I called 4 hours prior to arrival with Mt vehicle I asked Do you get matched for my paint and I was there before clothes. The employees aren't very educated, nor are they very organized.I'm pretty extra miles on my car. And at the end of all this, I still have no bumper on my car because they failed on their part. Worst experience I've ever had Napa, is not the place

Called to get confirmation of parts Lady rushed me threw everything and made me pushed me through verification of the parts I needed.I said are you busy. Ohhhh no. Good bye clickCalled the next day. Spoke with a very disoriented gentleman that seemed like he forgot where he works. After I get everything thing lined out. I said I have a discount of 15% Would you acknowledge it.Ummmm probably not. Ummmm no. Click.

Outstanding customer service!Updated - again they went way out of their way to get us the right part when they sold us the wrong part for our vehicle. I've never seen such exceptional customer service ANYWHERE. I sure wish all businesses were run as professionally as these guys at Napa. We have no affiliation with them whatsoever except needing parts on occasion. 10 STARS!

I wanted to leave zero stars but you can't this place closed 10 minutes early after they told me they were open till 6 which did they were good decent help when I was in there and I made eye contact with the guys in the back and they knew who I was and they still ran from a buying customer I am very disappointed in this place not only because they don't have prices on things because they think I have a barcode scanner they also left before closing hours and basically refused to help me never go to this place unless the guy the nice older guy is there. I suggest making the drive to somewhere else.
