Everything was amazing! I was very pleased doing business with Tom. He is personable, got my car work done in less than a week and even squeezed me into his booked and busy schedule. Also, my car looks brand new! I have been getting loads of compliments. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends/family.

I ve been going to this shop for years and have always been satisfied. The staff is extremely communicative and transparent. They provide you with cost upfront and the breakdown so you know what you re paying for. And they get your car done in the time they say they will.I love the text message updates because it provides me with the status of my repairs and its completion ETA.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent craftsmanship! My vehicle was in an accident 2 times and both times my car looked like new.They clean your vehicle after the service and it s still clean and shining weeks later. Their shop and bathroom is even clean.They have excellent customer service skills and keep you informed throughout the entire process. My car was ready when they proposed that it would be and I ve never had a problem after my car was returned to me.The auto body shop was on the list from my insurance company, but I asked around and a friend of mine had just used them and referred them to me. I m so glad that I selected them. I always recommend them to others for they have excellent workmanship, craftsmanship and customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so glad we chose Jacques for our car repair . They were personable and professional and go above and beyond. I knew nothing about the procedures for an insurance claim. Tom walked me through everything I needed and how long everything would take, really appreciated this because I had no idea what to do. My car was repaired before the estimated time and everything was perfect. It looked great. I really appreciate the extra care taken on the car and opportunity to deal with true professionals. Really nice guys, I was all smiles when I left and will recommend Jacques to anyone. Thanks so much

I had the best experience ever with Jaques Auto Body for my auto repair. I was kept informed every step of the way and told what to expect. My vehicle was ready when promised and looked just as good as when I first bought it. This place does great auto body work. Fast and profesional service and they're even connected to enterprise car rental service who will drop off a car at the shop and pick it up when the repair is done. Excellent place to use for your car body repairs.

Altima got hit while parked and knocked bumper off; slight dent. The brothers were pleasant and helpful. The work was finished in two days- way sooner than expected! You can't tell anything happened. Our family has used Jacques Auto Body for over 30 years when accidents occurred. They are courteous, patient and informative.
