got the tires I wanted quickly, installed and balanced them the way I specified. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. I am very pleased with the final product and will return again.

I scheduled an appointment the next afternoon. When I got there they figured out what i wanted done. Unlike other places i have gone before they were not aggressive about upselling me something I didnt want. They did let me know what should be done and why but were not pushy. My oil change was completed and I was on my way in just a short amount of time. Thanks guys it was a pleasure doing business with you. See you in 3000 miles

Due to my job being constantly on the road for social work, I find myself going through several tires with potholes and debris on the road. I am so thankful to have one of the best tire business, Best One Tire, to constantly help keep me on the road. They not just have impeccable customer service but they have one of the best warranty programs for your tires.

Penny, Tony, & Brandon were all great to me. Made my last trip there enjoyable. They walked me through what was going on and what needed to be done. Everything I came in to have done is fixed. And I feel like I got quality work done. Penny has a great people personality. And the fact they have a master tech is Awsome. I will be back again. Thank you to everyone at best one tire of Robinson!

I always have a good experience at the Robinson Best One.I especially love the free car pick up service. They ll pick up my car from my driveway and take it in for an oil change. When it s done, they drop it off back in my driveway. I can get a lot done while my car is being cared for.

Went out of their way to get our new tire mounted, so that my husband could get to work the next day. Extremely helpful, great customer service. Highly recommend.

I want to personally thank Tony Hamilton and his team for working on our old van and fixing it recently so we could make a long trip to Louisiana and back. It took longer than the expected scheduled time but they worked us in until they were finished, which ran over into their lunch hour. We made it there and back without any issues!!! Way to go Best One Robinson Team!!!

I was in Robinson visiting my parents when I ripped my tire. They could not have been more helpful & responsive to my needs. I had my tire replaced in less than an hour & I was able to travel back 5 hours safely with my children in tow. Thank you for helping me out of a rough situation!

I meant to rate this a 5 but apparently did 4 instead. Fair price and my tire was fixed well before I expected since I didn't have an appointment. Friendly staff as well.

I called to check the availability of tires for my car. They were very friendly were able to locate the tires for me and have them by the next day. Less than 24hrs from phone call the tires were on. Great service, friendly, and at a great price. Thank you

Had to have new tires all around my truck. Was a last minute deal, i called and Tony set me up with a pick up at my work and dropped off at my work service. The entire process was very simple thank you for the great customer service!!

Looks like an average tire shop.. My challenge was a 2 hour job that took them 4 hours while I was waiting, and was late for a meeting by the time it was all done.And they are on the high side of prices.

Tony Hamilton and the staff were awesome, I needed a tire fixed on a Saturday, they were busy, but they got us in and an out in less than an hour. Highly recommended

Got there at 10:38 am on a Saturday. Needed a basic tire rotation. With no vehicles in parking lot and no one inside, was told they were booked solid and rudely said well we close at noon. Will not return!!

I have worked with the folks at Best One Tire in Robinson, IL on many different occasions, and their staff and services provided have always been top notch! Whether it is the repair of a lawn mower, bicycle, car, truck, or tractor tire, these folks know their business, and have the equipment needed to make timely repairs.

They can't do anything right. They charged my dad for changing tie-rod ends on his E350 and they very obviously never did a thing. Later on the same van they did a rotation and didn't adjust the tire pressure (the front and rear pressures are not same). Since then a friend took a tire in because of a leak they supposedly fixed it but it was flat the next day.
