I met a young salesman by the name of Hunter. He was helpful and friendly and was able to answer my questions well. I had a vehicle to trade in and was given a very fair price for my trade. We worked out a deal on a 2021 Ford f 150. This truck just happened to be Hunters grandfather's truck. He shared with me all the stories about the truck and I was very glad that he took the time to do so.Since the close of the sale Hunter has continued to follow up with me about the truck and letting me know that if there is anything I need help with he is there for me. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and kind. I especially enjoyed their selection of music that was playing in the dealership while I was there. I'm looking forward to do business with Hunter in the future and wish him all the best in his position at Roanoke Ford!!!God Bless and Thank you Hunter!!!Dan Leonard

Great Dealership! Bought my F150 here. Great price and so easy to deal with. Jason made sure everything was taken care of and was so nice to deal with. Truck was missing charging connector and Jason made sure to have me a replacement in no time. Highly recommended this dealership.

We went here to look a truck and, unlike many other dealerships, the truck was there. The dealership is rather small but has a large parking area away from the office, probably a good 100 yards away. As we started to look at the truck we could see a person walking (probably more of a jog/run) quickly toward us. He, caught his breath, and introduced himself asking if we were interested in the truck. We said we were and again he hurried to the office and back with the keys. We test drove the vehicle and decided to see where we would be on price/trade.Unfortunately we were not able to make it work for us, but definitely a pleasant experience with the staff. We were hoping for a lease program but were told they don't do leases (at least not on Super Duty Trucks).If/when we are able to make a better offer we will hopefully find what we need there.

This is our second vehicle we purchased from Roanoke Ford. This go around was smooth and we are so incredibly thankful for Ellie and all of her help with the purchase of our Toyota Highlander.I m only giving a 4 star review because The Sales Manager and Accounting guy were not very personable. We were told during our initial test drive that someone came in and wanted to test drive it so we needed to bring it back. This created a little bit of a hiccup as my husband didn t really get to test drive it. However, they did allow us to take it to our own mechanic and everything checked out to be good.Highly recommend working with Ellie, but as a business owner myself, I d recommend the Sales Manager and Accounting Guy work on being more personable and not so grumpy .

I'd been looking for a "new to me" truck for quite some time. Checking sites daily for what I was looking for and one popped on @ Roanoke Ford. I'd never dealt with them in the past, but thought I'd make the drive to check this truck out. Pulled on the lot and was immediately approached by Gabe. Within no time I was test driving the truck. I had no intention of driving the truck home that day, but within 2 hours and very little haggling, papers were signed and I was the proud owner of just what I was looking for.This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever been involved in. They make it easy to become a repeat buyer, even though I'm 70 miles away form them.

Everyone at the dealership was super nice and easy to work with! Never felt pressured and that's the best part of buying a car! I drove 100 miles to this dealership and it was so worth it. I definitely recommend the time and miles to buy a car with Roanoke Ford :) Thank you!!!

Had a great experience with Jason "Juice" Lewis. I was able to get most everything done via text and email, which got me in and out quickly. Much appreciated! He was very patient and friendly. Never once did I feel pushed to purchase anything. Chris got me through financing efficiently. Thanks!

So I ve been looking for a vehicle for a couple weeks then I found one at Roanoke Ford. I talked to them and they were quick to get back with me. I inquired about a vehicle. We set up a price and purchase deal. I saw that their sister store was in Lincoln so I called them. They said they would deliver the car Monday so I didn t have to drive the extra hour away. Then Roanoke said that they sold the car instead of delivering it that day, even though we had an arrangement. I would have made the trip if I knew that would sell it out from under me. Then I came to find out that they really didn t sell the car but that they were holding it for me but in the other store (Roanoke). I called and let Lincoln know that I was the person it was being held for and they cleared it and said it would be delivered yet again. Roanoke also told me that I was their customer first so I should come up there instead of Lincoln, even though I live near Lincoln. After finding out they did that I previously left a Google Review and Roanoke asked me to take it down and then they would deliver the car. I did so and waited 3 more hours and Roanoke texted me and said they sold it. Lincoln has been nothing but helpful and try their best but Roanoke has been the absolute most petty I ve ever seen a car dealership act. I will no longer support anything from Roanoke Ford and I will make sure to inform anyone else I can about their dealings. It s more about them than doing what is best for their customers.

Jason was a nice salesman to work with. He didn't make me feel pressured at all, and did his best to answer whatever questions I had. I also decided to make some after-the-fact adjustments to my financing, which Chris accommodated, and I appreciated. We live 2hrs away and we were dealing with Hunter, he was honest quick to respond to phone and text. Definitely recommend the trip, they were quick easy to deal with it took us longer to drive there then to buy the car! Thank you Hunter and the rest of Roanoke Ford!

Hunter was great to deal with...came in to look at a Mustang and then was able to complete a deal over the phone the next day before coming back in again to finalize. The final paperwork took a long time after some delays, but no fault of Hunter's. Overall easy dealership to work with and friendly!

We worked with Hunter "lil seltzer" (though Big Seltz has a nice ring to it, too) and Ellie. Both were incredibly helpful and eager to help us. We called around noon to let them know we'd be there to test drive a few vehicles. Arrived at 4pm and were home with our new to us ford fusion at 7:30 pm. They were efficient and incredibly easy to work with. I will absolutely go back!

I had a great experience buying a car today. My salesman, Gabe, was very knowledgeable, and professional. The whole process was very straightforward and simple. I am very happy with my new car and whole experience. The entire staff was exceptional at making my car purchase efficient and pleasant. Cody Reeder was excellent to work with. I often dread working with auto sales staff because I hate wasting a lot of valued time going back and forth to get a fair deal. It was pleasant working with Cody and he quickly worked with the sales management team to reach an agreement that I was satisfied with and there was no pressure. He also did a great job helping us follow-up on some items that were committed to as part of the sale (but not is writing, shame on me), to make sure all commitments were fulfilled. Cody get's the first shot at getting us into our next new vehicle, he worked hard to earn 5 stars which I do not give out easily.

Super nice people at this dealership. Purchased an F-150 lighting and their price was good and they were super easy to deal with. Had a small issue with the charger and they answered right away and are trying to make it right. Great dealership.

They pass themselves as being Christian's but bend to you over lie about the problems with the vehicle and hide behind as is. Nothing but a bunch of thieves preying on the elderly!First of all, I was not given a choice to take it to a mechanic specially, when I live 40 minutes away second who am I gonna take it to the dealership down the road the same ones that owns this one I hardly think so!And yes, stuff was covered up about this vehicle There were three pending codes in the computer that was deleted the check engine light came back after I purchased the vehicle one of the codes was a evap code, gas cap and the negative post was loose on the battery and that's how you delete that one. It don't take a rocket scientist to figure out what was done. I was told that you don't go through a vehicle sold as is when traded in Apparently you went through this one just didn't want to disclose the problems with it.All I can say for all you people out there shopping for a used vehicle at this place familiarize yourself with a diagnostic scanner or find a mechanic that's willing to go with you!

My husband and I bought are first car here and had the best experience! Not only did we find a great car at a great price but we also found an amazing team! Our salesperson, Eli, was great to work with! He had a fun personality, was looking out for our best interest, answered all our questions, and was truly there for us as customers. Chris in the finance department was amazing and fun to work with! We truly appreciate everyone at Roanoke Ford and had the best first car buying experience there!

Had a super nice experience dealing with Cody from Roanoke Ford. I drove over an hour. Everything was ready. Was there maybe 45mins. Finance department was helpful and efficient. Definitely would give 10 stars. Great people, and a great experience!

I have been going to Roanoke Ford for some years now and I ve always had great service on my F150 Raptor! We just recently purchased a 2020 Ford Escape and could not be happier! From service to sales this is a true standup dealership! Ellie Butcher helped us in sales and was great to work with along with everyone else in the process. There are many other dealerships closer to me but I travel about a half hour to Roanoke Ford due to their outstanding services! They have that small town feel and are willing to work a deal!

Truly a wonderful experience. I have never set foot in a dealership where I didn t feel as though I was just there to be sold something. This was an extremely different experience for me Cody was amazing he wanted to make sure he got me into a car that I loved and felt wonderful in. It was the first car buying experience I enjoyed in my lifetime. Butch was extremely welcoming and helpful in our endeavor to find the right vehicle for us. A truly amazing place of business, I highly recommend this dealership

I'm Chris Robinson!. I reached out to Roanoke Ford March 10th about a 2013 Ford Focus SE. Nolen Got back to me March 11th via phone. He was extremely, professional, intelligent, and respectful. I came to see the Focus Saturday March 12th and the car was already ready setup upon rival to drive around the area. Super fresh, clean, road like a dream. Reuben the Sales Manager also worked with me on setting up financing and we agreed upon a fair deal that included a trade in. Chris Peeler the Finance Manager answered all my questions about the loan process and was incredibly kind with his time. The Team at Roanoke Ford comes second to no one in the area and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable vehicle. Great crew here! I ended up purchasing the Focus that day March 12th.
