I ordered a couple of pizza's and cheese sticks and I was yelled at for being 15 minutes "late" to pick up my own order. I didn't realize I had a time frame to pick up something I ordered and deserve to be yelled at by staff while I'm paying for my order. Which was also burnt .Probably will be last time I go here.

Ordered a pizza for delivery today, didn't know they have DOOR DASH delivering for them now! He showed up with my pizza turned sideways in a duffle bag, so of course my pizza had slid to one side of the box!! If THATS how they're doing it nowadays I'll be pick-up my pizza from now on or I'll just order from Domino's or Papa John's if I want delivery! AND the pizza was cold!!Update7/13/23 today I ordered a Meat Galore with xtra cheese, xtra pepperoni and xtra sausage! There was NOTHING xtra on that pizza! I guess it's hit and miss with Casey's, when they make it right, it's delicious!!

This use to be my favorite Caseys but now the icecream machine has been down for months. I can never get thru over the phone to order food and today I placed an order online, recieved conformation my order had been accepted, then I sent my mother to pick it up for her to then be told they arent making pizza today. Not to mention I applied my rewards to the online order that I'm now not receiving!!!

They value policy over good will and customer curtesy. I had basically no gas left in my tank and they denied me purchasing gas because of me having no physical credit card. This is for a business vehicle. I offered to FaceTime a coworker, I offered to pay through an online link, and the Apple Pay did not work. They didn t even ask me questions about my credit card history or financial history of any kind. Absolutely terrible customer service at this Casey s. The worst Casey s I have ever experienced.

Terrible. I ordered a pizza an hour in advance to have it done at a certain time. It was not. They hadn't even begun to prepare the pizza. The employee was busy interacting with her boyfriend and wasn't bothered by the fact that I was standing and waiting for service. After they finally decided to make the pizza, it did not even have the toppings. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend any special orders from here.

Customer is always suppose to be right , staff likes to argue with customers and manager is very disrespectful. Will be going to hr , they only do their job for the pay not to serve the customers.

Night time employees are usually very nice. But the majority of the day time employees I encounter are rude. Don t bother trying to call something in unless you re prepared to be handed off form one employee to another and then hung up on.

The gas is a reasonable price. I love the apple fritters and blueberry fritters they have! They use to sell a chocolate peppermint donut but stopped! Please bring them back!!!

I know times are scary right now. Seriously, service without the attitude would be nice. Considering a lot of medical professionals are stopping in after work, or on their way to work. People who are volunteering and delivering supplies to those in need, you can try not and lecture them about being in there. I understand being scared. Does not mean you have to be nasty.

For the 2nd time waiting well over an hour as of now. Still no food not even a call. This store needs to have people that know how to do a job. Well done management you lost this custermer.

threatening to be called on police for trespassing me and my wife are homeless but we still be able to purchase store items and telling u s we are not welcome on the property. And they are using the homeless to keep of the property . We

Now I remember why I don't come to this Casey's. Rude staff that doesn't even listen. I asked for $15 on a pump and got $10 and she didn't great or thank me

Fairly clean and they have a problem answer there phone in general store not at all in kitchen. And they are rude to customers

They seem to let people panhandle in around their store. I think I will get my gas and food elsewhere

Would have been a 5 star until they started enforcing the facemask nonsense...good thing they have curbside pickup. BTW the app is a must.
