Hub Cap City is cool. Solid services advertised, hubcaps.However, they rent the lot in the back to TOW CITY and they are a shiesty tow company that operate out of there. Had my car for 4 days and tried to charge me $7200 which is outrageous, like why not just do fair business and make more money.

The best place in the Chicagoland area to find specialized hubcaps, center caps, wheels, tires, and parts for your vehicle. Any year, make or model's. They have awesome prices and a never ending stock of what you need. Stop by or give them a call. Tell em Mr. Brown sent you. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Been doing business here for over 25 years. Veteran owned with a great staff also. When you buy a new or used tire, they let you see the tire so you pick what you want on the car. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice waiting area also. They also do brakes and suspension services. If you in a pinch and need a tire, see my guys at Hub Cap City!

Reasonable pricesI needed some wheel studs replaced on my car. They charged me $80. The AAA mechanic at 91st & Western in Evergreen Park was going to charge me $318 for the same work. I ve been going to this facility for almost 20 years now. Good work and customer service

This is the longest Ive ever waited for tire service!! This is ridiculous...The only reason I gave two star is because staff is nice. Service today is slow like a turtle!!! I just need a tire sensorchanged!!!

Perfect for wheel alignment and anything that has to do with tire. Shop rates when it comes to repairs so beware Also you must make a appt for basically any service. Staff is very friendly and will get you in and out quickly as possible

Read reviews on this establishment, and read the 1 star reviews. I went today and had an appointment at 11:30 for an alignment, they pulled my car in about 11:40 did the job and I was outta there in a hour. My car rides nice and no problems.

Called twice to get info on hubcap since it was a bit of a drive. All I got on the phone was that it was used. Unfortunately this was really blemished with some scratches and a lot of discoloration. Hubcap is in poor condition, and that should ve been communicated. Wasted a lot of time driving over here.

Went to this location as a recommendation from another shop as they didn t provide the service they suspected I needed for my vehicle.My steering wheel had begun to shake as I reached speeds of an average 50mph or higher. I explained this when I walked in and right away they said it would be a different service than what the other mechanic was suspecting. It was a small fee of $35, though I know other places do for free. I just didn t want to drive my car around.30 min before coming to the shops, my car ran perfectly fine. There was some snow in my driveway about a foot high or so. After pushing through it, I got on the highway and noticed the shaking which wasn t happening coming home from work the night previous. Everything reviewed online said it was one of three things. Brakes, alignment, or debris. I felt because of the snow it was the debris.After they came out of the garage to explain what they found during their evaluation, I was told costs to fix the issue based off their recommendations would come out to just under $2k. My brakes have never given me an issue and the problem had nothing to do with when I stop the car it s on the expressway with no burning smell. Alignment was only $100-$150 of the costs. They said they don t recommend doing that unless I do all the other work because if I came back to do the rest of the work they would have to charge again to realign again.I was a little put off by the situation because the mechanic that was explaining to me what was going on was in the receiving area for most of my wait. He didn t even seem to know what was even on the paper that he was reading. As if he was reading it for the first time and then explaining what it meant to me. As a mechanic that just worked on the car you would be able to explain everything.I left after paying the fee. My car ran fine.... no more issues. If possible get multiple opinions.I work in sales and I feel as though they were just trying to upsell this simple issue. $35 to $2,000? Ultimately the service paid for was done. But I just didn t feel comfortable with the experience provided. I will now learn how to work on cars myself because I now have trust issues.

I called two days before I visited Hub Cap City. The person was very polite and professional on the phone. She informed me that they had the items that I needed. I arrived first thing on a Saturday morning, sweet no customers yet. The shop was clean and the staff was exceptional, especially Carlos. Everything was seamless and quick. For hub caps for my daughters car this is my new go to spot.

Was in here yesterday to have tires put on my car that I purchased somewhere else. The people that work here are very nice, starting with the ladies at the desk to the shop technicians. I don t know everyone s name but Carlos wrote his name on a card for us. Phenomenal service. I will definitely recommend. The only reason I didn t get my tires there is because they didn t have my size...5

This place is very unprofessional. Came for a wheel alignment on my truck with all new parts put on professionally at a shop and was told the truck pulls to the right. I ask the mechanic how is that possible and he didn't know. Paid 99.95 and was told they don't give warranties or won't refund my money that was after the lousy service. They did nothing to the truck, problem wasn't fixed. Took my truck to Southwest Springs. Not only did the wheel alignment came out perfect. I got a 1 year warranty and it was only 75.00. Hub cap city full of it and need to stick to selling junk. Never will get my business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I called ahead just to see if they had my size in stock. The lady that answered the phone was kind and courteous, as well as professional. When I arrived, there was a comfortable, clean waiting room, with functioning vending machines, and a television tuned to a "family-friendly" program! Service was prompt and well "taken care of". They installed my tires, placing my spare back where it belong- underneath, anchored to the body! Satisfied with their prices, too!

I've been going to Hubcap City for several years now. They always do excellent work. You may come in for one thing but they always do a full to ensure that your vehicle is running smoothly. And prices are fair for labor and parts.

On 8/22/22 I did all the requirements that was requested on their website to order a wheel for my Mercedes Benz cla 250.April who works for the company, was not customer friendly at all..I felt rushed on the call, and it seemed like she didn't care about the business..1 star

I needed a tire for a Mercedes-Benz SL550 and they had a used one exact match I only spent less than an hour total wait time with the swap. The staff are professional and friendly.

Came in for 2 Used tires for my car, waited 10-15 mins till a worker came out to show me tires. Took them about 50 mins to put the tires on. The price was very reasonable. Great employees.

I accidentally left my hubcaps to a o6 impala at hubcap city and they accidentally sold my hubcaps to someone else but they were honest enough to let me know that I left them and they ordered and replaced all 3 that I had originally forgot at the shop... They could have told me that they didn't see my hubcaps but they are honest hard working people with affordable prices...thanks again to the staff at hubcap city.....Carlos was the honest manager that saved me from buying 3new hubcaps thanks again. Not too many honest people in the world today.

Dropped My Truck Off For A Wheel Alignment with my bluetooth charger adapter and picked it up 1hr later and tbe adapter is gone the manager supposedly named carlos states noone would do that but carlos said he woukd pay for it, I would never bring my car to this establishment again because they are theives..

The service I received was HORRIBLE they charges me $22 dollars more for the SAME EXACT hubcaps that I bought from them numerous times before. Once I asked them to check the system and see that I buy them all the time they said they see that, so I asked to speak with a manager he kept coming out but continued to tell me he would be wit me and after 20-30 mins of waiting her never came back. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a very bad experience with them...They didn't honor the fact that I purcahsed a hubcap from them (which was more expensive than an actual new one btw) They put the hubcap on without me asking them so...it came off ...I noticed it later. .and they said it wasn't their fault...somebody probably stole it etc...So they're not responsible for replacing it...as a business owner myself, sometimes you have to accommodate your customer's. ..which apparently they do not understand this concept..

I ve called on different occasions to get a quote for rims on different vehicles and it seems like their system does not show accurate information. I called for a rim to a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and they said the system shows it s a steel rim, when it s a aluminum 15inch rim. I d like to give my business s to this company but they always want you to come in which is not always possible.

Good people to deal with and very nice, affordable prices on car repair and tires. Get my oil changed there sometimes too. Been going there as a customer for the past 20 years.
