This year I am thankful for finding Richmond Motors, Scott, Karla, Arlene and all those working behind the scenes. I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences here. They are transparent, communicative, considerate and the quality of work has been great. The level of honesty is refreshing and has built a trust and confidence I haven't had at a shop in a long time. Their new location has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff creates a friendly and positive environment. As if they truly care, which I believe they do. A true standout in the world of auto repair. Thank you all!

These guys are great!! They are honest, fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been able to get me an appointment in a short period of time. Last year the dealership where I had purchased my vehicle quoted me over $800 for a small repair I brought my car to Richmond Motor Sales and Service for a second opinion and they were able to complete it for less than $200! Strongly recommend this business!

My wife and I were in search for a reliable place to take our vehicles to for routine services. We were referred to Richmond Motor Sales and Service by some close friends. The service and standards of their technicians exceed any other place that we've taken our vehicles to prior. Everyone is very polite and we always highly recommend friends and family to have their services done here.

My car was making noise and a dealership told me my vehicle would not drive unless they fixed it and it would need over $10K worth of repairs. I had my vehicle towed to Richmond Motors for a second opinion. Richmond Motors had my vehicle all day and it ran great with no issues or noises. Scott's honesty literally saved me thousands of dollars. I was able to drive my car right off his lot and it has ran fine since. I HIGHLY recommend Richmond Motors!!!

I have a very old Chrysler that needs lots of TLC. The crew at Richmond Motor always manages to fix the problem(s). Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, and there is always a follow-up via phone. I am told upfront what needs to be done, so there are no unpleasant and costly surprises later. I am very satisfied with the service I receive every time I bring my vehicle into the shop. Richmond motors, under this ownership, have been the most outstanding mechanics you can have. Their customer service is exemplary. All of their work has been above expectations. They do their best to help you when you need it. I have even sent some of my customers there at the last minute, and they have helped them. I have three vehicles that I take to them for all services They make sure I am safe in my travels. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. For many years we had oil changes done by a family friend who owned an Oil change station and it just closed, so I had to find a new location. Richmond Motor Sales is close to home, they did the change quickly and fair priced and did a free safety check of the entire car. I waited in a comfortable lounge and would recommend them to anyone. Will be back when the next change is due. Thank you.

Our Subaru was riding a little rough over the Spring bumps and Scott and his staff installed new struts and did a wheel alignment which solved the problem. Richmond motor sales and service is so professional, and fairly priced, every time I've gone in for something on my vehicle I've been blown away by how good the service is. Today was a bad fan motor, and they had the part in stock, and I was in and out of there in under an hour, and it cost way less than I thought it was going to. Took my car in for our regular oil change and tire rotation. I had taken my car to the Acura dealer for a computer update from a recall, and they found all kinds of things they said were wrong with it. I wanted to have Scott & Conner at Richmond Motors sales look at it first, and everything was fine - so the dealership was trying to scam me. I trust these guys, and they do a great job!!! Scott and "his crew" are WONDERFUL! I go there for EVERYTHING. There is NOTHING they can't handle. They are very thorough and don't rip me off. I have had very bad, expensive experiences at dealerships and am very grateful that I have found a place I can trust. It is the same crew every time I go back as well. That in itself speaks volumes! What a friendly, trustworthy, honest group of people we have right here in our little hometown! THANK YOU, Scott and Crew!!! Every city in America should have a Richmond Motors in it. If that sounds too simple a statement, allow me to explain. Owning a car often means owning stress and anxiety. What s that noise? I smell something. I don t think it feels right. Then the worst anxiety of all, can I trust my mechanic? Having been a customer for almost 40 years, I can honestly say, if you bring your vehicle to Richmond Motors, you can trust your mechanic. Wes, there mechanic converted my manual steering on my 1969 Camaro SS to power steering. Supplied the parts I ve been saving for over 25 years remanufactured all and Wes did a beautiful job on the installation with a few added tweaks. Had other work done on it previously by them and did a great job for fair price. Very satisfied on how they took care of me and my car and the care with it! And they even picked me up and dropped me home. They have my recommendation!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Simple. Dealership wanted to charge me $2,400 for a new Jeep exhaust "assembly". Wes determined it was a couple rusted out bolts and a gasket. Out the door <$120. They are honest!THAT IS WHY I USE RICHMOND MOTOR TO SERVICE ALL MY CARS!Service: Exhaust

I took my boyfriend's car in for an oil change and they fit me in right away that morning. I really appreciated that since I work 2nd shift and time is of the essence. They saw a couple of items that needed fixing but only performed the oil change as requested. They even gave me a couple of printed estimates. The staff was very cordial and I definitely recommend them.

Brought my car in for new brakes. They called me with exact costs of the work before beginning and had the car finished and ready when they said they would. This establishment is locally owned and the owners contribute too the community. Highly recommend!

A tall blonde gentleman helped me in an emergency. My car had been leaking oil and I had anappointment tomorrow at my dealership. My check engine light went on on my way to work today. Low and behold my car was dry on oil. I stopped here to buy oil and he said they don't sell the quarts, but filled me up and told me no charge for a quart of oil (I had put one in that I already had). Made my day that kind people still exist. I will look into into for service for the future because of his kindness. Thank you so much!Service: Oil change

Had a front brake job done on my F150. The price was almost $100 lower than the dealer for the same parts and install and they were able to get me in the next day.
