Horrible in regards to turn around time and as well as communications. On multiple occasions, it has taken weeks to simply find the problem with a vehicle and sometimes up to months to fix it with false promises of an estimated time of a repair. No rentals/loaners have ever been available on our four years of coming here.

Poor turn around time with your vehicle repairs claiming to be short staffed. If that s the case, why do they take my car hostage rather than simply send me to another shop. They also don t answer your calls in a timely manner.
