Hi-Way motors was great to us! Gave us a fair deal and even took care of us after the deal. We had some minor things that needed to be fixed after we traded. We live 2 hours away in Missouri after we dropped our vehicle off they fixed the repairs and even had a driver deliver our car back to us at our home so we didn't have to make another trip. Service is great I recommend giving them a shot to earn your business, you won't be disappointed.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Hi-Way Motors. We have purchased several vehicles in the past, and have always enjoyed working with Jared and his staff. They go above and beyond to meet our needs. Also, we service all of our vehicles with their service department as they are top notch. Well this was no pressure no stress I had a lil problem but Hi-Way Motor Co was right there and handled it Dustin was top notch I highly recommend this dealership and they always answer the phone and call you back their honest in todays climate that s everything at least to me thank you guys for your hard work

I cannot say enough good things about the great service these men and women provide. They go the extra mile and make sure everything is taken care of. They are true to their word and that s very hard to find nowadays. Their office is over an hour away from me, but the drive is worth it and we will definitely be back for our next vehicle! 10/10!

I just purchased my third truck from jared. Communication is always awesome. easy to talk too calls back when he says he will.They do everything they can to help with the sale. I will probably buy all my trucks there. GREAT JOB!!!!

Bought a 2016 with absolutely no issues wrong with the car at all. Provided me with a complete history of the car quickly when asked. Dustin Esker helped make the process easy. I was worried about distance because I m three hours away from the establishment, but he offered delivery or meeting halfway. We decided to go look, and everything was ready for us when we got there. Easiest and nicest service. Worked with me in anyway he could with price and distance. Came and left with a new car in an hour. Will definitely be back.

We had a great experience with Dustin at Highway. He has been very helpful from the first time we spoke. We had to take the truck that was purchased back in for an alignment and they noticed something else that could be fixed. Even though the truck was sold to us as is, they are replacing at no cost to us!! Great company and people to work with. I highly recommend checking them out! This has been the easiest car buying experience to date and I will be going back to them in the future!

I had the privilege of purchasing my beautiful Ford Focus ST from Dustin! He was super professional as well as down to earth,he made my drive out there 120% worth it. He took his time and searched for a bank that would work with me so I'd have the very best Deal! Which brings me to my next point although my car I purchased I consider it to be rare I had done my research and had been diligently following all St vehicles within pretty much the whole United States the particular one Dustin was selling was the newest,had the best trim package, and was priced about a thousand dollars lower than all other dealers. These guys at Hi Way motors aren't your average run of the mill car salesman.They treat you like family, and price their vehicles to sell fast! I will give you a parting piece of advice ; If you are in the market for a beautiful pre-owned low mileage car, do yourself a favor and go to the website and check them out and see for yourself!

I bought a 2012 Toyota Camry from Hi-way Motor Co this week. I worked with Dustin who was wonderful. He was informative, cooperative, polite, and laughed at my jokes! The car is in terrific shape, had been examined by the mechanic, tires were replaced, and a full tank of gas. Everything went smoothly with signing the necessary paperwork too. I'll be referring others to Hi-Way Motor Co.

Totally satisfied with Dustin customer service. Has to the best experience with car buying we've had. I appreciate the fact that they work hand in hand with USAA bank and truly show an appreciation for veterans... Everyone their at Hiway motors was friendly and helpful. .. we recommend, highly recommended that if you are in the market for a car to check in with Hiway motors.. Dustin had mentioned that they transport cars out of state, so where ever you are I'm sure they can help..

I bought my first car from Randy and I just bought my 5th from Jared and am kicking myself for not buying the others at HiWay. Jared worked tirelessly at finding the perfect car for me, even with all of my crazy specifications. The pricing was fair and the financing was fast; In and out in an hour. I'll be using HiWay from here on out and you'd be wise to do the same!

Probably the best experience at a dealership that I've ever had. I'm glad that I didn't buy sooner and kept looking because I would have missed finding what might be the best place to buy a vehicle in southern Illinois or all of the St. Louis area. Amazing experience. Jared (salesman) was extremely helpful, easy to work with, not pushy, and gave us a great deal. The car was in amazing condition. It was cleaned and fully fueled when we picked it up. Secretary (forgot her name) was soooooo kind. Definitely will be going back when it is time for a new car.

We've bought a couple vehicles from here in the last 10 years. Always pleasant to work with and nice quality inventory of vehicles. A little bit out of the way but a good dealership.
