Highly recommend!! They sell quality vehicles and provide superior customer service. The used vehicle I purchased from them has been running great for 4 years and have only needed to replace the brakes. If you are looking for a used auto, this is the place to go. I have moved but plan to travel to buy another vehicle from them because I know I can trust them.

Eli is a super sweet man the helped my 19 year old daughter but her first car. He took his time with us and explained everything to get. Every other car dealer didn't want to take the time to deal with a first time buyer that didn't have any credit yet. I would highly recommend this business for anyone with any credit. He really is a nice guy!

They had some very nice cars for very reasonable prices and were very friendly and helpful. They also mentioned that they will finance the cars (maybe with no interest) and work on the cars as well, which may be a plus for people. I would highly recommend Medina after my experience there.

We went to Medina for my daughters first car. I will say, I was so impressed with Eli s honesty and willing to help. He made her first time car buying a complete breeze and we will be letting our friends know!

My Grandson bought a truck from here and the engine light keeps coming on. He breaks down almost every two weeks. Has had the truck not even 2 months and broke down now 4 times. Eli says he fixes it but yet no paper work or name of the part replaced so they say. This is my Grandson's first buy on his own and this owner lies about what was fixed and doesn't back up what he tells you. Just saying as a customer beware of what you are getting into.

Very nice and polite atmosphere. We were not pressured in to buying anything. We did happen across a "diamond in the rough" there, agreed upon a price for it, wanted to think it over to the next day and were happily surprised to not find any pressure to put a deposit down or buy it right away etc (the typical Car dealership attitude) only a handshake that we would think it over and be back the next day if we sill wanted it. The car drove as advertised, no gotcha's even the mechanic I took it to for a once over said it was a clean a worthy vehicle. Our representative pointed out a couple of very minor items (I'd have missed them if not for his honesty) which were trivial. If only all experiences were like this, I think used car dealers would have a better name. I'll definitely be back after this!!!!!

Although my experience started out well at Medina cars. Eli seemed very nice and worked with us on getting a car. However, the car has broken down numerous times on us due to engine issues. We have had it about 2 months half of which it has been broken down. I am now stuck with a untrustworthy vehicle and out my money.

Run very fast away. Sold me a Ford with a cracked engine block and bad transmission. Wouldn't take it back 24 hours after I had it. Junked it and out $4,500.00. Evil in disguise.

Not sure yet guy told he would hold a truck for me told him couple days ago I wanted to drive it he didn't pull it out and then showing it to someone else after we agreed yeah well it looks like dude sold truck on me after he said he'd hold till I came back from Thanksgiving weekend I would personally steer clear from his lot!AND HE DOSE GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ASKED TO DRIVE TRUCK HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT PULLED OUT MONDAY WENT BACK NOT OUT SO HE'S VERY SHADY

Offers a service for those that need help with getting a loan. Primarily high mileage cars. Gives the cash buyer something to compare with others on the market.
