Will not return and highly recommend going elsewhere. They left a sensor unplugged, leaving my cruise control and cooling functioning incorrectly and a check engine light on. Additionally, I heard rattling after under the hood after I left and found that the engine cover was not reattached properly. I'm not a fan of having to recheck a mechanics work. When I called to inform the manager, he completely dodged any accountability. Be cautious of going here. ADDING more findings! Windshield washer fluid would not spray, upon checking found that the fluid lines were pinched in the airfilter cover, additionally I found pieces in the washer fluid fill area that were clearly deliberately put there. Absolutely unbelievably horrible service. Expected an oil change and instead had to check everything they could have possibly touched. Coincidentally, I now have a headlight out on the side they were working on the air filter and found cracked frame work from where the air filter cover was incorrectly man handled and removed. If I find that they caused the headlight issue by their subpar work, I will add the details to this post as well. This place is a total joke. Short, thin, black dude with braids should not be working on vehicles.

I was very happy with the service, the workers explained everything they recommended I get for me car, oil change, oil filter, and to have the oil system cleaner ran through to help make my car run better! I will definitely come here! Keep up the good work here !

First pulling up sat there for about a minute waiting, then finally a younger chubby guy appeared and motioned for me to pull in. Asking what I need . Duh, an oil change . Very rude another young guy came out You remain in your car and then they give you a quote $60 to change oil in my ford edge. Honestly don t think they have one clue what they are doing. Young chubby guy seems to like to tell the other what to do while the one doing the work honesty has an issue even opening my hood as well as the con us work van next to me . Like seriously. I will be. Checking my oil before I leave this lot and I will not be back. Just forewarning others of what they may get themselves into

The Technicians were very attentive and knowledgeable they were great. The price was kinda steep though. Overall a good experience.

Very good service. Very thorough and explained what was going on and why they was qrecommended certain products. First time using them since they were bought out. Will be coming back as they took the time to do a good job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They ask you to stay in your car the entire time instead of going to the waiting area, I really like this, especially if my kids are with me. Will definitely be back!!

Apparently new owners."Oil Changers, Pay more, for less"!Will not be returning. I know not all oil change places aren't know for their bright and shiny attitudes. However, this was horrible. STAY IN YOUR CAR!!

We brought our car in for an oil change and about about a week later our car was making a horrible noise. After looking under the car we saw that the shield that gets removed from the underbody was hanging down and dragging, to the point it was bent back now. Which means it was never put back up right when we got the oil change most likely. Well shame on us. This same thing happened under the old owners who called us liars last time and that they didn't do anything wrong. Thought we'd give the new owners a chance but it looks like they don't value us as customers either. I went in and was calm. The people I spoke to were all polite but at the end of the day the answer was that it wasn't their problem and to call the old owners insurance. Nothing done there except putting it back up and since it's missing some screws now it is zip ties in place. I had even called around before going in to see what the part costs. Is about $123 to replace. I told them I like to come with solutions to a problem and understand if they can't go out and buy the part to put it on but they could maybe give some service credits to offset the cost of us doing it ourselves. Seems fair. Not so much.Needless to say. Once, shame on them, twice, shame on me, and there will not be a third time. We will take our business elsewhere and will be sure to share our story.

Jacob and Sam was very informative on answering my questions before they proceeded with my oil change, also informed me on my tires and I was very happy with the service and I will definitely always come here, and I will recommend my friends, family and coworkers also to come here. Happy my car is ready for winter time.

Oil changes are done pretty well. A lot of young guys in there which is good. Could use some improvement on their work ethic. Been coming here for several years with no problems but I've asked for tire rotations several times it seems that regardless of the number of staff they won't do it because they're "short handed". Might be best to go ahead and take rotations off the service board if you're not going to do them. I've even called ahead and when I got there they said they couldn't do it again. Went around the corner to a place with only 2 bays and 2 guys working. They had me in and out in 30 minutes with the proper torque. You guys used to be great. I hope the youth gain some experience and things improve for you. I would like to continue coming here.

I went to get an oil and air filter change and for some unknown reason they removed some bolts that didn't need to be removed to replace the air filter. Broke the bolt, and told me at 1st there's nothing they can do. I was Not excepting that. Then tells me if I REALLY want another one they can try to get it in a few days. WRONG ANSWER AGAIN. After 2hrs and 15min they finally (found) Yes Found, a bolt to replace the one they broke. At that point the Oil Change should've been FREE, instead I was given 25% off.I will never go to this place again!! Against my better judgment I went there again after they left my oil cap off and my car was smoking on the way to Chicago.

I am so overwhelmed by my most recent experience at this location! Not only did they service my car but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe!
