Owner George was very knowledgeable and polite to my concern of my two tires. After he assessed them, he told me it was the valve stem sensor and properly fixed the issue.. George fix two tires in 30 minutes. He did it for a great price. I m extremely thankful for him. I will be back.

George is the best, I used to travel 20 miles just to get my tires fixed here. I now live in the area and I m always sending all my friends to get their tire needs here. I went this afternoon for a tire leak on the white Malibu. My dealership told me I needed new tires and didn t have any screws on them. George found a screw and plugged it and checked the tires and told me they are still in good shape. He recommended that I come back and do a tire rotation before the winter. Thank you for giving good honest advice. I m definitely a loyal and repeat customer.

I had the most honorable customer service today at juniors tires it made me feel like wen I was a kid an my dad was showing how to work on cars it was nice an the tech that helped me his name was George great tech an father he was very polite an honest and he knows his job

I was there in Feb 2023, I called about a front driver side tire losing air, this was on Saturday. We went in, dropped off the car. Got a call back 30 minutes letting us know the issue was, and fixed. Great service, good prices.

Great friendly service. Called several places in town about changing out my tires, all seemed rude on the phone, and prices where insane. Rates here are fair, and service was quick & painless. He took me around my car to make sure things were ok, which I appreciate it. Normally the chain stores will send you on the way for you to be stranded on the street if some problem arises, be I left here at ease and grateful I found this place. Will could back here again.

I always go to GTO tires next door and never have a problem , when I pulled up to the garage someone was standing outside to tell me to move the car down next door, which was odd to me since they never done that . wish I would of just left ! Horrible. Got charged $30 for a slow leak in the tire to patch it up usually never pay more then 15$! & it only lasted about a week I have to get my tire fixed again .

George is very professional and honest. The prices are reasonable as well. No upselling or any of that. I was in and out in less than a half hour to get my tire patched. Will be recommending all my clients, friends & family to come here.

I wish that I could give this place ten stars!!! I needed to purchase a tire for my Nissan Sentra. I called before I stopped by. George confirmed over the phone that they had the tire available. Twenty minutes later I was there. George was super fast replacing my tire. He was friendly and professional. I will be a repeat customer!

Had slow leakTook it in for repair. Turns out was a rim leakSo he took tire off cleaned rim and tire re mounts tire. Wasn't going to balance it. asked if he could, wanted that done. All said and done $50 bucks so I paid with credit card next day notice the receipt was texted to me with a charge of $55. Wow what a response.Take responsibility all your replies, it's the customers fault . How many Extras to fix a tire. ?? Come on.

Came here to install broken front tires on the same day after accident. These guys made money on my emergency. Have put probably the most expensive ones and charged me over $700 for a pair. After I realized that the tires are wrong, have different structure and are much more expensive than elsewhere, they didn t authorize the refund and offered an exchange for 4 tires worth $44 each. They didn t care about me, only about profit and commission. Will keep fighting for my money.Central Chicago Tire shop is two minutes away, I recommend using that shop.UPDATE: In addition to that is a liar. The Merchant doesn't admit his mistake and keeps lying. I attached a proof of the wrong tires installed.

Best tire place I've been to! Usually my tires are hard to find, but these guys had a perfect matching set of 4 at a great price! Installation was smooth and fast too! Highly recommend!

Where do I even start....not sure who the guy was working there but he was very rude from the start. Very bad customer service. OVER CHARGED me for a used tire that was in bad shape and had plugs in it. Even after I pointed out the tire had plugs in it the guy refused to take anything off the price. Save yourself the time and headache and go else where to get a used tire at a fair price. This place doesn t even deserve the 1 star I gave.

Extremely thankful. My son got a flat at the HIP mall yesterday. I was finally able to get to him around 645pm after calling 5 places I found these guys. I called them they had the tire i needed but closing at 7pm. I told him I'm 2 miles away can you please help me & wait for me. They totally waited for me and did it in like 5 min. They saved me from having to tow it or buy a more expensive tire. Thank you guys. Gob bless u guys always.

I went to Juniors this morning with a slow leak. I was taken care of right away. I believe it was the owner who fixed the tire which took about 20 minutes or so. He took the tire off the rim and patched it instead of taking a short cut and plugging it. Patching a tire is the best way to fix it. He charged me 20 bucks which is a very fair price. Yes, I would recommend Juniors.

Don t try to get quality service for a good price at this place.And I visited your shop! I can provide a receipt. That s how you responding to your customers?I would not recommend this tire shop to any of my friends.Good luck! I hope in the future you will be honest with your customers !

came in for a cheap used tire and got just that. no bs or upselling. gave me a great future price on new tires. nice guy too. will recommend and buy my new tires here when I'm ready.

Quick, reasonably priced, and on point tire shop.Bring your own tires or buy on location.Called and got an appointment right away while other shops I tried had a week long wait.Replaced tires on my SantaFe Sport. 235/55R19
