I was driving from Indiana to Idaho and just passing through when I problems with my tie rods, brakes and rotors and they were so awesome and gave me a very affordable price and got me in right away! This was not a quick little repair and they finished it in 3 hours so I could get back on the road. I am so grateful to them! 5 stars is not enough!

What an amazing service center! There was an issue with having some equipment installed in my vehicle. They were on top of the situation! Even compensated me for the hassle of the situation. Equipment was shipped overnight and the installation went great! Thanks D & D!

Car overheated on the highway after hours about an hour away from home, insurance had it towed to d&d. They were very nice, respectful, and informative about what to expect. I had my car back second day.

Took car there for suspension noise. Replaced sway bar link but noise was still there. Ended up being a loose bolt. Think that a certified mechanic should have figure it out. When I went to pick up car had to wait for lady to get off phone. She was talking to a friend about how she couldn t wait to go to a bar.

They charged me $500, for replacing a starter and a oil change, replacing a battery , due to the fact my car wouldn't start.

Let me say that these guys are great. The owner was very personable, conversational. They explained everything in detail to me regarding our Ford Expedition. You see, we were on our way back from Mississippi moving Mom back to Chicago after the loss of her husband. We rented a Uhaul trailer to tow her car back. In the process, unbeknownst to us at the time, the serpentine belt broke. We were stuck on I-57 for about 4 hours in pitch darkness. Finally, we got towed to Rantoul at a hotel. I looked up D&D and their great reviews. After speaking to one of the hotel employees and finding out that her husband takes his car there and likes them. I chose D&D. They walk you through the process and the price was painless. Great work! Great friendly staff! Excellent service! Highly Recommended!

This is the only place I take my car. They periodically have specials, which is cool, but they've always taken care of me for the past two and a half years. They worked with me when my transmission went out on my Mercury, and they are knowledgeable about preventative maintenance which came in handy on my Impala. I don't worry about the quality of their work and they have great customer service. They have warranties on their work and have roadside assistance with tire purchases. They also report the info to Carfax so there's always a good record of what has been done.

It took 4 times for them to fix my car. The last incident almost caused me to have an accident. I gave a 1 because they fixed it partially but still having issues with car. Manager needs a class in Customer Service 101 when it comes to taking care of his customers. Manager not customer friendly and places blames on the customer instead of taking care of the customer.

I really enjoy going there the people there are very friendly extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I have a vehicle issue no matter how small or large I called D n D. They're straightforward with the resolution for the problem and they do not cut any corners when fixing your car.

Was driving thru Rantoul from out of town when my car started making a noise. Googled tire repair and D & D popped up. Pulled in with no appointment and they immediately drove it around the block and put it up on the hoist. Turns out my lug nuts were loose and I definitely would have had a tire fall off on the highway. They checked and tightened all tires and wouldn t let me pay anything. This is an honest garage that will make sure your car is safe. Many many thanks again!!!!

Trying to find a mechanic to work on my old truck was not easy until we found these guys. They had the knowledge and access to the old OBD 1 computer for older vehicles. After we tracked down a new used part, they got it installed and we were on our way again.

WARNING! I took my car here a year ago because my engine light came on and it was the closest place on my road trip. They told me that I needed a new motor (which cost 5,000 dollars for a used one and a few nights staying in the town). After I got my car back I kept on with my trip and shortly after going on the highway My car had trouble switching gears ramping up. I had to take it back to them because they told me to come back and they would take care of it. They informed me that my transmission was out and needed to be replaced (about another 3,000$) and my car never had a problem with it before. After that I thought my car was running ok and I had to take it in for emmisions testing close by my home town about a year later to find out something was wrong. When I took it to a local shop they informed me that when the new motor was put in the timing on the gears was completely off and whoever installed the motor unplugged my check engine light so that I wouldn't notice. This place is diceiving and expensive and didn't fix my problem if anything made the situation worse and costed me thousands of dollars to no avail. When I called to ask what motor they installed they told me that they have no record of it because after 6 months of not going there, they dispose the record. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They do not know how to proporly fix engines!
