Shottenkirk Toyota is my go to for servicing my Tundra. Its been going there for the past 13 years for service and was purchased new with them. They keep it running as good as I try to keep it looking. Today they went above & beyond. They picked up my truck to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I had asked them to have it back by 3pm but had forgotten about an appointment I had previously made. They were able to complete the job sooner so I could keep my appointment. I took my vehicle out for them to inspect the headliner and install trim ring repair kit. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. They also got me right in and in 30 minutes I was leaving with the repair done. A++++Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Tried to sell me spark plugs when the engine runs fine/smooth. Very troubling. Also indicated the brakes needed bleeding when they re-placed them 30,000 miles ago. Went in having issues starting right up. They checked us all out found battery health was bad and replaced it had us on the road quickly. Nathan was very friendly and professional will keep doing all our services there and purchases through them with the great customer services I don t mind paying a bit more! Shottenkirk Toyota has always been great to me. I have purchased two used vehicles from them and on the first had my transmission go out and they came and picked it up, gave me a loaner and replaced the transmission. I think it cost me $50. The second has been back a few times for minor issues but they have always come to Monroe City where I live and work, picked it up, given me a loaner and brought it back to me. Hasn t cost me anything! Will continue to buy from them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Car had to be towed to be serviced. Tow sevice was prompt and courteous. After service was complete was shuttled to pickup car. Shuttle service was also prompt and courteous. I've taken my vehicle to shottenkirk for the last 10 years. They are so professional; fixed what the Chevrolet one screwed up;They listened; gave me a 50$ coupon; worked on it all day and as I sat there! They performed work without authorization. At drop off, I explicitly told the service tech not to perform any work that wasn't covered by the warranty without calling to authorize first, which they agreed upon. They also are clearly not knowledgeable on how bumper to bumper warranties work.

I visited this dealership for a tire repair because my Toyota is brand new (with 2,300 miles) and I was hoping it would be covered under warranty. Previous poor experiences with the service department at Shottenkirk Toyota of Quincy caused me to purchase my new vehicle elsewhere. I was told the tire repair would be $25 since the vehicle was not purchased there. I okayed this service but was later told that the tire was beyond repair and quoted $250 for a new tire. I took the vehicle for a second opinion at an experienced & reputable local tire dealer and was patched and on my way for $20 (there was a nail in the tread of the tire - they used a regular patch). This reaffirmed my previous experiences of being overquoted with unnecessary services and I will not ever be back to this dealership. I wanted to share my experience so others recognize they should get a second opinion if it doesn't seem correct.
