I loved their services. My insurance company was able to get everything moving pretty quickly so their shop was very helpful with getting my car in and out. I appreciated them letting me keep my car until the parts came in which only took a couple days, and two days after drop off, my car was ready. Soo happy to have my baby back in pristine condition. Thank you to this family business for being so assertive and efficient. I think they also cleaned my car too lol. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place had my car for 2 months and every week when I was told it would be ready by Friday that was never the case. The owner even stopped taking my calls and having them lie and say he wasn t there or he was busy and would call me back however I never received one call back which was extremely unprofessional to me because you can at least let me know what s going on with my vehicle. They did a good job repairing my vehicle I won t take that from them but unless you re willing to deal with a headache and run around id go somewhere else.

JR Auto Body is doing great. It takes approximately 3 full weeks to complete your vehicle damage fixing. The service is pay attention to details. Vehicle Conditions are great after the work. Nikki and sissy are very polite and helpful. In general, this is the shop you can trust.

I love these guys!! They not only took care of my baby but made it so easy to communicate with them. I had to bring my car back twice because of the insurance and each time JR AUTO BODY did not disappoint!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! I just bought my car and was devastated with my first accident ever but they made everything perfect without hassle! They will be my forever shop to go to.. Thank you all so much !!

Been working back & forth with Cece for weeks about my 2018 jeep. Her customer service skills are unmatched! This process has been super long & frustrating ONLY because of my insurance but just her keeping me informed on everything & being sympathetic makes me very happy ! She answers the phone in good spirits, she will leave a voicemail keeping you up to date . Cece your rare I appreciate you & Rodney who I spoke with today . Very friendly staff

The shop had my car for over three months and after I got it back my heater was not working. Took it back and owed still didn t fix the problem. Talk about he did me a favor and my heating was working before the car was taken there.

I want to give them a 5 but I can't based off the fact I did not have my car for almost 3 months. I am not even mad at that fact but mad that I kept getting told next Friday, next Friday, next Friday. However, everyone was very nice to me and I do appreciate their patience as they did deal with mine. Overall, car came out beautiful...some minor stuff could have been done better but we shall see how things go as I just got my car back today.

Great body shop! I had my car front bumper done and they did an excellent job. CeCe at the front desk is very nice and professional. Joel and the owner even helped me find a place I can get a tire for good price. I recommend them.

Good people someone hit my 2023 Kia Sportage I was Frustrated but they got it back looking brand new I appreciate the work thank you guys. Go give them your service you won t regret it

I initially had a good review here. I d give them Zero stars if I could. I picked up my car after I had a car accident and everything was fine (so I thought) up until they told me my window regulator was not working on the same side I was hit on. It was working perfectly fine when I left my car at the shop. I took the responsibility of fixing it myself (my mistake) after I was advised to replace the part. The part itself cost me $150, I installed it, window still didn t work. At this point I was upset, so I took it back. They then came out saying it was the master switch INSTEAD... my master switch, again, was just fine when I dropped it off. So why was I told one thing, and it wasn t that? I told them I was incredibly busy with work (I stated this from the get-go) and it was inconvenient for me to just leave work to go get my car for a mistake they made, as initially I was told to leave my car for a few days, then I was called the same day!! Told me if I left it he d still charge me the storage fee... on top of that, told me it was gonna be $200+ to replace the master switch after they had me buy the wrong part. Just jerks. Body job wasn t even done properly. Paint dripped in certain spots, overpaint in other areas, and the new door I got was chipped/ not sanded properly. Moral of the story is, they re unprofessional. Don t recommend.Service: Body & Trim

My car was involved in a hit and run. This was the place my insurance sent me to, and I am very happy with the results.I had to have my car back before a trip I was taking. They took the car in, fixed it, and got it back to me well before my trip.The body work they did matches perfectly and you can't even tell the car was in an accident. There's nothing off, no rattling, paint matches perfectly, and the car runs just like before.The owner was very courteous, straight forward, and professional. I will be recommending everyone I know to go here for Body work.

This place is amazing!! I came here to get my rental car fixed. There was a dent on the frame and the paint was chipping. First let me say JR's move fast and their service is very efficient. Let's just say they are good at what they do!! I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready on Tuesday!! And I was extremely the satisfied with the ending results. It looked as if nothing ever happened there! They have my business forever!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped my car off on Oct 2 and it was ready in a week .I highly recommend it Don't look like my car was even in a accident. Also CeCe Is the best .

they did not meet the deadline for my vehicle, and when I went and paid, they then told me that they were still waiting on a part also during the bodywork, they ve messed some wiring up, causing my mileage meter to blink constantly. Then when I contacted them about the issue they rudely said that it was not their problem when it was not a problem before I left my vehicle with them. This place is crooked. The man i spoke to was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Car been in their shop for a month and 2 weeks now no one ever calls to keep you updated. When I call I get different answers to my questions but still no date on to when I will receive my car! They get smart with you I wouldn t recommend this place unless you wanna loose your job, can t get your kids back and forth to school, have no transportation or money to get transportation then this is the place to leave your vehicle!!

JR auto body shop did an excellent job on my 2019 Camry XLE. My car was damaged on the front right bumper and fender. Rodney was very nice and very reasonable with his price to repair my car. I just received my vehicle back after months from my accident that happen in August. Their service is slow & I don t recommend nobody going here because it wasn t even a full week yet and my back bump is coming off and I notify them of this problem but that say somebody hit when I don t drive my car as much plus I keep it in a garage. The Boss or person in charge is very aggressive and doesn t know how to communicate well with others. I pray if you do business with them please take pictures of everything & be prepared for the worseServices: Painting, Body & Trim
