Hi , I have my truck maintenance done here, I m a female, this shop is trustworthy, employees and owner all look and behave professionally, not sketchy like some outfits I ve dealt with. I ve been all over the country, so I have seen a lot ! Family business, my go to shop from now on!!

Mark is friendly, honest, and does great work! We have a family van and kids driving now, too. Tysm for always treating us fair and helping us keep our vehicles safe on the road.

I called this shop to get a price for an oil change, gave all the car details in order to get an exact price. Went I went to pay, they charged me $75 instead of the quoted $45. Not happy. I asked for a refund from Mark but no response. I was forced to pay or they would not let me have my car.

Wife needed tires today as of AUGUST 8,2023 and she got used for the mean time, well price was agreed and the outcome of the final price was no where near the ball park, he tried to over charge because my WIFE is a female......... If your a FEMALE stay away unless you bring your "husband or male" figure with you, I repeat hes a CON-ARTIST with woman that are unmechanically familiar with cost of repair.

Quick and reliable! Dropped my car off this morning and was done by the end of the day. Looked at everything I requested and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Great people and friendly fast service. Highly recommend! Thanks Mark!

Was in major need of brakes, rotors and tires on my vehichle but couldnt be without. Luckily he got her in that day and by 11am next morning she was all done and now is better than ever. The convience and cost were amazing

They were closing, understood that, I was asking for tomorrow, but they are so ready to get off, and have so many customers they can just hang up on you. Funny I worked with them for years bringing them business, I hope they treated other customers better.

Been there a few times. Each time they were fast, helpful, and reasonably priced. IMO Great place to have work done on your vehicle.

Very good place to get your car serviced. They do perform really good work at good prices. The service techs are also awesome and do a heck of a good job. It was easy to get in and out for the problem I had.

I had a transmission filler tube that needed to be replaced in my Jeep Compass. The local dealership told me I was on a two-week waiting list. Spring Street took my vehicle the next day. They could have charged me the "book time" for the repair. I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, they charged me the actual time - a significant savings. Spring Street will be my go-to garage from now on.

Awful place to get your car fixed. They only fixed one thing on my list that I needed done and it s way over priced. Kept my car for way too long and barely did any work on it. Never taking it back there again. I do not recommend this auto shop.

The owner is terrible and will laugh and cuss at you. He s had the vehicle in his shop for two months and said it wasn t a priority to fix the engine because it s on warranty and he s not making enough money on it. Very unprofessional.

Cussed and laughed at my friend. Refusing to fix a warranty issue because it s wasting his time and he s not making enough money off it. He s basically holding her car hostage and said he s waiting on a part to come in but the warranty company said the part has already been delivered. He s scamming my friend and the warranty company as well. Don t go here

My car broke down at the mall. They towed it to their shop and fixed it cheaper and faster than I expected. Best shop around
