This has been one of my better experiences purchasing a vehicle especially an out of state purchase. Big Mike was my sales representative and he was a pleasure to work with. He went out of way to send me an introduction video which impressed me. He also sent me a walk around video of the vehicle I purchased. Even Chris who helped me with the financing side of it, made the whole process seamless. They even organized the delivery of my vehicle which was a big help. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Roanoke Motors. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle and want a great experience then go see Big Mike at Roanoke Motors.

My car buying experience at Roanoke Motors was excellent.Caleb was my salesman, and Aaron was the finance manager.The whole process was the smoothest I have experienced in my 40 years of buying cars.Caleb was very helpful and provided me with the requested information promptly.A mutually agreed upon price for my trade and final price of my Special Edition car was very smooth.The car was clean and parked right out in front of the showroom when we arrived.Caleb came right out and greeted us.I was able to take the car for a test drive right away.The total time at the dealership was maybe an hour. There was another customer in with Aaron, the finance manager ahead of us.Otherwise, the time would have been less at the dealership.I live almost two hours from the dealership, and I had to work later in the day.There was no problem getting back home in time for work.I would highly recommend Caleb for your next purchase, along with Roanoke Motors, as the preferred dealership to buy your next car.

I had a great experience at Roanoke Motors. Every person I encountered was friendly. Caleb our salesman was nice and knowledgeable. He always had prompt communication throughout the entire process and checked how things were going after I bought my new jeep. Would definitely recommend Roanoke motors and Caleb as your salesman!

Roanoka Motors is a great small town auto dealership! Logan Warren was friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had. He gave us a great deal and was professional throughout our entire buying experience. Would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

First of all I m not a dealership fan. 2nd of all, most dealers should be like Roanoke! Had a pleasure dealing with everyone there. Big mike which I never got to meet because he was sick when I was available but Aaron stepped in and made the process seamless. I came 700 miles to buy a car and will do it again

Great experience! Came in looking for a Cherokee. Big Mike was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very welcoming and fun to talk to. I came to Roanoke Motors first in my vehicle search after seeing how professional and hassle free the experience was when my boyfriend bought a truck there previously. Very happy with everything and will definitely return!

My husband and I have been buying cars from Roanoke since the early 90s. There is no other dealer that we would ever purchase from. There is no pressure, no haggling just simple business, they work very hard to make the buying of a car stress free and agreeable to you. The atmosphere in the entire dealership is carefree and very relaxing and the staff is top notch! Also their vehicles are the best, we purchased a Jeep Renegade .what a fun vehicle.

To probable Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM customers,I was treated to a excellent and pleasant vehicle purchase. Johnny, Jared and Duane made the sale comfortable and smooth.Roanoke Motors motto was held up, No Gimmicks! was followed to a tee.That alone made my visit worthwhile. I like the upfront guarantees used during the sale of my chosen vehicle. The secondarily items for sale were brought to me with no pressure. Only information about the services was presented. My husband and I visited Roanoke Motors to check out a Toyota Tacoma. Our sales representative, Bob, was very friendly and professional from the start! He answered all of our questions and went over different financing options. Our wait was longer than expected and Bob was so kind to check in and keep us updated! He really went above and beyond our expectations! The rest of the buying process went smoothly and we were on our way. The team was organized, efficient, patient, and caring! If you're looking for a Jeep, we highly recommend Brian Frank, of Roanoke Motors in Roanoke, IL. From start to finish, Brian Frank handled this entire transaction, from 'just looking' in the parking lot, to the final sale, in a very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner. He even took a few hours the next day to show us all about what makes a Jeep fun. . . the doors and top removal, and even advised us on Jeep windshields. He is someone that we really do trust when making a purchase like this.

This is our first visit to Roanoke Motors service department after buying our new van from them. The service was good and the gentleman I checked in with was great. He took the time to show us some things with our van and explained everything in detail for us after the service was completed. Thank you so much for your help. I also have to add that everyone up in the showroom floor was also very nice and friendly.

I wasn t expecting there to be such a high end car lot in such a small town. Everyone was very friendly and professional It was definitely worth the flight from Ohio. They even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport, which was also a very pleasant experience. No complaints here! Thank you again Roanoke Motors.

Big Mike was big help when I came up Saturday looking at some trucks. The two trucks I was looking at online sold extremely fast, before I could get there. But big Mike was an incredible help showing me around and making the process smooth and easy. Would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Logan. He did a fantastic job answering all of my questions (which were many) thoroughly and with a great attitude. They treated us very good on pricing as well. The finance office did a great job with the paperwork. Thru-out the entire process we felt cared for and valued. I would definitely recommend Roanoke motors for your automotive needs.

Today my SO and I traded in two of our vehicles for a Mojave gladiator. The process was great from start to finish. Wonderful customer service and willing to have an in depth financial conversation. I really enjoyed the people I worked with throughout the process. I absolutely would recommend friends and family to purchase a vehicle here in the future. Happy to support a small town business. We had a great experience with Roanoke Motors as soon as we walked in the door with a friendly greeting. Clay, our salesman was knowledgeable about the car we wanted and very helpful in answering our questions. We got a good price on our trade-in and paid what we expected for our new to us car. Mr. Hoffman, the finance manager, was also very helpful. We bought our car and we were on the road in 2 hours. I like the 3 month, 3000 mile warranty.
