The communication was excellent with the sales team and me. The deal was fair. Very positive experience. The group in Red Bud is very considerate and fair. Even though it s not my first experience at this dealership, they offered me another tour of the dealership. They even tried to set up my first oil change and service! I do not want to buy a vehicle from any other dealer. They are fantastic!

I have purchased 14 vans and trucks for work and 2 personal vehicles over the past three years. 6 months ago, on a road trip from Chicago to Memphis my truck went into limp mode and I panicked. As frustrating as that is, it led me to Ed Morse Chevy. After spending 3 hours trying to find a dealership able to look at the truck in a reasonable amount of time, somehow I ended up speaking with their GM Brandon. That day he and his team were beyond sympathetic to my situation. I was able to limp the vehicle in and have it looked at. I'm too embarrassed to say what the issue was, but they caught it right away and got me on my way. Since then, I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and each time time I do I kick myself for not knowing about this place sooner. There are probably a hundred dealers between Chicago and Red Bud but I don't have a desire to use a single one of them with the ease and service these guys provide. I only wish they would open a location by me so I could use them for regular service.

What an amazing company! My mother and I got a flat tire in Redbud. Having never change a flat tire and being over an hour away from home, we called Ed Morse Chevrolet! The nicest man, Rich, came to our rescue and fixed our tire. He wouldn t accept payment so we are paying it forward! Thank you, Rich!

The folks at ED Morse Chevy/GMC in Red Bud, Illinois were simply outstanding. They were honest, professional and strived to get us a great deal. I have purchased a ton of vehicles in my life( I m 61 years old) and this is probably the best deal for the money, treatment and professionalism I have ever experienced.

Love this group. Gary over at the jeep department helped me. Then all the guys over at the buick center were absolutely amazing. Brandon was wonderful. He had everything ready to go for me so my husband and I were in and out didn't have to spend the day there literally signed and drove. Will and the loan officer were amazing too. Definitely highly recommend

I saw searching for a a specific vehicle and they had it. They helped and did everything they could to get me financed and leave with that car. drove 3 hours one way to get it. Do not regret it one bit!! Great service

Steve was fantastic! He answered all of my questions, was not pushy at all, and got me out the door very quickly. I m extremely happy with my new 2024 Trax thanks to Steve. When we were setting up finance options that s when we were introduced to Brandon. He was a great guy! they changed the oil in my Buick, checked all the things I had expressed a concern about. Ensured me all was well. Did not suggest I have unnecessary work done as so many mechanics do.

Loved the experiane for the most part. The salesman was excellent. The financial manager was excellent. Just hit a couple snags with paperwork that was a little frustrating. Its the only reason I marked the experiance down at all. I had to come in a few other times to straighten out an error that had nothing to do with me. Great place people and service

The sales, service and parts departments have been great. Any issues that have come up have been corrected quickly. The service department is knowledgeable and friendly. Work is completed quickly and correctly.

Weir Chevrolet in Red Bud, Illinois is a great dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from them over the years, both personal and business autos. I always get a fair deal and the customer service is outstanding. Me & My Husband Went To This Dealership To Purchase Our Daughter A Car, She Seen A Car That She Liked So She Test Drove It So Everything Checked Out Ok So We Went Back Into The Dealership To Make A Deal With The Dealer His Name Is Luke, Mind You We're Paying Cash For Our Daughter A Nice Vehicle, The Price Was $22,700.00 So We Asked Luke To Give Us A Good Deal Since We're Coming With Cash. They Only Would Knock Off $200.00 Off, So We Walked Out We Will Never Do Business With These People.

Ed Morse is very good dealer. The manager I worked with was Brandon and Stephen, and they kept every promise they made during the deal. I had a very pleasent experience and I would recommend Ed Morse to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. Manager Brandon is awesome person and he makes sure that all the customers have a great car purchase experience. Thanks Brandon and Stephen. It was worth travelling 3 hours to buy van.

Just purchased a car from Brandon at ED Morse Chevy. This was our first car purchase ever and they made it as smooth as possible. We got pretty much everything we asked and were hoping for and even worked on getting us the lowest rate they could get. I highly recommend the small town vibe. No pressure and being that the General Manager is also the finance department you really feel like they are treating you right. I had to leave the car on the lot on a weekend, and could not schedule nor speak with the Service Department about the problem. I wrote it out on the envelope and left the keys in the box. Ron Richeson has been servicing my vehicles since maybe 2007 (?). I trust him.He had the mechanics run an electric system diagnostic which verified bad battery. Problem solved.

I DO NOT recommend getting your vechile worked on here...They take advantage of the elderly..this older man I know got his side window knocked out and went to have it installed with these ppl and was told after they took his $300 told him they couldn't fix it so to he needed a motor for the window NO HE DIDNT..All they did was mess his door up afterwards he couldnt even open his passanger door..He ENDED up having a none mechinic..Look at it.AND guess what he now has a side window and guess what motor works just fine. Window goes up and down ...This place is a joke ...ID get a second opinion if your told u need any type of work....if they can't figure out how to install a window how u gonna allow them to fix a real problem.....

The service department was very knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman that I spoke with, Ron Richeson, was very helpful in every step of this repair. He knows the product and was very helpful with all the questions that I had about the repair. Because of his service from.now.on any service work that I need with go thru your dealership. 100% satisfied customer.
