This place does GREAT business , them having my parts was a plus and at a reasonable price but the experience dealing with Amber was beyond customer service. She took her time with me went out her way to help me so much that when I needed an engine I had to go back and do business with her again. She made me feel so welcomed I will always be a customer for ABC because of her & their great parts. Having someone kind well spoken as her at front desk is a huge plus.

This auto parts place was just what I needed. The counter clerk was patient and smart! She took care of Several customers while I took a photo of the passenger side mirrorI WAS SEEKING.THE part was in stock and there was someone there to replace the part. Iris had me in and out smiling. And that was a good thing.Oh! And I didn't spend a lot of money .Great place to give business to.ABC auto parts!

Exceptional service, and the sales team, whether it's a man or woman assisting you, really knows their stuff. The facility is consistently clean, and the warranty they offer is top-notch. The staff is not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable. I'll be a returning customer for sure

Always a great place to shop. Every time I need an engine or transmission or tires mu first call is to abc thank you guys. Specially Ricky espino. Or frank. On business accounts you have Louis Michael Chris and joe they make a pretty good team

I have been working with ABC auto parts for a few weeks now. They have pulled 2 parts for me and given me lots of feedback and pictures to help the dealer confirm the parts were proper. Their communication and response time has been really amazing. I will happily do business with them again in the future. They are highly recommended.

Brought our car in for new engine. They said it would take 4 days. It took 4 weeks, they broke the radiator and the front head light. Terrible service and quality. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

If you ever need anything fixed for your car or just parts this is the place to go! I'm so grateful I found out about this place. After World Hyundai Matteson neglected my car, ABC was able to repair it. Rickey was beyond amazing from his amazing personality to communicating every step with me. My engine came super quick while other dealerships it takes weeks to come. I really appreciate everything you did Rickey, & thanks to ABC Auto Parts

Love dealing with ABC auto parts, great quality parts, everything handled/delivered in a timely manner. Louis M. is always a pleasure to deal with. All questions answered and handled thoroughly, always cross references my vin to guarantee I am getting exactly what I need. Definitely and highly recommend for any and all auto parts. If I could give 5 stars ten times I would!!! The drivers are incredible too! Cliff/Cathy/Jasmine are all super friendly and helpful and get our parts right where they need to go!! Love having them around! They really have great customer service and go the extra mile to make every go smoothly

I called today for parts for my car and had the pleasure of speaking with Kris. She was very helpful and patient with me. I was a first time caller and had no experience with parts for my car. DON T WASTE YOUR TIME! Called on Saturday and spoke with a salesman named Anthony about getting a rim for my car. He told me they had a used rim in stock and that he would hold my quote until Monday because they were closing soon and that he would be there on Monday to assist. I drove an hour to get the rim to find out upon arrival that Anthony didn t come in to work that day and worse yet, they had no record of the quote, they didn t have the rim as promised and they did nothing to help locate one in the parts location system they use. Went next door to Hub Cap City and they repaired my damaged rim for a fraction of the cost of the used rim. Thanks to Hub Cap City I didn t waste my time driving an hour one way for nothing.

Kalina was very sweet and polite over the phone. She got me a call right back and i was satisfied with the rates and service i received . If you need parts for your car ABCs will look out for you you wont be dissapointed .

Was there yesterday 1/20/2020. I purchased 4 used tires that were in great condition. The price was good as well. However because they don t install tires, I had to take the car elsewhere for installation (no problem). The problem that I had is there was no one that could help us take the tires out to my car. My 68 yr old uncle, a disabled veteran that walks with a cane had to help me carry the filthy tires. They seemed not to care about that. I m thinking an establishment of that size was unable to find one employee that could assist us .. response to owner s reply. I definitely asked for assistance and was stunned and appalled that we were told no one could help us. I do appreciate you responding...

My car was just sitting in my driveway posing as a gate. I'll call ABC Auto parts and they had a representative who is awesome "Griff". He was able to pull my car out of this very narrow driveway and did not cause any damage to my house or the gate. He was very pleasant and efficient. The job itself took about 30 minutes and I would definitely recommend them in the future. It's easier to write a review when someone is doing a bad job but it's not often that you get a review when someone does an outstanding job. Thank you ABC Auto parts and I can use that money to buy a gate

Guys in the front are jerks. Wanted to charge me almost $500 for an old Honda bumper?? Wish they didn't always treat girls at any kind of parts or car shop like they don't know anything about prices, imagine how many they did this to. Trash place

Ok I need a part for my 2006 Nissan maxima I don't know the name but it's wat holds the engine I had to wait 2days for the part it looked brand new they got me right and I thank them.. wen I need a part this is the place 2 be baby... Thanks guys

We bought a bumper cover they said they had in stock. We bought it and went to go pick it up. Was told they didn't have it. How can you sell something you don't have. They said the could get one on a few days for another $150. We got a refund and left. Dont buy until see the part..lesson learned
