Took my car in for a antifreeze leak was told it was the radiator so they put a "new"radiator in and said it's fixed.i go get it then I have an oil leak (which I never had) so take it in to fix that needless to say almost 1,500 later it still has a leak.taking it to a dealership to have it fixed RIGHT

Wonderful service! We were broken down with our travel trailer, and I was in dire need of a tire and as fast as possible. As my trailer was in the shop and these guys were so fast and so helpful. Thank you so much. Continued success!

Great service!! I m in a dilemma and very tight on time, and they got me in ASAP!! Switched all 4 rear tires and sent me on my way! Needed the truck for work and they understood that! Hard working nice people! If you re in the area and need some work done on your car go holler at them!!

Phenomenal service! We came down from Canada to visit our son and hit something bending a rim and wrecking a tire. Chad and his crew went above and beyond to get us back on the road with a new rim and tire the same day, all the while being very reasonably priced! Thank you so much for making us feel like a priority, I highly recommend Summy Tire and Auto!!!

New to area and needed to establish a new home mechanic. They penciled me in on a busy day for an oil change, got me in and out promptly. They listened to my concerns like family and even went an extra mile to congratulate me on my 240k mile milestone with my Toyota. Great folks and we will be back!!!

Today I called Summy Tire at the Quincy Illinois location and asked how much they would charge me to Mount 4 tires for my pick up and balance them if I brought the tires in with me. I was told $170 dollars to do this. Are you out of your mind....That is $42.50 a tire. How do you stay in business? Sorry but you lost the business of our entire family now.

Along with providing great service, they are honest and never trying to sell you something you don't need. And they gave me a great deal on my tires. Highly recommend for any car maintenance.

I have Trusted Jeff and his crew for years. I highly recommend the summy not only for tires, but also for engine repair.The front desk men that answer your calls know what they are talking about and are trustworthy not looking for unnessacary upsales.I trust Summy Tire and Automotive with my vehicle repair.

Service was excellent. I came in looking for a tire rotation. Asked the attendant if he recommended a rotation and balance. He said if I was not experiencing vibration then a rotation would be good enough. That kind of honesty really impressed me and made me feel welcome. The work was fast and well done. Great attention to detail and desire to do things the right way.

After first using Summy to fix my car around four or five years ago I have consistently used their services for repairs and oil changes. Always friendly and have had no problems with any repairs. I definitely recommend them!

Everyone here was fantastically helpful. They were incredibly nice, I didn't feel as though I was talked down to it any point in time, and I know that I was not offered anything I didn't need. I feel like our car was taken care of well, and I know that in the future when I need work done I will definitely return to them without hesitation. I definitely recommend that everyone go to Summy.

Summy Tire has always been fast, courteous, and above all, honest with me about my vehicles. Years ago, I took my Firebird to have both the front and rear brakes replaced. When I came to pick it up, they told me they only did the front because the rear were still OK. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is what keeps me bringing them all my automotive work.

I buy all my tires from Summy. Best service possible. The time to wait for new tires is quick. Their prices are competitive. I highly recommend using Summy for your next ties.

The staff was very friendly, and even brought me back into the shop to show me what was wrong with my car and explain the situation to me. There is never a line, and the best part is how fast they are. The last time I went to them and they got me in and out and around 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to get a tire fixed or replaced.

Jeff @ Summy Tire is awesome as well as his staff. They always go above and beyond whenever I need anything done with my Jeep. Definitely reasonably priced and trustworthy. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!

We had a flat on our 5th wheel. Summy tire was our only option in the area we were in. Took the bad tire to them to get new and made arrangements to have all tires changed on camper. After new tires put on we drove out of shop, got 25 yards away and one of the tires fell off. Mobile unit came to fix the issue. Got back to campground and up next morning to one flat tire and one tire leaking. Back to Summy Tire....overall spent way to much time there, shoddy work and no talk of any compensation for all their screw ups and all the inconveniences they caused us.

Due to the numerous recommendations to take my business there, I decided to try it out. After dropping my car off on the 4th of July like I was instructed to, I received a phone call the next day saying that they were unable to figure out the exact codes that my car was throwing out. The service guy told me that they reset all the codes and the when it throws the next one to let them know so they can diagnose it. After walking out to my car and starting it up, the check engine light came on. I walked right back in and said that my car was throwing a code again. I asked if they wanted me to come back later being there was also other costumers waiting. The service guy said no you will have to take it to a dealership because we do not do that here. WOW! Talk about a waste of money and a waste of time! Will never go back! Perhaps they are not to bad with oil changes and little things, but to diagnose a car, do not waste your time, money, and effort!

Had an oil change and tire rotation and noticed a oil smell afterwards. They had left the oil cap off my engine and oil coated my engine compartment and was dripping down my bumper. I took it back in and they took my information and went to clean the car without comment. Then they told me it was done. Oil was still running down my bumper and I had to go and tell them the job was not finished. They cleaned my bumper and I never received a word of apology.

Summy took 7 weeks and 1200 dollars to tell me they can't fix my air conditioner. They also fixed a exhaust manifold. It was leaking again two months later. They refused to help on that at all

These guys are top notch! I took my car to them and they replaced my head gasket, which finally fixed all of the issues I was having and that other mechanics had not found. They are my preferred place for car work now!

I took a Chevy cobalt in to get the fuel pump replaced since they said that it was the problem. I will have to take it to another mechanic since they failed to return the "failed" fuel pump for examination. subscribe to savagegeese on youtube for more information on cars.
